I am adamant that this company is a scam and they have used the platform to make many people bankrupt and frustrated, it’s have eel many people all over the world and it’s not fair. On Jan, 23 “22 ( last year) I did an ACH transfer to this company which is a total of $77,000 , withdrawing was an issue which out of my legal experience I was able to charge them to 𝐖𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍.𝐈𝐎. according to the regulations of FCA which assisted me to help me withdraw my coins from them after much pain and agony

I want to warn any irresponsible editor who publishes misleading articles online, leading unsuspecting readers to scammer companies. Your days are limited. I thought maybe I needed to wager the deposit so played it, then still nothing contacted customer service who toldMe that now the money has been played no bonus or spins can be added. They don't keep to what they say at all, made some earning from their online platform and they did't want to release it back to me at all after continuous emails I sent, they wouldn't even reply on time. They wanted to hold on to my earning but got assisted by futuresaidcom and had my earning released to me. Was happy I didn't allow the pressure get to me because I was already tired of the stress they were putting me through even tho they are regulated in the UK and Malta. It is totally unacceptable but happy its all said and done now.

Hi had a huge winning on there sister site Casino Gods on 10th Nov of £30,000 I have not got any update since Dec 19th I have raised my case to the casino and to Genesis site as well however nothing has been done. They have no closed there operations and no updates as such. What is happening to my money and why they not responding. Been governed by UK gambling commission and Malta gambling authority does this give no protection to the players?

I won some money and have requested withdrawals on 23rd November. They are still pending and every time I contact them, they say they don’t have a timeframe to give me.I have withdrew money from them before and never had any issues. Considering they say process time is up to 72 hours and now it’s been over 2 weeks is not acceptable!It has now been nearly 4 weeks and still no update. Constantly being told I will receive an update ‘very soon’ 4 weeks later and nothing!

I had just doubled the deposit; even that was too much for this to not pay. I requested withdrawal, second day it reversed. Withdrawal charges deducted for no apparent reasons. Requested again, the same cycle repeated. Interestingly, withdrawal charges again deducted. Chat responds instantly but action, zero. If they take action, they have to refund, correct? If no action, customer may lose money in long run. Well scripted scammers. Guys, stay away. These people need to open a better scamming institution rather than this old school technics. Closed the account after weeks of struggle.

EDIT: After the money reverting back into my account, I made another withdrawal and the money has gone into my bank today. Wish I had read reviews beforehand, made a withdrawal for £180 on the 19th Aug and was told it was released on the 19th and would take 1-3 business days to go into my bank. Its been 3 business days now and when I went on live chat I was told I have to send a bank statement in pdf so they can escalate! I have sent the statement so now await a response. I will update when I get an update and hopefully add more stars when it's all sorted!!

Withdrawal was processed yesterday, apparently failed due to an error on their side, the money returned to their site. I had already waited 36 hours at this time. Now processed the withdrawal again, contacted customer service to ask this be reviewed ASAP as I don't see why I should be penalised for something that wasn't my fault, promised it would be done today...and it's still sitting pending. Had a few issues with this site but usually sorted but this one after being assured it would be sorted today has really annoyed meUpdate... money has now been released and I'm my account

So far my experience on this site has been second to none, good selection of games, beautiful website layout and best of all extremely helpful support regarding chat. I’ve had a few problems which have been resolved quickly. I am currently waiting on my withdrawal to go to my bank, when this hits my bank within the time frame they have give me I will be back to mark 5* if it doesn’t you will also know about that too!

Casino are good, they have so many providers and many good slots, site looks good. Verification process was quite fast too. Only thing I dont like is that withdrawals take some time to get processed, I recently managed to win 1980€ and requested a withdrawal and waiting now it to be processed, I haven't been waiting long yet but as they say 24-72 hours is pending time, too long for casinos these days, there is many many sites that pays immediately or in 24 hours. I've uploaded my passport but received an email saying things are missing (which they aren't) and when I go on to the documents section on my account it says "they're under review and I can't upload anymore"... frustrating sites that will continue to let you deposit but the second you withdraw you get stung with this "jumping through hoops" process.... good site TBF just need to improve the withdrawal process...
