I clicked on the bonus link for 45% bonus plus 45 free spins but never got it. I deposited $100. All I get from CHIP the Ai is, there is maintenance going on and shibe done in 30 mins but it's way past 30 mins. I have a Platinum VIP status and this is getting frustrating! Have been playing on here for years and starting to get horrible experiences!

This places reviews have to be botted or something because this place is crap. 1) The live chat is just a names autobot, that send you to other auto bots, that then send you to a bot named chip that will do nothign to help you. If your lucky after 45 mins of battling with them you can get a real person but its not easy. Horrible service.2) It will auto add bonuses that you dont ask for that will lock in your real money and not allow you to withdrawal until wager is finished. and yes most places are like this however most places will allow you to cancel the bonus and lose the bonus cash to make it so you can withdrawal your actual cash. this place doesnt. When they ad a bonus you didnt ask for you are now stuck following the wager requirements even for your own cash.3) I spun Dragon Link for 1000$ worth of 1$ spins with out one feature, games are not normal.
