If I could give less stars I would. This company allowed my underage, vulnerable son to open an account, deposit and play through £1000 approximately. Never once verifying. I have contacted them NUMEROUS times about this as I simply want them to close the account and refund the money they took from a child. I am getting absolutely nowhere with them. No one responds to emails, live chat simply reply with “email us and someone will get back to you soon” but they never do! 24 emails since July 1st and still no resolution.

My personal experience with casumo has been great got plenty of bonuses and free spins and have already won alot of money so I really can’t fault them withdraw was super easy and quick the live chat function was quick to respond also

Very rarely get any win sort of win on this site. Features seems rarer than elsewhere and pay very little when they do come in. I’d had enough and just wanted to deactivate my account, these are the only ones I’ve known where you have to speak to customer care to do so. Needs investigation, I’m sending a report the gambling commission, I just don’t feel this is right.

Casumo have already managed to take this review down once before claiming it was fake but I can assure you it is not. Sad to say the negative reviews are all correct and it’s disappointing I didn’t come across them sooner. I have a feeling that the positive reviews are all bought and paid for as they are a little too positive for an online casino….After signing up and being verified I then went on to place a winning bet.Upon trying to withdraw the funds I discovered that my account had been locked for withdrawals due to ‘verification’ – but when I check what needed verifying I get the answer that I am already fully verified.After raising this with live chat they initially said this was just a standard verification check on my account – 3 days later still the same. Then it was another unspecified team looking into the account and they couldn’t give me any further details. Then they locked my account, including the money that was in there, and became unresponsive.I have filed a police report this afternoon for theft and will be proceeding with the resolver or Ecogra. What a pain and just please avoid this terrible company.Casumo responded to this once before saying how seriously they take verification process. I was already verified when I placed the bet and after it won they suddenly decided that my passport, liveness check and utility bill were not good enough anymore and I had to upload them all again. This isn’t ‘doing their duty’, it is just abusing the verification system which was set up to try and help people gamble more safely, not to let disgraceful gambling companies steal their customers money.

I signed up to Casumo after receiving numerous promotions on Facebook for the start of the football season. I was verified immediately but I committed the cardinal sin of winning! After trying to withdraw the funds I won, Casumo then sent me three further requests for verification, including a liveness check – all of which I passed. Clearly they weren’t happy with this and so paused my withdrawal, then reversed it and banned me – confiscating my funds.I cannot believe a betting company can get away with drawing people in for a promotion and then banning them, or taking away their money because they didn’t like the outcome. I can’t ask for my money bet when I lose a bet and this can’t be the case for a gambling company either.I am still struggling to get a proper response over 1 month later and it is still being reviewed by the complaints team.It looks like they are in full damage control with numerous fake 5-star reviews. Don’t believe them – please stay away and don’t get caught out by these scammers and predators!

Usually have a good experience but was belittled by Ryan from customer service and he was so rude. I was given a bonus upon login which he chose not to honour and said it was an issue with the system. Such a letdown after so many good years.

Hi, I everyone, this is the honest experience from me at Casumo. My account is fully verified to begin with and been play at Casumo for a couple of years already. Cash out some small amount no problem, lost a lot more than winning tho. Yesterday somehow I won a little more than $2000 Canadian dollars, they make me go through the verification again. After go online to get help to send in my bank details and prove of payment. Everything is correct but some how it all got rejected and it come to an end that they closed my acc. This is not fair for anyone not just for me that’s why there are a lot of bad reviews.

Would give zero if I could! They are happy enough to let you deposit and gamble but if you win and try to make a withdrawl they will suddenly have a problem. My account was verified to begin with, send ID and address documents also wanted a copy of my card. Once I requested a withdrawl they locked my account and apparently undergoing security checks?? 4 weeks chasing my money and they cant answer when their check will be done or when I will have access to my money. OK, I won a bit of cash, only 20 quid and I tried to withdraw.Granted I made a typo when entering my account number and didnt realise this until 4 days passed and the withdrawal had gone through but obviously not to my account.I emailed explaining what id done (It was not the email address i registered with)They said that I need to email from the registered address so they could sort it out for me.So I did and now I have to send a bank statement showing my name and account number plaus a deposit to casumo as my 20 quid had been suspended pending.Ive been unable to get a bank statement as my online bank requires me to have a card reader to unlock restricted service.Im not happy with this company at all. sod the 20 quid, keep it and I hope you choke on the food you buy with it.Robbing so and so’sNot sure of the date it happened but was definitely in July.I wont be using this company again

As per the truthfully bad reviews on here. You can see this site is 100 percent the worst on there. And needs looking into. I played 1000s and I kept on trying different games as the ones I like playing juat wouldn’t do a thing. I got features and lituraly only got 15 quid. That’s was the best feature I recieved. So so poor, I have never known a site so difficult to verify your account. I must have sent my proof of address at least 6 times now. Asked my advisor to send my bank statement as a pdf, each time it is rejected. For some reason you can not send a screenshot as they want to see all 4 corners of your document. Literally makes no sense.

