No damn stars ! I had to meet the terms of there rules twice ! First dropped my balance from 400 to 50 , meeting all terms ! Off my own 50 I played and got lucky and asked for a withdrawal of 550 instead they took 500 without my consent or asking , saying terms that I already met and balance dropped to 50 , needed to be met ! Straight stole 500 dollars from my account!! After saying the request of 550 will be processed shortly!! THEIVES !!

I do like the fast payouts. However, if I deposit not using a bonus, I can’t win anything. (Except the 1st time I deposited) If I play on a free chip, I can win, but can only cashout very little. I really had high hopes for extreme. I’m not saying I won’t give them another chance, but I’m getting frustrated quick. They asked me to leave a review, I hope they don’t regret it.

This guy ashton is very rude he ended the chat and i wasnt even done asking him a question he never actually help. They should fire this guy hes not helping at all. This site has just gone down hill. Well I guess it never was on the top. I wrote a review because I was happy to win the 50 dollars from free spins. Now my last however many deposits go from what i deposit to 0 in a matter of minutes. No wins to keep you playing just spins nothing spin nothing and repeat until your deposit is gone. I play and win constantly on sweepstakes sites so I will just stick to those. It seems like extreme gets people in by letting them win the free fifty dollars and I’m sure I’ve cashed out on here before but for the past few months it’s like throwing your money in the trash. Do NOT play this site. Nothing about the payout process is instant. They force you to wait and go through multiple steps. Indeed, I complied with all their requests only to be told they are reviewing my payout request due to my “violations of the terms and conditions.” Apparently, I played blackjack after meeting my wager requirement for a deposit bonus, which they deemed a violation. Still waiting for them to make a decision to release my winnings, but it is clear they are looking for any reason to withhold my winnings and cheat me out of 4k. SO the 1st thing that’s great about extreme is the abundance of promos, coupons, deposit deals and free spins so many my only complaint is idk what one to choose. The 2nd great thing is the relatively painless deposit and withdrawal I’m new to cryptocurrency and online gambling but I found if you follow the instructions or contact support when you have issues they made it a simple straightforward process I won on a Friday evening and withdrew to my wallet Monday afternoon. My problem is Thomas Roberts that is an account manager for this company. He lied about my account stating I had more withdrawals than deposits, which I do not know how any person looking at my transactions could make that mistake since I had 1 withdrawal for 150ish, and at least 40-70 deposits ranging from 15 to 50. I asked for an apology and to correct his erroneous statement, but I’m not sure if his ego wouldn’t allow it, schedule, or something else, but I have not heard back still. He shouldn’t be allowed to work on customer issues if he is that incompetent to somehow think I had 50 withdrawals or more when I’ve had only 1 the entire time. Or he was trying to defame a consistent paying customer thru deceitful actions in his part. All I want is the truth and I would soften my approach as well. Humility is a virtue that without it no man would ever have redemption, while pride paves the way to destruction.
