Well i won around €5000 and started verifying my account, but it got always denied, i explained my bank statment that is linked to my debit card, but always denied saying they need this and that, so i gave up and said it dosnt matter i will Just play my winnings away.. As it had already been 2 days to try to verify my account.. So i played my winnings away, as i was not going to play there again due to verifacation problems, after my winnings are gone, i think the Day after, i got an email saying my account ís verifyed!! I didnt send in any new id or papers....and my winnings gone, they could not offer me anything for this problem no bonus money all i got were 13 free spins.. And my account was approved by papers they denied before!

I did get a little bit frustrated when verifying my account so I could withdraw, but in the end, as soon as I was verified, I the money was in my account in less than 5 minutes. These screenshots clearly demonstrate the unexplained reductions in my balance, further highlighting the need for King Billy Casino to provide a satisfactory explanation for their actions.Even if, and that's a big if, the deductions were somehow justified, the fact that King Billy Casino has the ability to deduct such large sums from players without clear communication or accountability is shocking and unacceptable.Also once Ling Billy Casino had finished taking money from my account without warning or reason, that was when I was able to withdraw. By then they had taken all but 20(the deposit I made).