Be careful with Casumo, they blocked my account without notice (even though they said they told me, they hadnt) they withhold my balance too which is over £100. They cant tell me how long the account is blocked for, raised a complaint, i did get a reciept on that, said i will hear in 8 weeks! Terrible firm, stay well clear!!!!

Do not sign up to Casumo…I signed up to Casumo a few weeks ago because they had some good sports boosts and placed a few bets and now like a number of other new customers I’ve received an email to say I have violated their T&C’s and my account has been terminated/suspended and they have also confiscated all my funds.Please avoid Casumo, they’ve stole money from me and a number of other customers going by other Trust Pilot reviews.I will be making a complaint to them today to try and get my money back.

Hello Crooks, Losers,Abusers and Grade A Areseholes t appears that there was an unintentional deposit of £92 made into my account approximately 12 days ago. Subsequently, I requested a withdrawal of the same amount, which led to the account being temporarily blocked.Initially, my account was verified, but unfortunately, communication from their end ceased abruptly, leaving me without any response to my inquiries. Joined after a recomendation and like others used an advertised boost on their website. my bet won so had to jump through hoops sending documentation which I did. Then 5 days waiting for withdrawl which never came to get an email saying I had broken a t and c which I have not. All winnings confiscated and also my initial deposit. In effect they have voided the bet but also taken the stake which is theft. DO NO USE this company. Stick to more mainstream sites.

I joined Casumo, won a bet fair and square and then tried to withdraw. Nothing happened as it was kept in Pending state. I contacted them via Live Chat and was told I needed to go through their standard verification. Fair enough. I went through the process and was promptly verified. However after 11 days my withdrawal has not happened. Despite contacting them every day for the past 4 days, they keep coming up with different cock and bull stories. Clearly they are doing everything they can to keep hold of the money I won. Don’t trust this company! They probably love you if you lose, but when you win, they are unethical.

Only been with them a week. £100 deposited, took advantages of the bonuses, won a couple of times, then my account was closed out of the blue saying I’ve breached some of their rules. More than happy to take your money but won’t let you withdraw it. Their live chat feature promised my withdrawal was being processed and then out of nowhere they took all my money. Because the account i made the transfer from differed from the previous account i had used for transfers (but still my account). I got a message right after the etransfer stating that this deposit can not be accepted and will be returned to my account in 1-2 business days. For etransfers they have autodeposit so the money goes straight into their account and i received a message saying the transfer was successfully deposited into casumos account.I waited 6-7 business days, money not returned. Customer service told me to wait longer and its normal. They said try back in a few more days. No return, i contacted customer service again. They asked me for a list if verifications and this and that… NONE of whicj were actually needed. I provided them with the very transaction into of the deposit and proof that money was autodeposited straight into their account… provided the with the only verifications they needed. When they saw the proof they all the suddennsaid their team checked and the money was not in their account and for me to contact my bank for further assisstance. I did knowing exactly what i would hear, thatvyes infact the etransfer went straightbjnto casumos account. Criminals that just try and give u the runaround asking for this and that, total bs that is meant to waste your time. Absolute vile bookmarker, they accepted my verification of bank card, proof of address was ‘processing’ for months.I had a winner, they then sent an email almost instantly ‘time to get verified’ unless you verify within a certain time threaten to suspend your account in the same email.You will still be able to deposit in this time but will not be able to withdraw any funds? That is the worst statement I’ve seen from an online gambling company. To openly send that out to customers is very brave, the UK gambling commission do not take kindly to such abuse of KYC, they need reporting by all of us. They require, proof of address, bank statement, card verification and identity verification. At the start I liked casumo, they do pay out quickly but…. Compared to other sites the rate of winning is abysmal, I have sent emails and have received bonus’s which I appreciate but I do spend a lot so I tend to feel I’ve earned them! Constant play on various games gets you no features, very little wins and a boring game session ! When are they going to figure out if you pay more, we play more. Anyway, house always wins I know .. but this is ridiculous, and the game software gets changed too so you literally can’t win or get that last point in the last row, it flys right past!
