Recently withdrew $6 k of winnings via crypto. To get it approved, I spent about 2 hours chatting to customer support who had requested some back up documentation for some deposits I had made months ago. While this communication was a bit inefficient and frustrating at times, once I provided the casino with all the documentation they needed, approval was quick and within 3 hours from my initial click of the withdrawal button, my $6 k had been transferred to my wallet. While i’ve experienced withdrawls at other crypto casinos that are quicker (Gamdon takes top prize), 3 hours to receive that large a sum is pretty damn good. I won $12,000 and had problems withdrawing $3000 4 times and everytime it was rejected. I was a bit worried as my preferred withdrawal method (Skrill) wasnt in the options but then after I used it to make a deposit it became available.
