I have been playing with them since 2012. I have never seen such a bad return rate, literally worse that in physical casinos, which have to pay rent, slots and employees. Winning is practically impossible on this website. When i moved to Austria, they told me my account was updated, when i try to withdraw, they tell me my address is still the Netherlands. The solution was to make a new account, and i lost my premium status, which was promised to be back, guess what, never heard of that again. Bottom line is: The return rate on the slots is simply horrible, no fun whatsoever, winning? Forget about it.

I have been a loyal player and had a lot of issues with customer services which is very sub-par. Withdrawals are very slow and often have issues. In comparison with competitors who don’t run their businesses this way, there is no reason for this that I can fathom.Recently I received a promotion for a free bet (I don’t usually sports bet) and took 3 chats and over 48 hours to find out why it hadn’t been settled – the terms of the bet state I have to wait for another match next week. The terms were not clear to me or 3 customer services agents and every time I contact customer services is half hour of wasted time and waffle. My time is clearly of no value to this company. I await the outcome of a complaints investigation but I will also be voting with my feet as this is the last straw. Why treat loyal customers this way?!

Don’t use this s***. I deposited money into my account after it said my account was all good and my details were confirmed after 3 days of waiting then as soon as I go to put my first bet it says my account is closed. F****** dogs***

They did a promo for new customers that changed the odd to x20. I did everything the way they said I needed to do. Even called them 3 times to make sure I was doing it right. Afterwards, did not receive the odd boost and when called they said I did it wrong and didn’t use the multi bet according to their system. My account says I did and I mailed them proof. They told me they would reply the same day. It has been 5 days now and still no reply, still didn’t receive the boosted payout. I thought false advertising was illegal but they’re a sponsor of Belgian football clubs, while doing illegal practices. So in summary, they’re tricking you i giving them money and if you win their promo, you will not receive it. So don’t bother to make an account. The customer support is friendly but they just lie to you in your face.I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible.

Received a message stating that my identity was verified and my account ready to play. I deposited some money, received the confirmation but when placing bets, the account was still locked because of some further “secret verification process” not stated anywhere. So cannot play, cannot withdraw and cannot get my account unlocked by the customer service. Clearly fraudulent behavior, it’s a scam, stay away from this platform, suspicious transactions and messages…

A great company if you want to lose your money. I made an express of two matches, during the game they canceled the bet on Barcelona (photo) and calculated my express as a win with one event, but when there were less than 3 minutes left to play in the Barcelona match, they activated it again, took the £150 won from my account and calculated it as a loss

Awful company. Will take your money if a player you backed withdraws mid match with injury. Yet for the same match will void bets for the player who went through as the match didnt complete. Customer Services pointless and unhelpful. AVOID!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Stole over $2000 dollars from me. Signed up was apparently approved for everything. Played and got through their ridiculous rollover rate for match bonus. And tried to cash out $2200 that I won and then was told since I excluded myself from one of their crappy partner sites I want allowed to play on theirs…. Wish I’d have read these before playing on this site. Terrible site for withdrawals and bonuses. My withdrawal and as I’m writing I am still waiting for it should take 4hrs max for faster payment and I’ve use coral and party poker regularly and they are all owned and operated the same and never have I waited any longer than 2 hours. Also played through £10 for 20 free spins and didn’t receive them and again filled in a survey they emailed to me and said 25 free spins would be credited on this day and again not received them. I’d avoid this site completely if you’re looking for a new site to play.

Got to love the way these criminals allow you to deposit hundreds of pounds with zero wins, no bonuses and then block you for a month saying you’ve reached your loss limit only to then allow you to do it all again the next month when obviously you think maybe this time but no..I swear this is no salty review..it just keeps happening over and over again..example..I have deposited nearly £300 this week alone and have recorded 1 bonus on fishin frenzy and won £3.20..???? Shi… bwin. I opened my account and my deposit was £300. After 5 days i won £700 and then they gave my limit. I could bet only for £0.87 !!!! Customer Support HellHad over 20 hours of dialogue with chat support to try and get a $3000 withdrawal out. Every time they would move the goalposts (ex. “send us your id and proof of address”, “we can not longer send to that bank account, please provide a different one”).Chat support would deliberately take a long time to respond. Stalling constantly. I still haven’t gotten my money, please stay away.

SPORTSBOOK SCAM!Another of the many websites/sportsbooks that will ban and restrict you from betting if you win more then a few hundred dollars. Registered with them a week ago, deposited $1300.. won a few hundred on 4-5 bets then bam.. Max $2 bets only. Now they make it impossible to withdraw your money going to be a 30 day process. I fill sick from this site. Seriously ? I’m currently an active player with bwin online casino…at first I’m having a great impression playing with bwin at no issues at all…I’m at my 9th level too for bwin VIPclub and about to reach the last stage by meeting the required turover..late I’m encountering problem when doing my deposit ..I used my bank account to process my deposit..first incident is for 10.000php..i submitted a deposit request on the payment method page..i used the bank transfer method they have wherein it will show the details of the receiving bank for my deposit.at when I do my deposits it was all smoothly process and confirmed but late I started having problem…not only once but trice.for my first incident ,I deposited 10.000php,followed the instruction and successfully processed my deposit…got my confirmation from my bank and the money was taken out of my account..after submitting the payment form ..I’ve waiting for my 10k to show on my bwin account…3hrs had passed and still not credited..I decided to chat bwin CS and explained wat happen…after telling then my concerns they asked me to send screenshot of my deposit..good thing I’ve taken some…so I send it to the CS..after the long wait for them to review it CS came back and sd that bwin hadn’t received my deposit ..so I ask how come it’s not received if on my tx receipts says it was successfully transfer..I even got a text from my bank confirming that it was processed…I called my bank to confirm and was told that they’ve recieved it…CS insist that they don’t received my deposit contradicting on wat my bank is saying and wat my receipts are showing…and still they never gave it back….after an hour…I did try to do another deposit just to consider was some faults in we don’t have any control with that causing the delay is posting…but still same incident happen..I chatted CS again and was told the same thing…exactly as wat was told to me earlier that time…to make it short again they haven’t credited my deposit…and for the 3rd time it happen again just now ..same same old techniques they have for scamming or stealing money from the players…so guys don’t ever ever try to trust Bwin …think trice B4 u jumped in…

This company should be shut down. After placing the bet and winning it they voided it after the event claiming it was a event lenght error from them. Absolute scam company. Use another bookmaker guys. These guys won’t compensate you for their mistakes and won’t pay out your winnings iether. Shut down this company now. I lost over 200 euros of winnings in one day. No issues with other proper betting sites like betfair. Stay away from unibet and 10bet too.

Send me email asking to do a survey and said if I complete the survey I will be credited £5 free bet, I completed the survey which took me more than 20 minutes but never credited the £5 free bet. Never trust this site
