Quick payout!!! The only bad thing is the confirmation at email respond required by players during a withdrawal in which the withdrawal of cancel and denied if u don’t quickly respond to the email. Can’t say I’m disappointed at all with my time or money spent while playing here. As with all casinos online I was extremely skeptical at first. Slots seem honest and seem to payout better than Vegas. At the very least, I always get to play with my money more so than most slots in real life. Using BTC, deposit was fast. If I had to guess, as soon as the blockchain shows “pending” they credit your account. And the withdrawal showed “pending” within a few minutes, with normal BTC times after that to receive it.

This place is a scam. I had closed an account bc they pissed me off and wouldn’t give me a bonus on a deposit. A while later I opened up another account. They had no problems taking multiple deposits from me. Then I deposited 27$ with no bonus and try to cash out 120$ and they took my withdrawl and the 50$ I still had in my account! I want refunds of all my deposits!

The customer service and communication and the fact that they did what they said they would do. I sent in a picture of my ID and I was paid and less than 12 hours most casinos don’t do that they run you around for a couple weeks. Submitted documents to verify twice, did not receive any confirmation that they got my documents, no answer, support is useless, telling me that they do not do verification it is banking department. Absolute mess .

They have admitted to cheating players as well as myself on max cashout bonus promotion. They program their system to phantom withdrawal funds without informing the player that they had done so. They do this well beyond the point the player is able to hit max CASHOUT! They will say that it’s automatic coupon reversal, but what they won’t admit is that you have to payback the bonus before withdraw… which will put you way below a withdraw if you ain’t able to deposit a crazy amount, and did so way before I was ever able to reach a max cashout. Don’t be fooled by this as it took me a couple deposits to figure out what they were doing as they will never offer this information up as long as you don’t have proof. As I did have proof they told on their selves contradictory each time and I have full documentation of chats and play where they admitted to it and yet refuses to correct it any of the three times. I cashed out only because I’m aware and beat the crazy odds… as they won’t invite you to leave a review if you lose. I am disgusted at the way they handled these situations and responses to them. I’m more than happy to hand over all these files to all that are interested. Stay away from here if you don’t enjoy trying to heat stacked odds. Horrible casino. I’ve been waiting three months for them to verify my account. I’ve sent in the requested documents numerous times and even tried to contact them via Email NUMEROUS times. Website indicates there is a chat icon but no chat icon is to be seen. Tried to contact them by phone number and i get a Spanish operator so a phone number is nonexistent. Customer representatives do not get back to you. I’m sure if it’s regarding a deposit of course they will but they’ve ignored my emails and all I’ve simply been trying to do is verify my account already! I have a change of thought however due to their avoidance behavior. I’m starting to think that they do not want to pay me as I had redeemed a Free Spins promotion and attempted to cash out. I spend days on chat, never get answers to my questions. Cought them being deceitful during two bonus. They phantom removed funds from account multiple occasions then act like they didn’t at cashout so I can’t cashout. Nobody cared to resolve or address issues. I won but will never return. I strongly advise all to stay away and keep close eye on funds if you do. Not trustworthy at all! Refuse to explain or respond.
