They try to scam with free bet offers. Told that i didn’t opt in to campaign before i placed a bet. Which is not true and i have all the screenshots about this. They convert UTC right (3 hours behind EEST ) when i opted in but convert it the other way when checking when i placed my bet and try to act that UTC is 3 hours AHEAD of EEST. Which it is not. I placed a bet over 5 hours later than i opted in.Always problems with them, bad excuses (pure lies) about opting in/placing a bet and time zones. They simply don’t know what they are doing or more likely think that customers are stupid, try to lie and hope people give up.You can’t trust them at all. Avoid for all cost.

Scam. I took a part to promotion. Opted in like required, made qualifying bet but they doesn´t want to give the free bet they promised. Customer service told that i haven´t opted in. Which is a big lie because in promotion page read that i have opted in. Sent screenshot from that and they still deny to give that free bet. Simply can´t trust to them or their promotions. Don´t waste your money in Guts.

I used to love this casino because of the super fast payouts…. Now I rarely win also used a prepaid credit card to deposit $25 now everytime I withdrawl it makes me withdrawl $25 to this prepaid card that can not be loaded. And then they cancel the $25 withdrawl to that card and deposit back to my account. Everytime I withdrawl….. Also spend over $100 trying to get the game of guts spinsma 50 free spins on Xmas sugar rush. There rewards system is pointless, you have to deposit alot to even fill the game of guts bar up to be lucky if you get 3 free spins on a game that never pays out. Very rarely do you win. Probably the worst poker software ive seen in my life … with a not so random card generator that give constantly big hand to both player head up to induce action with plenty of 1 and 2 outter on the river … there worst than poker stars trust me stay away from that scam poker site! at all cost!

Actually enjoyed this casino until I ran into problems with the bonus system so after 5 deposits and 1 withdrawal in a week this casino would rather close my account than actually help. I would not recommend this casino at all. Dodgy asf.

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

They will do everything in their power to not pay you out your winnings, I have been using online sites for over a decade, and guts is the one place where every withdrawal is almost impossible to make, no matter how much you deposit, when you want it back you will face every single argument and issue under the Christmas 🎄.I have made a withdrawal to my bank that they canceled sayng It can only be withdrawn by card, then when I do the card they said that I can only withdraw to my bank acct?The customer service reps, lie and use advanced delay tactics. No phone lines.Callbacks are not working.I strongly suggest anyone having issues with them to email the UK gambling comision and file a formal complaint against them.They should not be operating in the UK with a license.I will update on my status.

Signed up to this website,my verification was easily sorted and had no issues regarding refunds/withdrawals, but they literally Rob people in their slot machines. I have never won a jackpot or bonus ever after spending hundred’s of euros, there’s no customer loyalty as regards free spins,bonus credit etc. Worse website ever as they clearly just Rob people if their money, you would have more luck on a scratch card, avoid at all costs!!!

BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM GUTS i only won £250 and they closed my account saying it was a business decision. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesn’t state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. I stay away from casinos who ask for selfies as they are usually the ones who are reluctant to pay out winnings. They have even stolen my initial £100 deposit. BEWARE and keep away if your thinking of signing up as you will regret it.

Okay site, okay software. Sometimes the table has already started but mine is still loading. Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available. False advertising welcome bonus was apparently expired on 29.1.2019 but was on the sign up page and after making my account, deposited £20 to receive no bonus, and after reading these reviews be lucky to get my money back without messing around sending ID etc to get back what I worked hard for.
