**UPDATE**I did finally receive my funds. And thereafter I also received further funds I had won in a very prompt manner. Customer Service improved quite substantially and I am changing my rating from one star to four. I hope Casino Days follows through as they continue to promise.If I could get a give a rating of below zero I would. I have been waiting over two weeks to receive my winnings. Every time I ask where my winnings are I get the same generic answer that my case has been escalated. But they will also string me along saying my payment has been processed and will be in my account soon. They are taking me in circles. Avoid this casino at all cost!!

I put a deposit request 15 days ago and till now the deposit amount has not been refunded or credited to the gaming account on CasinoDays.com. I had made a successful deposit of minimum Rs.300 through UPI. During 15 days I also sent 15 to 20 emails on support mail but they get only one answer so screenshot, bank statement send but I have already sent paid screenshot and bank statement how many times casinodays.com scam stay away from it all my indian brothers and sisters

Canadian user, verification process was easy to follow complete through email. Once verified, I tried a bank transfer with no luck. So I then tried the e transfer method and it worked well recieved the deposit the next business day! I enjoy the layout of CasinoDays a lot compared to other sites I’ve tried on the past. Fantastic site with the best customer support I’ve experienced. Been playing here now for some time. They always have thes best games. I’m reviewing to casinodays india site. Using this platform since 1 year and never had issue with withdrawals. Usually receive it same or next day in my bank account. My highest withdrawal was 96k and never withdrew more than that so not sure if above 1 lac will take time or not.My suggestion is as soon as you make your first deposit contact customer support and do your kyc and update Your bank details.
