Just spent over $400 doing $1 bets on Book of Dead. Didn’t even hit one bonus. Is this a joke? 400+ spins not one bonus. I have NEVER had this happen in my life. Ever. This is absurd. They owe me £350 i been chasing for 2 weeks now, been speaking with customer agents almost everyday chasing and and each time its different messages, they said my winnings was paid out which clearly aint paid out ive sent numerous bank statements as they requested so they can do checks and all now im still waiting clearly from the statement they can see the money was not deposited to my account, its just a shame that gambling companies like these need to rob people to make money, if you want good and genuine reviews stop robbing people and pay them the money they have won stop getting your mates to write fake reviews, will keep you updated if i get the money in the end

Surprised with the negative reviews. I recently left a review, however only gave 4 stars due to being unsure over whether I would receive my withdrawal after some confusion over the verification process. Very disappointed with the way they deal with withdrawals. I have submitted my documents, been verified, withdrawn the first and second time; afterwards, when I had another withdrawal, they asked me to submit a video with my passport in my hand exposing my face. I was not comfortable doing so, however, when trying to submit my document, the system couldn’t recognise it. I was given 14 days until my account will be closed, no withdrawal,by the way. I will contact the ombudsman, as customer service was useless.I do not recommend this site.

Casumo is not what it used to be I used to win thousands and then they got done (fined). This website and app even thought it’s a nice thought, they constantly kick you out when you place bets saying location issues. I use other casinos and they don’t do that. I just joined a few days ago and I have to admit that hit started off good. I won $750 and $1250. I made a withdrawal and the money was in my bank account in less than 30 minutes. Then I made more deposits and got it up to $3,000 but when I went to withdraw, they told me that I couldn’t withdraw the money. They then locked my account because of suspicious activity . All this because of the number of deposits I made. This isn’t right.
