The BEST ….. Super fast verification and withdrawal. I submitted my documents for verification yesterday and was approved within an hour. The interac withdrawal was sent to me within hours. I was somewhat shocked and horrified that my instant withdrawal to my bank was not honored according to your website’s clear info. I have often used Trustly to deposit and withdraw. These are always instant. The whole idea of payment processing through my bank is that you automatically can verify my ID. Your source of wealth which I had a look at is not appropriate. It does not even list my nationality British. I have lived in Finland since 1988 and am retired.If you refuse to honour your website clear banking info, then as a casino moderator of two of the biggest portals , I would have to relay this info, that the instant withdraw is not in effect instant but you have to prove many of your financial details, this is quite contrary to the basic principle of depositing with Trustly which processes payment to and fro ones bank instanttainly. I dont get to withdrawal. Ive played on about 20 casinos and it have never been an issue. First they told me to verify account. I sent the documents and all good. Now they tell me that they cannot process the transaction with my bank, (never ever been a problem with other casino withdrawals) and ask me to use cashout request with credit card. That was also rejected.. Beginning to feel kinda scammed

a deposit took 2 days to appear in my wallet and an email to say the deposit was unsuccessful even though the funds had been taken from my bank. only after I contacted my bank for a reference number to prove the payment was it added. stupidly I made a second deposit and it looks like the same issue is happening. another email to say deposit unsuccessful and wallet showing rejected payment and bank showing funds taken. Once this issue is sorted I will be closing the account

Very fast payout when using interact (same day deposit in the account). You have your own control to set deposit But my big disappointment it’s about the search bar which was removed when using mobile devices. This is just terrible customer service. I am supposed to have 20 free spins a day with my bonus on 1 choice of Netents Starburst. Netent isn’t available where I am from. I tried to use live chat but there isn’t an option for me so I emailed the place. They kept asking for a screenshot of the game which I tried to explain that I can’t take a screenshot of nothing because it’s not on my screen. It is not available to me!! Never download or play on this online casino they are thieves. They attract you with welcome bonus but when you win and you want to withdraw your winning they wont let you withdraw them even you cleared all the wagering and verified your account.
