Well, I won $400 tried to withdrawal and they asked.for my bank account number to be visible in my bank statement…. why? I deposited successfully and now am sending them my life (drivers L, utility bill, bank account ) please just make the withdrawal less painful!!! The BEST ….. Super fast verification and withdrawal. I submitted my documents for verification yesterday and was approved within an hour. The interac withdrawal was sent to me within hours. I was somewhat shocked and horrified that my instant withdrawal to my bank was not honored according to your website’s clear info. I have often used Trustly to deposit and withdraw. These are always instant. The whole idea of payment processing through my bank is that you automatically can verify my ID. Your source of wealth which I had a look at is not appropriate. It does not even list my nationality British. I dont get to withdrawal. Ive played on about 20 casinos and it have never been an issue. First they told me to verify account. I sent the documents and all good. Now they tell me that they cannot process the transaction with my bank, (never ever been a problem with other casino withdrawals) and ask me to use cashout request with credit card. That was also rejected.. Beginning to feel kinda scammed

a deposit took 2 days to appear in my wallet and an email to say the deposit was unsuccessful even though the funds had been taken from my bank. only after I contacted my bank for a reference number to prove the payment was it added. stupidly I made a second deposit and it looks like the same issue is happening. another email to say deposit unsuccessful and wallet showing rejected payment and bank showing funds taken. Once this issue is sorted I will be closing the account

Very fast payout when using interact (same day deposit in the account). You have your own control to set deposit But my big disappointment it’s about the search bar which was removed when using mobile devices.
