Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don't understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over £100 million was stolen).

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and I’ll throw the transcripts in for you too.

AVOID! I've been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can't use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can't access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it's makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn't actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don't like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don't commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. I doubt I will receive my money they obviously do this in the hope people give up which I’m sure I will but please please don’t use this company stick to the well known reputable sites. These are scammers and everything should be done to have their licence removed!

Hopefully will get my withdrawal it’s not a lot of money but it’s the priceable they are happy to take my money and I will be closing my account for good. Guts was a bit of a decent company until Summer earlier this year and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $14600 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

I made 3 deposits that allowed me to play, of course I lost the money, fine....but made another one and boom...money DISAPPEARED, didn't load on the site but was definitely gone from my bank account. Their customer service said they'd "look into it" and never did. Edit: After making a few complaints and contacting them via different means, they actually etransfered my money back to me. So I'm changing this rating to 2 stars. I still will not ever be dumb enough again to etransfer an online gambling site money.

Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn't understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn't let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn't belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? What kind of punishment if any do they get when this sort of thing happens and who do I turn to in order to help me or is there anyone or anywhere that I can turn to in order to recieve help and have them fined or punished for their illegal actions towards myself and poor illegal business conduct? Please help.....
I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn't understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn't let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn't belong to them? Are they legally aloud to fraud and steal hard working single mothers and fathers money? They will do everything in their power to not pay you out your winnings, I have been using online sites for over a decade, and guts is the one place where every withdrawal is almost impossible to make, no matter how much you deposit, when you want it back you will face every single argument and issue under the Christmas 🎄. I have made a withdrawal to my bank that they canceled sayng It can only be withdrawn by card, then when I do the card they said that I can only withdraw to my bank acct? The customer service reps, lie and use advanced delay tactics. No phone lines. Callbacks are not working. I strongly suggest anyone having issues with them to email the UK gambling comision and file a formal complaint against them. They should not be operating in the UK with a license. I will update on my status.

Giving this site 2 stars as I have never laughed so much watching so many dead spins??? £3 spins are maybe not suited to this site its more of a penny stake site as I doubt it has that many actual depositing players. Its an easy site to use but thats the only good thing about it. Immortal romance slot is the one slot I play all the time so I get the feeling for this slot unfortunately on GUTS its well below par. Avoid this site theres a lot better sites out there.

Signed up to this website,my verification was easily sorted and had no issues regarding refunds/withdrawals, but they literally Rob people in their slot machines. I have never won a jackpot or bonus ever after spending hundred's of euros, there's no customer loyalty as regards free spins,bonus credit etc. Worse website ever as they clearly just Rob people if their money, you would have more luck on a scratch card, avoid at all costs!!!

BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM GUTS i only won £250 and they closed my account saying it was a business decision. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesn’t state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. I stay away from casinos who ask for selfies as they are usually the ones who are reluctant to pay out winnings. They have even stolen my initial £100 deposit.
