I won 350$ off of there double point action game, I requested to withdrawal 2 Fridays ago, they said my account was in arrears due to a deposit being made. So they made me reverse withdrawal which I did, and then started the process all over. Now today I talk to live chat and they’re saying the same thing won’t let me withdrawal my winnings. The games are good, the customer service is great but the one thing that I really, really frustrating is that funds cannot be withdrawn to the card I deposited with and yet your terms and conditions say that by obligation some or all of the funds must be sent to the card used for deposits....... And, I have still not received the $50 that was not included in my $1200 withdrawal. Only $1150 was paid to my bank account.

Won about $6K and although was only able to withdraw $4K a week they did process the $4K on the first Friday following my request.
