I’ve been a Casumo user for a while now and honestly cannot say a single bad thing about them, from the deposit process to the withdrawal, the selection of games and different bets, the bonuses and promotions are all great…but one thing I love in particular is the customer service !!! I use their sportsbook and recently had an issue with my card expiring and having to process the winnings from an old bet to a new one. Absolutely joke stay away another bad online bookmaker staying away from them all now these absolute clowns blocked my game of roulette I was playing so it stuck to ask me to send bank statements and wage slips of proof of earnings didn’t pre warn me about this I replied saying I wasn’t prepared to send my private personal information to a online bookmaker just so I could carry on being a customer of there’s in the name of responsible gambling I do understand people do and can get addicted through gambling but so can alcoholics so we going to start saying people can only have two beers when they go out it’s absolutely ridiculous so I closed my account and asked them to transfer the money my money which was in my casumo account and I was playing with into my bank which 4 days later they haven’t and they refuse too so this is outrageous they have in fact stolen my money I’ve now contacted a solicitor who as told me this is illegal so I’m now in process of suing them for my money plus compensation I’ve now successfully sued three online bookmakers for similar things it all comes down to these ridiculous response gambling restrictions I think people like me will just give up and find another hobby been gambling for 40 years never got into any difficulties I own my own house villa in Portugal and 2 businesses financially secure for rest of my life yet these idiots trying to limit and tell me how to spend my money stay away from casumo online bookmakers there thieves

Exceptionally poor value for money, low bonus frequency and when you do actually manage to get one the pay out is rarely more than the cost of buying the bonus outright. There are much better value options available so I suggest you try elsewhere!

CM’s review fueled my response by the way the company replied and glossed over his key points.The casino does have a hand in your outcome, it isnt just rng or random. The casino will request a particular rtp which game software companies now provide to the online casino and have done for 3 years and may range from 89% to 96.71% rtp. Online casino also gets to set win caps. Dont be fobbed off with all random audited rng tested etc. From there search on the internet for nerfed slots and learn what happened. educate your self play appropriately.

Lost a few thousand dollars on the website only to be rewarded with $45. Advise to take your business elsewhere, other casinos such as mgm will provide a much better loyalty structure to players.RTP settings on slots are set very low, almost as bad as real life slots. I have used many gambling sites and this has the strangest login policy. It randomly logs you out every day and doesn’t let you log in till the next day. They claim you have reached your alloted time limit which is false and a bizarre idea anyway. Do not I repeat do not join unless you want stress.

At first I was dubious about this online casino, but the 150% bonus on my deposit convinced me. I deposited £100 and received £250 in playing credit. I proceeded to play live Black Jack and and lost around £160. I then decided to withdraw £30 just out of curiosity, as my paranoia was telling me this is probably a scam site. To my horror, although the withdrawal was successful as I did receive £30 back in my bank. The rest of the money that must have been bonus money, just vanished into nothing! So I’m guessing somewhere in the small print there must be something about making withdrawals before certain amount of play. So I left it at that. On my second attempt I decided I’ll give it another go and start fresh without the confusion of bonus money. So I deposited roughly £30. I played a few hands and was pleasantly surprised to be up £320. I Decided to cash out and make a withdrawal. And didn’t think anything of it, only to be faced with a message telling me I needed to re-verify my i.d, which I had previously done and passed. But this time they wanted me to actually take the photos of the documents and upload directly.They also wanted a picture of my face. After a few attempts the system kicked me out, stating I have made too many upload attempts. And to wait for someone to verify. I waited three days and still no green tick and funds were still locked. At this stage I came to the conclusion that I’d probably been scammed. So I decided to go to live chats. After typing in my predicaments the bot instantly passed me over to a human representative. She told me she’d reset the count and for me to re-upload the required documents. After this I almost instantly received the Green verification tick I was after. But still no clearance for my withdrawal. So decided to go back to live chats and was helped by Matts. He contacted the payment department and explained that the funds had been locked due to online security reason to do with my id verifications and having checked I passed everything he asked the payments department to verify and process my withdrawal which was almost instantly received. I have made one more deposit since then of £29 and withdrew £120 and once again it has locked. I don’t expect to have any problems with this one and it will probably be cleared in a couple of hours. So just to sum up. Everything seems to be legitimate. I have received more money than I have put in so far. Which is a good sign. The verification process is stringent but is understandable as you don’t get anything for free in this life. But I can see how those that don’t pass this process can see it as a scam especially if trying to withdraw winnings. The bonus seems more complicated than it needs to be so read the small print. Or even better look at it as credit given to just try out the games and don’t expect to be winning anything with it. Over all I’d say this has been a good experience as I have won more than I have put in. This would have been five stars had I not have had issues with verification and withdrawals. My advice is make sure you have all verification documents available or expect a delay in your payments. This is a legitimate online casino. Over all gameplay experience is top notch. Staff assistance is second to none. Only let down by miscommunication within other departments which can be forgiven considering how many players they have to deal with.

They pretty much tried to steal my money. I deposited $25 and they gave me that 25 only to be spent in the casino. When I tried to contact support, they just locked my account and told me they’ll get back to me and didn’t email me back for three days and said that they’re thinking about a final decision.
