They only offer IMPS for transactions, which, as you know, comes with certain restrictions.I frequently visit offline casinos in Goa and invest over 5 lakhs. Recently i had an experience wherein to start with it was an error on my part that I mistakenly provided an incorrect account number for funds withdrawal of fairly large amount. however my expectation/assumption was – its a simple error and customer support should fix it in no time and revert the money back into my account. It proved lot more challenging for all – with several emails going back and forth but the issue wasn’t getting resolved.My RM Ms. Shipra in particular has been very supportive diligently followed and escalated the matter time and again..It was test of patience as days were passing by but no resolution – on their part they were correct because they haven’t got any confirmation from payment provider to the effect that the transaction is incorrect and the beneficiary bank has rejected.I was growing impatient – but my RM Ms. Shipra and their support team assured me of their support and even credited a handsome bonus as well in lieu of the delay in resolving the issue.Finally after days of waiting the company decided that irrespective of the payment provider’s confirmation they will refund the money to my account – very nice of them.there were several moments of frustration and agitation but it was remarkable of them to resolve the matter amicably.this certainly has improved my faith and confidence on their business practices.

I am puzzled at the reviews about good Customer Service because this was not at all my experience. On the contrary I found the chat to be preformed and robotic. Perhaps just a bad few days? Also, I had trouble with verification unlike other sites, and more than one of my deposits was on delay.

Scam on withdrawal. They don’t respond for pending withdrawals. If u win big They ask gap period after sending some withdrawals. There is no such rule in any other casino sites. Several times I experienced this with CasinoDays, last time They have not processed my withdrawals since one week, after one week They credit back winning money in the Gaming account saying it as technical issue, it’s a trick in keeping pending withdrawals for longer period. Clearing withdrawals in 24- 48 hrs is not true with CasinoDays, Once i win 10millions They just paid 2 millions later said we are taking gap for Clearing withdrawal due to overload

Decent customer service but casino feels absolutely rigged more than necessary. In an hours worth of play 80$ spent and balance consistently decreased never hitting positive during slot play. Sam the customer service rep that took care of me today was fast and able to resolve the matter with a suitable solution. Will continue to play here in future maybe from time to time but not going to be my main casino by any means.

First thing is very easy to deposit the money which includes UPI transactions without any extra fees. And it has huge game collection, and easy to withdraw within 2 days. Finally got my verification done after their portal was messing up. Communication is slow. Yet still i have not recievdd my deposit into my account. Asked then where it is and still no response. I have been trying to withdraw my money all night. I habw chatt3d to 3 different people about how their portal to verify documents is not working as it wont let you submit your id and just says “something went wrong” because of this i have sent my id through the chat (various forms liscence, birthcert, citizen ship etc). They have said theyd pass it on to the relevant team and it should be ok. However the “relevant team” are taking forever and have not gotten back to me. It feels like they are waiting for people ti cancel their withdrawels and spend the momey again or deliberately not making their portal work so you cant withdraw. I spent money on this site out of trust. But they are mucking me around. It was only a 3k win. I spent alot to get there. I feel they may come up with another excuse.
