Choosing the lower rtp versions of the slots(which regrettably you are doing) will eventually turn against you. It is like biting your own leg. Im glad there still is casinos which offer the higher rtp versions, which i most likely choose next to play in.

In general i like comeOn! a lot because of its Promotions. But Customer Service often is not as good as expected. Often they dont know their own Promotions and have to ask back. But the worst thing is, that customer service told me, that the market team has excluded me from the shop. Though i asked for the reasons, i dont get any answer, so i cant help to solve the issue. That is a very awkward experience. Why cant i get an answer to my question about the reasons for excluding me? What about my collected shop-points? I'm not able to spent them though i earned them with some playing oder special promos.

normally I would give you five stars. Since a few weeks I can´t use the shop for reedem points. when I asked your employee he told me that I´m not eligible for rewards or offers. My experience playing at comeon has always been satisfying. Only issue is that my withdrawal came with a motivert it would be visible in my creditcard instantly after comeon had confirmed it and sent me the money. That did’nt happen... so I Wonder how long the transfer will take. And its about difficult to find out what providers you offer and Get the games sorted in providers
