I was concerned about two withdrawals I had in processing. My email address within Mondial was different from the bank email address on file. So I was concerned. The employees were very helpful with putting me at ease. Thank you.One thing I absolutely HATE is your CHAT . Every time I had a question it took forever as CHAT took me thru the exact 20 minutes of congratulations. I was concerned about my account and that stupid set up you have would go on and on and on about the same thing over and over and over. It’s a terrible set up and something really has to change. They suck, promise to give you match bonus and don’t deliver on their promises. It takes forever to talk to someone and the system kicks you out too often. Agents are not very helpful they don’t even try to resolve the problem and basically call their customers Liars. I find it frustrating when you initially contact the Help button & we are referred and answered too by an AI, it is equally frustrating when you are not able to continue or answer & submit after your 1st initial comment. After trying several times with the same question & being cut-off & then the chat ends & they ask u to rate the performance…?! It’s happened several times. As of today, I’m not very happy with my funds sitting in pending for close too or more than 60 hours when u say it’s 48 hours! Again, this should be explained in current country of origin. I requested 3 withdrawals since late Saturday/early Sunday morning & it’s now Tuesday evening in British Columbia, Canada & it’s still there – that’s unacceptable turnaround time to me.

They have poor customer service. I was playing a game several times interruption happened but their customer team didn’t respond at time but after later when i seek refund for interrupted service provided several times, asked to contact to risk management team which are even more unprofessional.
