I have given withdrawal on 21.03.2024 of INR 2740 which is still pending. After sending several email they are not responding. Totally fake company. And fraud they never give withdrawal. My user id KOUSIK100

I had a withdrawal request on 6th Feb 2024 which was deposited in my bank account on 7th Feb 2024.But 3 days ago the funds which I got on 7th Feb 2024 were marked as lien by my bank, and after enquiring with the bank they told me to contact the authorities incharge.After talking to the authorities I came to know that the payment provider of casinodays have defrauded many people so the funds recieved via this payment provider are holded by the authorities.

Scam website Be careful their hidden scam bonus Even you win the money, they will not pay you regarding hidden term and condition. On promo, there are not written condition about betting more than $5 on the table your money will taken. I won $1700 bonus money and they took all of it cuz I placed higher than $5 which is not mention on promo page. And later when I try to take the money they send me a letter regarding bonus condition. PLEASE BE CAREFULThey froze my account and took my funds with no explanation. Won about $600 on razer shark, and attempted a withdrawal right away. I logged in the next day to find my account locked. When I contacted support they unlocked the account, so I logged in to find my balance at $0. I contacted them again and they couldn’t provide any information on why the account was locked, or why the funds disappeared. They simply said “you played the funds”. I was very careful not to break any terms to have my account frozen so there is absolutely no reason for this to happen, it was simply to take my money. I’m not sure if this has happened with others but this was my experience. I would happily change this review if the casino would pay me the money I am owed, but after numerous attempts there has been no effort to fix this. So, all I can do is write a review to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

Not suggest able casino for Indians..I rise a complaint about my deposit was not updated…It’s already over a long time..My Bank support team says amount was credited in beneficiary account and given official confirmation email and given transaction deatils in which bank at which time amount was credited but casino customer care team says not received..I escalated same to my bank they asking merchant Bank statement on that particular date but casino team didn’t give to me and do not provide any details about that …so better to avoid this casino after showing all the evidence from bank also they didn’t respond Your customer care team not responding if they respond properly why we need to give this feedbackIf you are fair then I will share all evidence from my bank side those confirm amount was debited from my account and credited in the payment providers account but your payment providers said not received money in that case my bank asked merchant Bank statement but you are not ready to provide even any authorised person from ur casino was not check payment providers account..if they cross check then it will resolved in matter of minutes

Casinodays I took to court and won!Everyone here needs to take actions on this casino! Casinodays are nothing more then greedy pig stain theives! The casino settled on my lawsuit from all evidence I brought forth. I have since played the Casinodays (again) yes again and guess what?! They have not changed their ways!
