I just feel that the winnings are less, it’s great to have free spins and points, but when playing the games I have lost more money than breaking even. My experience with Grand Mondial is good. I like the games they have, deposits are quick. A couple of things I think they could fix. 1) When you make a deposit and you get a bonus %, the % goes to the points that you've been accumulating, when it should go straight to your account funds and not to your loyalty points. 2) The surge rewards should be better than the level rewards, which in most cases they are not. They are supposed to be better, no matter the level you are on and sadly they are not. 3) In my opinion the offers of the match bonus percentages are low, 25% is the most common percentage. That isn't very enticing but, it's what is given and so that's all you get. The chat support is very good when you are speaking with a real person. Chip, in my opinion could use some updates. There are some questions Chip can't answer about rewards and so what happens is that you are directed for Chip to check your account for bonuses when that's not what you want. So you have to make something up to bypass Chip to speak with a real person to help solve your queries. The games section is easy to use and easy to find. They are in alphabetical order so you know exactly where the game is you want to play. They always have an awesome selection of hot games and live games if that's what you like. There is always new games to come in monthly, my peeve with that is, sometimes the new game is cold right off the bat and you have to wait for it not too be. That could take weeks. They do have two rewards for you everyday, depending on your level. The higher you are, you receive more and better rewards. They also have Time of Your Life sweepstakes and the VIP Lucky Jackpot, along with the vault that could give you special rewards.
