Hallmark Casino Review

I wish there were negative stars to give ! I did a withdrawal request after winning in Hallmark’s Casino on Feb 7, 2023. I am just now (May 30, 2023) getting rejected on my winnings. I have been fighting this casino all that time. DON’T PLAY HERE. If you win and try to withdraw your winnings….they will give you some excuse that you aren’t eligible for your withdrawal request.

They are a scam I won 600.00 and they kept giving me the runaround for 4 days then denied it on stupidity its ok this rewiew hopefully goes a long way im posting it on every social media and how you made a unauthorized withdrawal on my debit card as well i have proof! would not go to this site SCAM,SCAM,SCAM

It is a deceptive site. I tried it and deposited $500, and now my balance is more than $800. But the problem is that the support is very bad, and the withdrawal methods are very limited and backward. After I moved to another country, they told me that I cannot withdraw here, anyone. He wants to buy my account, I will sell it for only $200 😡😡

Total Scam. FBI needs to get involved and shut them down. When i finally won, i submitted my withdrawal request. The website told me it was approved. 4 weeks later, no money. Now they say i need to send in more proof. So you securely log in so they know who is gambling. Yet they require unlimited proof to verify its you. In reality, they just won’t pay no matter what.

Do NOT gamble here. I won $700 3 weeks ago. I have been given the run around. The last excuse was because I deposited $60… lost it, deposited another $60 and won. I was told it was disqualified because of second deposit. I played here a couple of years ago and no problem. But THIS is outrageous. I did not play with bonus funds. Even making deposits is messed up. I would make a deposit and get a message saying it was approved and call Customer Service to finalize deposit. I didn’t call and hours later deposit approve and in my account. Other times deposit not deposited. Do they have money problems???? Regardless your money in will never result in cashing out winnings. This is from Hallmark. “Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to fulfil your withdrawal request. This is because there was mixing of funds done in the account. You made a deposit of $60 when there was already a previous balance of $69.71. This is not allowed as it helps in winning.Your withdrawal request is being cancelled and the balance is going to be made void as it would be a play for fun amount only.”

I have been trying to collect my legal legitimate winnings now for weeks, just get the run around.submitted documents several times, talked to All departments several times, keep putting me off. Ask them to to cancel My withdraw, told them I will just gamble the money away. They didn’t want to do that. Gamble somewhere else. This place is a joke. Support don’t help.

After $9000 plus made they erased my account after requesting a withdrawal. They said there was another account but when I said I didn’t recall I’d like her to send me proof of the similar as she said there was she ignored my request and then erased my account. Good thing I took a picture for proof before she did that

I am not complaing. Right for the ones that trying to withdraw more then yah ment to withdraw then it’s yah own fault for not responding terms and conditions as it states the min to withdraw is 500 and maximum is 1000 so read the terms and conditions before trying withdraw

Im having same problem not being able to get my money. I withdrew at 2000 back in August last year im not getting no response I have records of my winnings. The excuse lack of data is all it shows the money was never redeposited nothing its just gone.

As many others have stated Hallmark is a scam. They don’t inform you in the beginning that you can’t have more than one account from any IP address which is comical considering that IP address’s are constantly changing and can’t be linked with any one person’s identity. When you go use a public wifi you share IP address with thousands of other people. I have never heard of anything like this prior or after this. Then they only offer one withdrawal method ( a check that takes up to 3 weeks to get to you. So…. How convenient another site that has no problem taking your money but good luck getting any out.

So very easy to deposit funds, damn near impossible to get a payout. My complaints echo the dozens and dozens of reviews I just read on here. You can easily tell most of the positive reviews are fake. My advice to anyone considering opening an account with Hallmark is don’t do it.

The games are pretty bland. Different themes same game. No games have any fun bonuses. I just beat 15k in wagering from a $300 freebie and requested my withdrawal. We will see how that goes. Unless you are playing a no deposit bonus, skip this casino. It’s like a super Nintendo in the age of ps5.

Played for a few hours on roulette was going to make a 1000 dollar withdraw they told me I can’t because roulette does not pay out.. (you can’t make this crap up) then I said well if I play another game can I cash those winnings out they said I can only cash out if I deposit more and to make sure my bank balance was around 5 dollars at that time I had 1000 so they basically said lose all your winnings and put more money in. Biggest scam I ever seen. I have photos of conversation but don’t know how to post them in here.

So you receive a sign up bonuse but God forbid you win anything off of it and try to clame it after waiting a month you call to see whats up and you get treated like your stupid and yelled at. Then after ten minutes on hold asking for a manager (of course he clames he is) he continues to go off and you can’t even understand a word coming out of his mouth cuz he doesn’t know english. He proceeds to tell you that you haven’t made a deposit so you don’t get any pay outs. Why am I going to make a deposit when you don’t even send me the money I won already. The website and employees all lie to take your money.

I’m with the idea of a CLASS ACTION SUIT. I just inquired about making a withdrawal and then they are refusing me. I’ve done the playthrough and I’m owed over $600 and they won’t pay. It’s not fair and this is a bunch of baloney. I’ve made several deposits and they are basically stealing, using false advertising, and breaking other laws I’m sure. I can’t let this go. I’m doing something about it.

this casino sucks they kept asking me for a recent utility bill to verify myself when i already sent them both credit cards used front and back my driver license front and i even went as far as provide a copy of my driving ticket which should be enough to kno that thats me authentic. But since im teying to cash out the demans a utility billl which im not the person paying. i offered to facetime them and offered to verify my identity and thw police station and even at my bank. But the more i dont have a utility bill the more important it becomes for them. and they refuse to cash me out

This is a total scam casino they never intend on ever paying you if you win .They find any reason not to have to pay you when you try to withdrawal.waste of my money.poor customer service.Dont bother.i recently tried to cash out like 275$ i deposited 30$ they wouldnt pay me saying it was bonus money i even E-mailed them my bank statement showing it was off my creditcard .still wouldnt.
