I’ve had deposit bonus issues here twice now. I make my deposit and claim the deposit bonus offer and it doesn’t get added. The customer service doesn’t add it for you and the offer is removed from your account. It’s either a technical issue or they are shady, or both. There are 80 iGaming casinos and they all offer bonuses so obviously a regular depositer and player doesn’t lie about a lousy bonus. I don’t trust casinodays.

Do not play here. Find something else, Betty, Ruby, Draft King and etc. This is the worst online casino. When I registered to the Casino Days my ID’s were verified but my current address is not. But they accepted my $100 deposit even if my address was not yet verified. So I thought everything will go smooth. I even waggered the required amount of $3,500. So my balance was no longer a bonus amount. It is something that I am able to withdraw. I tried to contact chat support if they could verify my address so I could play and withdraw. They said they needed more documents to verify my address. I also emailed helpdesk and they just keep pointing out that address needs to be verified. Days pass by, I still making follow ups regarding my account. I was just confused, why would they take my deposit if ,y account is not fully verified? And now that I have sent all utility bills, statements with my address in it. They still make the same excuse that it is still in the process of being verified.
