I will write on CasinoDays’ account although this is addressed to White Star B.V. as a whole. They are the filthiest, most immoral scum of the earth.Back in 2023, I had begged Buusti, a direct sister casino of CasinoDays, to self-exclude me due to mental health issues and gambling problems. I specifically asked this self-exclusion to be extended to all of the brand’s websites – old and those to come. I made it very clear that I would not be held responsible if I was able to register despite my best efforts not to, due to severe impulse control issues caused by the aforementioned problems.Lo and behold, a few weeks after my request, CasinoDays called me telling me they had added spins on my account, thus, reopening it. I was bamboozled, and since I had suffered from a psychotic episode, was questioning whether or not I even had placed self-exclusions.I had. Turns out that White Star BV simply does not care about such. Bear in mind; this was back when all of these casinos were under Curacao jurisdiction, so licensing circumstances can not be used as a scapegoat.Fast forward a few years and I was able to play at Big Boost, a sister site of this batch of casinos. I was able to deposit around 500 euros before realizing that I should, in fact, be self-excluded from the website.I have fought with BigBoost and even received a refund from one of their sister sites already, but BigBoost claims they are in no way responsible for my losses even after knowing about my circumstances.Furthermore; White Star targets Finland with it’s advertising and casinos. This is illegal.Avoid these scam artists and conniving thieves.

This used to be pretty good with fairly consistent and decent payouts/wins. I see there was a system upgrade the other day and I noticed the graphics are different on some of the games now, which isn’t a big deal. However, I have also noticed that since then, bonus spins rarely come up now, and when they do, the win is very small every single time. A lot more “dead” spins over and over too. Something has definitely changed. Will give it a few more tries and if it doesn’t get better I’ll be moving on.
