Not sure if these bad reviews are real .. i have played alot of these sites ..i deposited 200 pound .. and lost .carried on with another 100 and won 1400 ish ... withdrew it and was in my bank when i looked 5 minutes later..

Totally disappointing! Take take take, rarely get a game for your money and withdrawals are few and far between. Customer 'service' is admin answering with generic list replies. They pester with mails and texts and even when you request they stop, they do not. They don't accept most verifications, making excuses to block your account before you can have a chance to recoup any money spent. Don't waste your money here!

Oh my gosh!! I had the best customer care person ever!!! RIA. She is amazing. I've been trying for days to get my verification records sent in. But i really didn't understand what they needed. My forms kept getting rejected. Ria made it so simple, easy and quick for me to follow. Her ability to teach and simplify is truly amazing. I will always use this casino now. The other are always so stressful but knowing Ria is there and so well trained makes this casino of a higher class and I now feel safe with my money in their hands.

I'm typing this on behalf of my 86 year old husband . He joined was allowed to deposit£700, he then won and has since been trying to withdraw his winnings ! Everyday he has been on live chat trying to get help . He had to verify himself but due to a stroke the Face ID could not pick his face up. He tried and tried, it was causing him a lot of distress. He did send in his DL and proof of address and bank card but this still wasn't enough. They then said he could send in a picture of him holding his DL, he has since sent 5 different ones in as one is not clear one is not next to the face one is not big enough it's goes on and on. Unfortunately he is now unwell and distressed by the whole thing. Today his documents were again rejected and he was accused of editing them, oh how he wish he was that up to date at his age at editing things ! He has now been asked to send in a video of him holding something with todays date on it. I honestly am astounded by the requests!Unfortunately it has made him want to give up and lose the winnings . I really don't want anything to happen to him. How this is allowed to go on is beyond me and really no empathy for elderly players. Shame on you Casumo .This review I kept but didn’t put up as I thought I would give them more time .Unfortunately it got so stressful my husband has been in hospital. He is now home I told Casumo this and they still wanted another photo so we sent one with family members helping my husband in a hospital bed with his ID. Today we have contacted them once again by live chat and they are making out no documentation has been received!! Send you card covered then send it uncovered. We haven’t received you photo Id . Do you know he has sent it in 10 times . The live chat today said email us . He has 15 times with no response. Live chat everyday for 3 weeks . You made him ill . We sent a final photo yesterday of my son helping himAs he’s unwell and they said because he’s not holding the Id next to his face and it’s my sons hand it does not count!!

I have spent the last two weeks trying to withdraw the funds from my account with no success after closing my account. I can only it's due to me closing my account for my own welfare. Now as they see I will not be using Casumo they do not care. I did ask will closing my account affect my withdrawal or if should I close my account after my withdrawal arrives, but they said no it is fine - LIECustomer service has been useless as they have been telling me to wait a bit longer as they've sent it. Then I was told I need to send proof I have not received my funds by sending a bank statement which I provided. Then they said they have processed the withdrawal and the previous withdrawal had failed, that was 10 days ago. I asked again after waiting 5 working days and no money and they asked me to wait a little bit longer, then they said I have to proof with by sending my bank statement again, then they said no I don't need to send proof, the funds were definitely sent. So I listened and waited for 3 more days, and still no funds in my account. So I am writing this review to warn others against using Casumo, it's not worth the pain. Over two weeks for a withdrawal when they advertise fast withdrawals - what a joke! I am currently speaking to customer service as I write this and they have told me I should have received my withdrawal - Well Obviously!Please stay away if you do not want to deal with a disingenuous, shady company, and stay away from gambling in general as it's no good! Only receiving 1 star as 0 is not an option!11/07/2023: Casumo have replied saying they have tried to contact me to help. That is a LIE, the complete opposite from the truth which is just ridiculous. The first time when I contacted them, they said my withdrawal had failed - only after I had contacted them. What if I had not realised? they would have done nothing. Every time I have had to contact them for an update. To double check I have gone through my emails and yes there was NOTHING. Really disappointing there is nothing else to say, to add onto the anger and displeasure of me not receiving my withdrawal, they have started to just LIE.

