Worst experience of my entire casino career. This is the second time. Fifty dollars and I didn’t win over .40 cents. I’ve never had it be that bad other than extreme. I will stick to my sweepstakes sites and you should too. There is no hope of winning and you can tell with every spin. I had to tell them do not send me any more promotional emails once and they still do. I figured oh it can’t be as bad as before. There is no way. I was wrong. Wait I think I won 1.80 on a 2.00 spin. Garbage. Play elsewhere. Because when they turn winning off. It’s off completely. I’ll be playing elsewhere from now on.

Ok after 28 deposits, 11 free chips, and several sets of free spins, I have hit nothing. I have lost every single time, I deleted my account, I decided to come back and give them another chance after playing here for 8+ years, They give me a $10 or $20 chip here and there and say they have control over gameplay, but seriously no one loses that many times in a row,They say they want players and they care, but after more then 8years of loyalty-to the casino, They don’t give the loyalty in return. The gameplay is sweet and let’s face it, the biggest issue most people have when it comes to gambling online is if they will be paid or not and how long it would take if they do. I’ve never had any issues with this casino and play on the site almost daily… even if I’m not depositing any money that day alot of times the great customer support will load some free spins or maybe even a free chip for me. I started playing with their coupons first to make sure I felt the casino was trustworthy enough to deposit my own funds. Of course the wins and bonuses were coming around often enough to keep you playing for a while. This went on for months. I actually tried losing so I could get done with my coupon and try my own money for the first time but I just kept winning of course so it took time to lose it all. Once I made my first deposit I’d have to say it was the quickest loss of funds I’ve ever had at any of the dozens of casino’s I’ve played at. What a disappointment that was. I thought I finally found a casino that was fun and fair. Going forward I will not be playing with my own funds here again that’s for sure.

I’m so frustrated with casino extreme lately. Customer support is never any help. I won the last tournament and I was supposed to receive a 300 dollar reward and I have received nothing. I have emailed and chatted and no one responds thru email and no one will help me thru chat. Shame on you casino extreme. I’m starting feel yall are a huge scam.

Extreme Casino is designed so you’re never coming out on top. The games feel rigged, playing differently after you finish your free spins and when you make cash deposits. They don’t provide the full benefits of the VIP tiers you’ve earned and sometimes take them away without notice. The site seems designed to limit your winnings to around $50. So, I played through the playthrough required amount to redeem of the free spins and then they took forever verifying my account all for no good because then they are saying i violated the terms and services agreement and my winnings are void because I played a restricted game. The platform clearly has a bug because any other day it will not let you play restricted games. This is what I said to them and they still refuse to fix it. I did not violate the terms and services agreement, they clearly have a bug in their website. ” So I made a withdrawal request and now it says in my history “restricted games played, winnings void”. What is that about? If a game is restricted then why did your platform let me play it in the first place? I met the playthrough required amount, my withdraw is valid. This is cutthroat stuff on your guyses end like seriously.

They Don’t pay out, Even after you complete the wager requirements. You will go to cash out thinking Life’s good, I finally won a couple hundred buck. Only to receive an email 10 minutes later saying ur withdrawal was denied for (what ever reason they make up) Happened to me 3 times in a row. Met the wager requirements every time, depositing daily. They have still rejected my last 3 payouts. All on some B.S.

I have used two no deposit bonuses on this site, and collected the max payout on both. It wasn’t a lot of money, but it was FREE. And the kicker? The funds were in my wallet less than 10 minutes later, on both! Obviously that’s after they has verified my identification documents (which took 2 days for me) A lost of their games are HIGH or EXTREMELY HIGH volatility, so if you deposit $100 and want to play for any amount of time, be sure to check the volatility of the games.
