If you win a few times and cash out they will block you rewards account. Happened to me and my girlfriend. After 8 weeks they still haven’t unblock it. They asked us to deposit more. So if you win and cash out you are blocked and if you lose and you deposit all the time they will like you. It’s a shame because I like the games and had no problem cashing out. This is just a strange policy on their side. We tried many times to speak with someone with no success. If you (GM) can resolve the issue, send me a prompt and I will provide you with our usernames

To be honest, terrible customer service. Some of thebworst support i have had. The agent was rude and ignored my issue. Hung up on me amd transferred me to another agent. Wasted a bunch of my time. Received no help. Was very unsatisfied with the casino. I already closed 2 of my accounts with casino rewards and im about to close the rest of them. Not to mention there are no payouts, very very minimal wins. Its not even fun to play at these casinos anymore. Why would i want to deposit ANY more money when my balance NEVER exceeds my deposit amount. Seems nothing but a scam casino.

I just started playing Grand Mondial recently due to a few other casinos giving me a run around with withdrawl process. So far I don’t mind this casino as the games are fairly good, graphics are decent , variety of slots, but I have noticed they don’t pay out as much per win as other casinos doPromos I never do as I find them a scam with the high play throughs, chances are next to nothing you going to even make the play through to break even let alone win a large amount.I haven’t been able to win enough yet to do a withdrawl yet so not sure of that process either. So far a 3 of 5 stars will edit in a month or two and see if a win and the process comes up or not.

Really a great time and my main go-to online casino for over 2 years. They actually pay out … but the hold they place on withdrawals is absolutely devious… forces a player to wait for up to 3-4 days before funds are processed and winnings sent to the winner. But one day this month I’m Orange shield on the streak milestone plus I play over 4000$ I don’t miss a day on my first streak of 8 days I keep playing going on my 14 day then on the 15 day I look I’m back to black shield and I lose my streak and was aiming to get my 2nd streak and I ask why I lose my orange shield and why I lost my streak because I didn’t miss a day and didn’t want to lose my second streak this month tried to get through to ask why this happened and for the next 10h I think they transfer me and couldn’t go through I was really mad because I played lots of cash lost my 2nd streak and back to black shield and never got answer why that happened so I lost my 2nd streak and shield on the 15th day……and it was not resolved and that really sucks when I play almost everyday of the year. And for the rest casino rewards has good gameplay it’s fun loss lots of cash and sometimes I win big like this year but it’s the game and I have lots fun but what happened to me this month was very not cool and not resolved
