Grand Mondial Casino is my go to casino for few reasons, one is it is affiliated with the Casino Rewards which gives VIP points that convert to $$$, two is they have great promos with match bonuses and free spins. I have been have been in the winning end quite a few times and to be honest I see there only downfall is the mandatory 48 hour pending period on all withdrawals where in that time I have dipped in to my winnings and basically given back to the casino, but if you can make it through the 48 hour pending period your withdrawal is rather quick once processed . I recently played a game called Treasure Nile and the game rules is it Pays: left to right and right to left! I’m currently appealing with the casino support because the game only paid me from the left to right and completely ignored the right to left rule, too!I played this game quite a few times and I won before and it paid me the full amount! Some one is STEALING MY OTHER HALF and I’m not a happy camper about it! I have emails from various cr workers who told me that the prize for five symbols is 6,000 but she/he told me that I only played a .50 coin bet and divided the 6,000 in half: further she said that I would of had to bet a dollar on the line AND I REPEATED that the pay table clearly states the 6,000 is won because the rules of play say – pays are left to right and right to left SO I DID WIN BECAUSE I HAD A LINE HIT THAT PAYS TWICE: the left to right is 3,000 and the right to left is 3,000 equaling a total win of 6,000 credits. I like playing this game because I won several times in the past-totally surprised me the prize for five sphinx=$3,000.00! This time I won five pharaohs on the sixth Payline worth $6,000.00! And I also won five sphinx on the sixth Payline. Whoever controls the pays neglected to count the left to right win on the same line. I’m still waiting for them to respond now. Hello everybody, I have been member of this casino since 2017 and I have to say that I spent pretty much money here but that is a game. When is the money not with me, hopefully is with some happy winner at least…:). I have to confirm that this casino is absolutely legit and I did not have any problem with winning, loosing, withdrawals and support for all those years – everything is working fine. The only one detail I noticed is and that is what I am absolutely sure with – for so longer you are a player, so lower is the casino interest about you and you can notice it also on bonuses and rewards, which are slowly going down compared to few years on the beginning. That is a pity little bit, but this is the only one thing I consider as a negative. Otherwise great casino to play and have fun.
