I completed my bonus requirements, my account was reset from 400 to 250 which was the max winnings on my 50$ deposit. I then try to withdraw the $250 and was told I have a bonus of $121 in my account, even though it said real balance was $250. I just go to withdraw 125 then, but thats also denied. This place will not let you withdraw, it sounds good with the bonus etc., but they are just thieves that let you play and lose with more money. Also, their customer service for online chat just leaves before addressing your concerns.

Sure is a complete SCAM!!!!! Anybody saying any different is a bozo literally won 8k on this game playing a 6 dollar bet and then they tell me oh well you have to wager a certain amount then the balance disappears and leaves me with 40 dollars and the maximum cash out and limit is 50 dollars don’t give these folks a dime! UPDATE: what casino lets you play with free play and you actually win and then the minimum withdraw is $50 I stick to my statement this casino is a scam!! If it’s a good review chances are it’s Fake!! This site is clear cheating! I don’t think they understand the meaning of cheating though. Absolutely a rigged site!!! Like worse than I believe I have ever seen. They clearly refuse to give proper rewards and bonuses when spun. Example: New game “Great Golden Lion” has 3 bonuses. Blue, Red, Green. Blue is smallest then green and red is Jackpot pick. Yet they refuse to allow the red to drop. Even though you have collected ten times amount of red ones as blue and green combined. This is after allowing it to fall first few times playing game only after collecting a few. My experience with Casino Extreme, was extremely positive. The identity verification did take 5 days but honestly the issue there is my own impatience. They stand by their word in terms of fast payments. I’ll admit, since my winnings were from a bonus, I figured there would be something one way or another that would either keep me from successfully withdrawing or at least cause an issue beforehand, there was no issues at all.

The inability to cash out my full amount was a bit confusing. I had $220, but was only able to cash out 220 minus the bonus of 108, for a total of 112. Had recently left a casino I played for quite sometime and started playing Casino Extreme and was liking it until today they got me. I made a 100 dollar deposit using the Visa Card to buy Crypto option which I used once before and was surprised how quickly the deposit was in my account. Not today though. Today the deposit never did make it. Even though the money left my bank account at 1pm today it never got credited to my Extreme acct. I’ve contacted live chat at least a dozen times. They just hang up on me. I’ve got all info on transaction id number id date time receipt you name it I have the proof yet they kept the money and will not even try to explain just hang up. I’ve dealt with some shady casinos but I guess never had one flat out steal my deposit.

I was denied my withdrawal of 300$ and told I had used it on slots while waiting for it to process somehow, they were not able to locate my withdrawal and assumed I had used it on the website and wouldn’t look further into it. Extremely rigged and fraudulent website made for you to lose.
