Overall I like the casino rewards group of casino partners. But, I am a little more than a little disappointed with the “Rewards Riches” on Grand Mondale site. Really sad rewards for Mile stone rewards, and guaranteed prizes. Not sure it’s really worth the time and money. Sorry.

Totally unsatisfactory experience, stayed there almost 2 years I think, kept thinking my luck would change, it didn’t, tried rvery game there more or less, the bonuses free spins are rare and the wins small when they do come up, you’ll get offered bonus credits through promotions which are of no use and when you play with them, you may win but can’t withdraw with bonus credits in your account, they let you win with these as you can’t cash in on them. Not at all a fair place to play in my opinion, I closed my account a few times but got suckered into trying again, end result is the same, you get robbed and no enjoyment, gambling should be some fun, I suggest trying a different site for a fair playing experience , you may not win but you may have some fun at least, not waiting all day for a bonus and when it comes it’s miniscule if you get one at all. Stay away from here.

The games are great, but the new automated system that they use for dealing with promotions and bonuses, it sucks it all most impossible to talk to anyone in customer service about it. example if you make a deposit for a promotion you’ve opted into and then don’t receive said bonus. good luck getting it fixed cause as soon as you mention anything in the help chatroom about it, it switches to the automated bot, and it only does one thing.
