I have been on Grand mondail for a few years now , you start winning and they reload the game, then you start losing. The slots freeze , the bonus rewards show error notifications , the slots are missing pieces of the reels . Have referred several people to this site and they are also experiencing the same issues , not sure if it’s a glitch in the system they use or what ? I have taken screen shots of the frozen reels with the bottom reel partially gone and the missing pieces of the reels. Have tried calling them to let them know and I get an automated response stated they are getting too many calls, to try another time . I have tried reaching out through email, it must also be automated responses because get the same response every time you send an email wanted to send them the pics I have so they can fix the issue but can’t reach anyone .

I deposited $100 from my bank interact It’s been three days and it’s still not in grand Mondial and it has not been returned to my bank. I can’t cancel it because it’s auto deposit on your end so it’s stuck in limbo somewhere. Hundred bucks is 100 bucks it’s not much to you guys but to me it is I have all the transaction records they still have not sent me anything asking for them. unwinnable!! was having an OK sesion when I decided to chase a bonus and upped my bet and it took 50 $1 spins to get the bonus was happy as hit double bonus, was expecting minimum of $100 and on my double bonus at a one dollar bet my bonus win was a whooping $6.85 wow what a bonus!
