It’s just impossible to win something. Being more like 8 days I don’t win anything playing like 100$ par day and you don’t get anything back. I really do not recommend this casino. Go better to your local casino. At the end you will get scammed by this Australian casino.

I had 900$ on the way to my bank. Then I deposited 50$ to the casino via my master card but I miss clicked then I reversed the funds to my casino account again. Then I used it to buy instant bonus because i tough it was a bug there that I can bet on 4$ denomination. So I contacted the support to send me back the 900$ then they said it was my fault if missclicked it and lost it. They need to improve their system to avoid those accidents. I’m going take a complaint to BBB because this casino isn’t supposed to run like that.

I do not like that there is no longer a personal service agent to help. I find I spend alot of money on this casino app to have games not even play wilds. To only have “chip” never help with a bonus and loyalty has been cut back and rarely comes. I am probably going to switch to a different casino.

Stay far away, they will take your money and when it comes to a withdrawal the chat support will screw you around i have saved the transcript from how I was treated. They will do what ever it takes to prolong the withdrawal in hopes of you losing it before you take it out. Been on this site for 2 yrs, had a few good win, few hundred, but this past week I had a large win off of a promotion, my winnings were deposited, but now all promotions have been blocked, I have bonus money built up i can not use. I was also on a 20 day streak and was just a cpl more away from another gold surge, they said I had to make a deposit to keep my streak, I made several but still lost my streak back to 0. And promotions are still restricted, Not happy how they run things when someone wins. Probably won’t be back

My experience was ok. I did have a concern regarding a change I made with my debit card, so when I cashed out, I wasn’t sure if I needed to update my new card. The withdrawal was done but it was too soon to check about my new info. I decided to update my debit card just incase. It’s done now and I hope my withdrawal will be successful and go in my account.

Sure this casino is “legit and safe to use” but that doesnt mean it wont scam you put of thousands of dollars by making you think if you keep gambling sooner ot later youll be able to win. Or have you win some money but wont cash you out. They will also just ban you or close your account when you call them out on their immoral and just straight wrong and deceitful buisness practices.