I unfortunately have to change my review in light of my recent dealings with casumo. When I started playing,they would make you feel very appreciated but the more you play you get forgotten. Im on level 121 and have spent THOUSANDS with them(losing alot) when I enquired about closing my account Charlie from chat advised me he can do it right away,never enquiring about why or is there anything he could do. I constantly bet 80c spins and up and they would give me 10x10c spins 💀 Don't go here if you want to feel like an appreciated customer,you won't get it

I deposited $500 and received a $500 deposit match. When I had wagered $2,000 of the $4,000 required to unlock the $500 deposit bonus, Casumo limited my account to where I could bet no more than $25-$50 at a time making it a very slow process. I then asked the support team if the bonus expires because I realized it was going to take a while to satisfy the wagering requirements. Casumo service reps lied about the expiry of the deposit bonus. They told me (and I have screenshots) that the bonus does not expire. However, it expired in 10 days. Messaged another rep about this said they were "sorry" and that they will refund my balance to $500. They have not done so, but I will update this if they do. Wish I listened to the reviews before I signed up :(*After Casumo responded to this review they DID NOT follow through with the refund. Instead they messaged me and said that in compensation for their representative lying to me, I would be allowed to withdraw my remaining funds??? In other words they tried to position something that I am entitled to as a favour. Guys use BET365, Bet Victor, Betway or Sports Interaction in Canada. I've been with them for years and never had problems :)

I quite like casumo. Been on it a while.Had a few wins.Can hit bonus rounds, not everytime of course Live chat and customer service is good Fast withdrawals. I deducted a star as I think the free spins/rewards could be a little better

After 2 deposits the wife made me stop so I self exclude myself, 5 year's later I try to reopen my account back up, I had to send in extensive documents in, I've sent in less for a mortgage.8 days have went by and still nothing, they are the slowest casino for verification I know of, support would just reply with a pre written email.I'm looking to play else where as customer service is appalling.

Most terrible casino I have ever dealt with! Won another £1k on 22nd May and Casumo sent the money to a random bank account of mine that was closed months ago that was NEVER used to deposit with. So no such thing as a 'closed-loop system' preventing fraud. Casumo is insisting the funds have been sent, but I have not received anything at all and now it's been 3 weeks. Spoken to more than 6 live chat agents and most are useless and cannot help or provide a solution without saying the same responses over and over again. Customer service is truly terrible here and I would highly recommend players staying away from this casino. I am also in contact with IBAS about this issue, especially about slow withdrawals, lack of customer service and sending funds to unregistered bank accounts.

*AVOID* Scam Casino - DOES NOT WITHDRAWALI've submitted a withdrawal request 5 days and it's still sat as pending. Documents have been uploaded approved yet nothing is happening. And before you tell me to contact customer service I HAVE and sometimes muitlple times a day and NO ONE CAN HELP. They only tell you to wait and they've messaged the revelant team. You can see from other review I'm not the only person with this story so PLAY ELSEWHERE. Also, yes I've emailed you TWICE AND NO REPLY. Happy to review this post once I get my money that I'm owed

Absolutely appalling tried for ages to log on to site. Kept asking for passwords then not accepting them even though there generated through their own app. The bot of course was useless and the humans don’t answer at all. The whole online gaming sector seems to have lost the plot.

Awful customer service. They argue with you, defend their actions and couldn't care less about helping you. Petty, pathetic and unprofessional.I am now chasing missed payments not made into my account. One month and I am on there every day.Today a customer service representative called Fermino, didn't even bother responding to my chat. Monica and Janne were also incredibly poor. They don’t listen to what you saying at all. I am trying to tell them I have had an ongoing issue for a month that requires serious investigation and they give me dismissive answers as if I don’t know anything. I have been dealing with my problem for a month, but not in 5 minutes Janni and Monica think they have the answer in the form of the most basic information ever. Didn’t bother even listening to the question. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Early days, but so far I’m definitely happy with Casumo. Easy joining, easy verification and easy withdrawals and I’m up nearly £500 . I’ve used many casinos in my time and so far I have absolutely no complaints. Online chat was smooth for a query that I had about demo games. I was dubious after reading the other reviews and comments and a tad nervous when I won straight away, I thought bye bye winnings, but got them in just over 24 hours !!! So far so good , if anything changes I will let you all know 👍

Awful experience. They're refusing to pay my winnings until I provide them with a ridiculous amount of ID, bank statements with all account number and sort code included! It seems my passport alone isn't enough. I've never known any gambling site to request so much personal photographic evidence.

i recently joined casumo to have some fun and i did...had several good bonuses...i cashed out and have already received a notice that my funds are on their way...i was very hesitant after reading reviews prior to joining this casino but everything seems ok..ill review again if there is an issue with my withdrawal...

Customer service is exceptional. Response time is perfect. My main agent Luke goes above and beyond to ensure I am looked after and addresses any questions in a timely manner. He advises on any up and coming promos/ benefits and makes sure I am up to speed with everything offered on casumo. Hit a big win and needed to verify some documents to withdrawal. Ran into a little snag while working through the steps. Luke helped me resolve my issue and even went above and beyond and confirmed the documents to get the withdrawal request moving along. He was very friendly and easy to work with.

Joel is great. He solves your issues before even asking to be resolved. He's playing chess while we're all playing checkers. BTW, Casumo is a great sports betting platform. Takes less than 1 day to withdraw straight to your account. I've also read some of the other bad reviews. You'll need to verify your account with any online casino/betting sites. At least Casumo does it within hours compared to others that takes days.
