The efforts are definitely there to improve on the bonuses especially on the daily bonuses,and it is especially nice to see the increase of free spins on the daily bonuses. I love the service,the wide variety of games and the monthly new games. The only thing I think could use some adjustment is CHIP the automated help in chat,he use to be fair but now it seems impossible to get anything extra from him,I use to recieve free spins a couple of times a day,then a couple times a week,then a couple times a month to nothing I have not recieved anything special from chip personally in months so an improvement would definitely be nice to see.
