Account gets suspended for months at a time after a withdrawal. Went to the help section and was given a vague response as to why it was suspended. Before it was suspended, I claimed a promotion, but the match bonus goes to VIP points then they suspended the account so you can not use it at all. This site is rediculous. Online help is doesn't help at all either. Account is still suspended since September 2024.

Fun games, and great daily rewards. The only thing that isn't good is how long it takes to recieve a withdrawal. As we send casino money and it is instantly credited . So don't understand why processing withdrawal in the same method has to take 3-5 days. It is honestly the only reason that I don't strictly play on this casino only . So many offer much faster payouts

If you login daily or every 8hrs there are free bonuses to collect, aswell as great promotions available for everyone to take advantage of. I also like that they have different money values, my country Nz $, £, € etc (this helps to cut out hidden charges due to different country currencies. Do not use this casino. They say you will receive your winnings in 48 hours, however this is false. They send you an email asking for documents after 48 hours, you cannot call them nor do they answer emails. It has been 5 business days and no response or anything back from them. There online chat doesn’t work if you question them and they just tell you to email and wait 2 to 3 days for a reply. This is the worst online casino to deal with. Do not give them money
