They are nothing but rippers and unsolicited!! I have been trying to make withdrawals for over the last 2 months and it was not possible until I reported to the anti crime agency ( Swiftlex. Cloud) and immediately with their support I was able to instantly make withdrawals.

Closed my account a couple of years ago. They wouldn’t close it they just paused it. Asked to reopen it and they wanted 4 different things sent in. I understand the ID and proof of address but they also wanted my pay slip and..wait for it.. a photo of me holding my photo ID lol surprised they didn’t ask me to send a video of me dancing also. Very weird. Customer service rep was friendly and attentive on the live chat, not their fault the site has those daft rules.

The customer service is absolutely excellent especially one representative called Phoebe. Very courteous and helpful. Answered any queries I had regarding withdrawal. I won twice in the last few weeks and even with the public holidays it was in my bank account within a week, last one after the public holiday only two days. I love the customer service the ease of payment and withdrawal and the overall service A+++++++ in my books

I have made multiple withdrawals previously And this time they won’t process my withdrawal because of a verification that I cannot do They say the verification is to protect there customers but if that’s the case they should not accept deposits if they cannot be paid out.Makes me wonder how much money they have sitting there from customers going through the same situation

I am very satisfied with the customer experience i was provided with by Joanne who not only resolved my issue but also showed care and empathy. She resolved my issue in minutes and my withdrawal is being processed now. I have made maybe not 100 but dozens of withdrawals at Casumo without any issues regardless of the amount and i receivevthem almost instantly. I dont know why the overall score is not higher on this review site but from my personal exp at casumo for the last 2 years, it deserves a five star rating. Many many years ago used to be alright. I self excluded and after my time they didn’t wanted to reopen account again. I had to argue. Finally reopened but made my deposit limit 10£ monthly. What games you can play with that?, try few spins and wait for the next month to try play again?

I found myself getting really confused with navigating parts of the site, especially my funds, to my own fault.I rang the customer service and spoke to someone called Ryan. They were so helpful and patient. explained how to get to what I was looking for and even gave some helpful hints on how to navigate easier.They were so nice, even asked how my daughter was doing when I mentioned through the conversation that I had a daughter. I have been a member for over a year, and have had a few minor wins, in the last month I have made two withdrawals both of these have not showed up in my account, it shouldn’t be that hard for them to find out where the money has gone. Do the right thing casumo. Look into it and fix it.

I am all for safer gambling etc, but stop the verification process after a deposit has been accepted, it’s off putting, I immediately withdrew what I deposited as got fed up with questions that I had already answered on first deposit. Once I have funds back in my bank account will be closing account and going elsewhere.

Been playing for awhile and all a sudden without explaination I get my account shut down and the money on my account was kept I withdrew it then it was cancelled by the casino while it was processing deposit. With a message telling me my account has been discontinued indefinitely without a reason or explaination and that my winnings and deposit will not be sent again casino is a fraud and a scam casino takes your money and shuts you down when you did nothing wrong

The helpful staff, whenever Ive have a question they were very knowledgeable in regards to what I was asking about or found someone who was. I really some of the old options they used to have like locking my withdrawals. And really liked the old reel races. When the app came out you could pinch your game making you able to go deposit with out restarting the game, really wish that was still a option.

So far Casumo Casino has been about as good as I could have hoped, site runs smooth/every game I have searched for has been there, I’ve had a few good base game hits and a few ok bonuses, The thing that has impressed me the most is twice I used the Live Chat customer service once very late and both times a lady called Phoebe instantly sorted out what I wanted too be done and made it clear that everything will be cleared up within the hour and it was so as far as talking to a real person right away and no hassle that’s a real good sign, She is differently there to help and not give you any headaches also the slot 100 spin tournaments are decent cash prizes as well. Something is going on with this site. I made a withdrawel like I have many times with no problem. Only this time to be told I need to provide statements for previous deposit method????. I have never deposited on this site with any other payment method other than my paypal. Casumo how do you propose I send you something that is not there?. I have sent you my statement where I have deposited on casumo using PayPal and my paypal account details. I CANNOT email you as it keeps coming back rejected. I’m sorry but the pays are a joke here. I’m constantly playing slots that aren’t paying anything at all on the spins, and then on the rare bonuses I’m getting like 5x my stake? How is that fair. I wouldn’t mind but I’ve deposited over £500 and not had anything above 10x on blueprint games that can only pay 1000x… Definitely something fishy where the volatility is changed on these games now to absurd levels.

Waste of money. Don’t ever win anything, on the odd occasion you actually do get a bonus round (which is almost impossible) you’ll win £2.50 max. The slots jump after stopping when it’s winning spin. I was hesitant to use the website due to all the bad reviews. However I can’t fault the website at all. I made two withdrawals at first which were sent to my account within a few hours. I later then won quite a large amount which I had aniexty about withdrawing because it was taking a while and I kept having to either send more documents or speak to one of the agents but it’s standard. The agents are super quick to help you solve any problems or answer any questions. I’m really glad I used casumo. People are more likely to write bad reviews than good.

I won a reasonable amount and went to widraw. Upon this, I was asked to provides several documents about me in which I did days before the winnings. I provided everything and couldn’t find anything against me to stop me having my winning. Days went on holding the funds until i chased again and was told they will pay my winnings but you account had been permanently locked. Happy to let people deposit huge amounts but not happy when your loosing.
