The verification process was quick and easy and I was surprised at the speed my first withdrawal was processed.A week later, I opened my account expecting to see free spins as per their advertised promotion. They hadn’t been issued. I contacted support via email and within minutes, had a response explaining that I had not deposited correctly and had done so without adding the bonus. The agent explained that if this occurs again when depositing, to screen shot the offer which could be claimed through support. The agent was very apologetic, and offered me a ‘good will’ bonus for my inconvenience! I was amazed 🤩This casino certainly values their players! I got blocked after I won, after that I got blocked and now I don’t even see my money anymore. what can we do to be able to sue the people who lie and who steal n. that’s what happens in 2024. Never join this casino. They don’t pay withdrawals, seems like a big scam. I won big on roulette $100k cad and it’s like they are ignoring my withdrawals. Been on pending/reversal for two days. Will be contacting igaming ontario soon to try and get their license revoked. My withdrawal amounts were a fraction of my total winnings $2500 and $8000 only. And i apparently had bought bonuses for over 5$ so they just confiscated the Money i won. Few points I need to highlight about casinodays which are it’s very easy to deposit the cash especially they have UPI transaction, & it’s instant. Stay FAR FAR FAR away. Confiscated the winnings from my bonus, their reason is that I played for more than 5$ using the bonus that was issued (they issued 20$ bonus) I played more than 5$ after my wager requirement was done. Worst customer service ever. Before opening my account they requested for verification, my acct was verified beforeI played using their platform. When I requested for withdrawal, they requested the same documents again (they’re finding ways not to pay!) If I could give 0 I will! My experience has been positive with Casinodays. I joined a while back .Account creation , verification was quick . Support responds fast in chat and mail both. Make sure to send all documents for ID and address and bank verification, this is a must if you want to withdraw. I’m Indian, so I sent Aadhar, DL and bank statement for 3 months via mail,which they quickly verified. To make sure there is no issue with verification, make sure address in all 3 documents are same. I deposit via UPI and withdraw via IMPS. Usually they process it within 24-48 Hrs. No issues so far, gamble responsibly . Will update review if theres anything. I want to withdraw money from my account but when I go to withdraw option I am not allowed to withdraw. The fact is that earlier on last 23.03.2024 I have withdrawn 40000/- 3 times. But now whenever I am going to withdraw, I am being asked for documents again in the name of account verification. But my account is verified before. When I upload the documents for re-verification, my bank statement is canceled and the bank statement is again requested from the bank. I have resubmitted the statement of my bank account (AYUSH TRADERS, proprioter Praloy Ghosh, account number : 415830110000125) in pdf version from bank for vdrifification but my account is still blocking the withdrawal option. I humbly request you to please allow me to use my account and withdraw me. It’s a fake and fraud account. I made 3 transactions on 8th Mar 2024 out of which 2 each INR 10000 has gone to casino account and the third one of INR 10000 has not gone to casino account .. I made a complaint and sent bank statement and confirmation from bank authority and provided all relevant docs such as UTR nos transaction history bank statement etc they promised that unsuccessful transaction of INR 10000 will be returned to my account by 19th Mar 2024 and they again gave me the date 20th March 2024 and when it has not returned to my account against I kept on sending follow up mail and reminders but all my attempts went in vain. I sent numerous follow up messages and sent bank statement numerous times but it seemed to be fake and fraud. I request everyone please first check withdrawal process because someone can deposit but noOne can withdraw.. It is totally fraud
