I enjoyed playing the games but then they temporarily suspended my VIP points, due to suspicion that I abused using their promotions, meaning I can’t redeem my points to use for betting. Isn’t it that promotions are their way to attract the public to play? After that, I noticed that they don’t offer anymore those kind of promotions. I don’t know if it’s individually offered! They said that they will review how often I deposit and play before they lift that suspension. The withdrawal takes a long time to process, and there’s this option for you to reverse it and use it all and ended up losing all your winnings.
