will sent proves to you ..I will keep on complaining until this service is proscribed from our Region, I know where to write complaining letter.They block my account and canceled my withdrawal of 70k INR , reason is I placed bet of above 500 from free bet bonus they offered after I download casinoday app,Yes I did place bet of Above 500 but that happended after I clearing wagers which is 35 times of the bonus offered , by that time i was already cleared of Bonus play and free to place bet any amount i want as per they allowedAs per my perspective this Website and its service is not honest and are scammers.And also My accounts is terminated because I won money without any previous deposits(as I wanted to use free bonus first otherwise I would have deposited some) and i have zero experience.(there app was recommended by a friend of mine to me and wanted to try my luck)A beginner Won 70k from 500 so they put false allegations that I cheated which not possible, as they are the cheaters themselves.Listen all : If they offer bonus play and some one win they will not pay them this act shows how dishonest they are.. this can happen to any one.And also they have details terms and conditions to used them against you in case needed it show they will scam you if you win big amount ,because when you sign up to their website they never mentions you to read their terms and conditions , they know that user will obviously skip reading part andTell me who reads Terms and conditions actually? This site does not know how to function and has no intention of paying its players. Customer service is atrocious. I put a restriction on my account and then requested to remove it. Two emails stating it was removed and clearly still there after two days. I don’t recommend this site.

Don’t think of gaming here, there withdrawal process is pathetic, there are many websites where withdrawal can done and credited in max 1 hour, chat support people just copy paste like gramaphone. These people take 8 days to credit if weekend comes, and the day place withdrawal they process next day and after that you need wait for 8 days…so just calculate if you need your winnings you need to wait for 10 days ….super policy they have to keep customer happy and asking them to wait for 10 days to get there money

**UPDATE**I did finally receive my funds. And thereafter I also received further funds I had won in a very prompt manner. Customer Service improved quite substantially and I am changing my rating from one star to four. I hope Casino Days follows through as they continue to promise.If I could get a give a rating of below zero I would. I have been waiting over two weeks to receive my winnings. Every time I ask where my winnings are I get the same generic answer that my case has been escalated. But they will also string me along saying my payment has been processed and will be in my account soon. They are taking me in circles. Avoid this casino at all cost!!

I put a deposit request 15 days ago and till now the deposit amount has not been refunded or credited to the gaming account on CasinoDays.com. I had made a successful deposit of minimum Rs.300 through UPI. During 15 days I also sent 15 to 20 emails on support mail but they get only one answer so screenshot, bank statement send but I have already sent paid screenshot and bank statement how many times casinodays.com scam stay away from it all my indian brothers and sisters

Canadian user, verification process was easy to follow complete through email. Once verified, I tried a bank transfer with no luck. Fantastic site with the best customer support I’ve experienced. Been playing here now for some time. They always have thes best games. I’m reviewing to casinodays india site. Using this platform since 1 year and never had issue with withdrawals. Usually receive it same or next day in my bank account. My highest withdrawal was 96k and never withdrew more than that so not sure if above 1 lac will take time or not.My suggestion is as soon as you make your first deposit contact customer support and do your kyc and update Your bank details.
