So I ended up winning after 50 free spin no deposit bonus I went to cash out and it's saying not allowed and for me to complete the verification form. I did that and now it's saying 3-5 days I thought this was the instant withdrawal kings and it's not even letting me withdraw via bitcoin I can't get a hold no real customer service representative besides through an online chat. If I would give it if they have an option for no stars, that’s what they would get starting the game first off. I had a multiplier 2000+ point you know and then all of a sudden the phone freezes and then I can’t get back on. It won’t let me go back on. They told me to change my password I did that and it still wouldn’t let me go and I keep knocking me off so I wouldn’t play that casino. If I was anyone it ain’t worth it all it seem like they’re robbing you I wouldn’t even go to it. It ain’t worth it the worst Casino ever played

Total scam frauds.. I won like 8000 after multiple plays on a few days. After my verification was processed, it was noticed upon review review I broke casinos rules and all my winnings were voided going from 8200 to a whopping zero. Complete trash of a company I made $50 and i sent my $10 bitcoin first deposit and attempted to verify my account. They said there was some discrepancies when asked what the discrepancies were so they could be corrected. They didn’t tell me what was wrong. They simply just closed my account Took away my $50 I had made and then sent me back litcoin when I had sent bitcoin causing me to loose more money with transferring the cryptocurrency around. Absolutely pathetic service.

I use to enjoy this casino.. but now I'm so frustrated with them over that galaxy blast.. for 2 days I couldn't collect my winn8ngs cuz it just froze on me and if that happens they say it's the internet icon.. it happened every time I played it.. I missed out on 6,000.00. Funny I could play the other games without internet interference.. scamming casino.

I bet 5 euros and got bonus and won 100x but credited only 25.50 euros. After that again with 5 euros bonus win 500x and got only 125 euros! I have sended games name and time and they ask screenshots. I do not have screenshots. I know they can check rounds if they want. But they say nithing can do without screenshots! Also there is no players account to check your own details. I am new player and this came directly. Do not seems very trustly. I have played on hundres casinos and scam like this never saw.
