Ladbrokes Review

I went in Ladbrokes shop in Henley on Thames and Jason the only staff member on duty let me go and play fruit machine. After 15 mins I went to the counter. Jason gave me a blank up and down look fo 10 seconds and told me I’m on there security system and he could not serve me! I said that’s impossible as I have never been in that shop or any other before! I asked politely to see the picture and he turned computer screen around, I could see it definitely not me, only resemblance was guy on computer was bald like myself. Two young lads then came in and I said to Jason let them look as they would agree its not me! Jason refused and asked me to leave the premises. I’m respectable not aggressive and never been in trouble or refused entry or being removed from any premises up to my age of 56. Jason was pretty rude and made me feel like a criminal. I went outside shop and rang customer services to explain what had happened and vent my feeling of being treated in such a manner. She took my complaint but said I wouldn’t recieve any feedback!! I would never go into one of there shops again and would suggest other respectable people boycott if they feel they could also get offended if similar happened. I’ve never been so insulted in all off my life. I understand shops need security butt a company like ladbookes could have easily realised the picture wasn’t me if they had had second opinion or used face recognition software.

I’ll never use ladbrokes again, after placing a £20 win on a dog I got my receipt and went back to watch race dog won at 11/4 when I went back for winnings was informed bet wasn’t placed in time. I know it was because I had to wait for race to start. What would have happened to my 20 pounds if it had lostThe person on till could have informed me it was void bet before he knew result.

I did bet on 27/11/2023 in Sunbury-On-Thames and I won my ticket but the Manager who work at the ladbrokes in Sunbury he didn’t give me the money from winning ticket. And after day they send the email requirement me some documents and my bank-statement where my money I can bet my ticket. I did send everything but they didn’t send me any email back about my money I won or reasons why they not pay me my won ticket. Now is 2 months already.

Poker is a scam! Don’t waste money on Ladbrokes poker. So many bad beats, had a bit luck on footy gambling(at least you can’t fix that) so thought I’d have a game of poker – same old, same old. Chip leaders rewarded with rubbish cards, so many flushes it’s unbelievable, so many runs on cards such as 4/7, mights as well go all in on everything, cos anything goes. LADBROKES are crooks, they want people to come to there website to sign up and make an account with them, deposit money, but your not allowed to win, if you do then they close your account and take your money off you that you have on your balance, with no warning, so wen I contacted them they just said it’s a irreversible business decision and I won’t get a refund..just because I played slots,had small bets on the sports and won, when isn’t that what they want people to do ? What a load of crap Ladbrokes poker is you play for 1 and a half hours to win a ticket then you play another 1 and half hours to win guess what another free ticket so you need to win to get any money in your poker balance and for 11c ticket goes up to 55c ticket and Ladbrokes thinks that good to waste anywhere up to 4 hours of your time for peanuts. I can see why ladbrokes is getting so many bad reviews. I’m 15800 down with this company. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Before it was a good site to play on. You could get really decent payouts. But now it’s horrendous. I have just lost £300 on big catch. Ironically that was what it was the catch of not paying out. £2 a spin got feature twice £28and 30. Maybe they should get rid of dick Turpin in charge of this company before all there customers leave in droves. Which would leave them bankrupt.

Lots of bots on here you will not win this company somehow gets away with completely scamming all it’s loyal players! ladbrokes online Not too bad an online bookie however theres a few things that really could do with improvement and it surrounds their “free games”Firstly “slot rivals” be it normal or the “Fanzone version”The game is billed as “play against other players”When in fact you never play against other players it is ALWAYS bots (painfully obvious bots too)As they always target you no matter what the other “BOT/Players” have within the last few seconds. I’m writing this review solely because of their flagship free game they offer in Slot Rivals, never in my life have I played a game that infuriates me more. And the worst part is that it shouldn’t… as the prizes are that bad I shouldn’t have any hard feelings but honestly it’s absolutely horrific to play. The game is solely based on ‘if you don’t get a chest in the last 20 seconds your done for’, getting a high score early just puts a target on your head which is impossible to defend against, it will get to the last dying seconds and you’ll want to throw your £1000 phone across the room. To not get annoyed on this game is an impossibility, it’s flooded with bots and there’s nothing they can do about it.

If i could give minus stars i would.I was blocked and blacklisted from their site and all their sister sites.For what?I have no idea.Apparently it was a business decision and no one can direct me to someone who can help me.I never even made a transaction on the site.After many protracted and down right patronising tweets no one can give me any information apart from its from a non customer facing part of the company and their God like presence makes decisions about peoples lives.Ive never used a site like this before and certainly will steer well clear of this scam site.Bunch of jokers.

0438 zantos I’ve been in the shop today. Had to get a customer to open the door lock on at 2.30 in afternoon. I’m disabled. And had to get up 3 times to open the door as zantos was constantly on his phone. Someone came in to put a bet on she asked for the odds. Which he failed to do as he concentrating on his phone. Which meant that she had to wait and so did I. Bad customer service. I called customer service and was told to email them. Which I did. To be ignored. So I emailed again. Once again Ladbrokes and likes prove that the aren’t governed by anyone and are simply welcome to do as they like. Who in their right mind would cash out 2p wins every time you spin and manage to win? That’s right, nobody. Even if you win 20p after you have poured in £1, you wouldn’t cash out. And this is exactly how these thieves make money. You give em cash, they give you credit. You spend that credit ( coz remember nobody in their right mind would cash out their 2p wins , or 6p wins) and turn it in to real cash. I was happily using Ladbrokes to bet on Wimbledon when it came around but all of a sudden after crediting my account I found that it had taken the money from me for a so called negative balance but I was confused because you pay upfront for all bets so how could I possibly have a negative balance that I owed 🤷🏻‍♀️When I contacted customer service I was told that it was due to a previous bet that I was paid out on for winning that was later corrected on the system as loosing, so through no fault of my own I was cashed out for a bet they told me I had won just to adjust it later as loosing without notifying me at all of the situation or my so called debt to them so I only noticed when I paid into my account money for a new bet which I wasn’t able to make as they immediately took it from me. As if this was not bad enough they then tell me that they won’t do anything to help me and refuse to delete/close my account even with a clear balance which I requested due to no longer trusting this company.. all I kept hearing was we have rights to do this we have rights to do that & it seems I don’t have any rights at all.. disgrace! Will NEVER use Ladbrokes again after this.

Stay clear of the online casino they say it fair but by far not games bait bonus games to much and once you make your first withdraw there a clear difference to the games stop hitting anything meaningful or even get into a bonus game at that…. By far better site out there P.s have got into a few bonus games but with £0 wins on them or very little Pps it’s not only my account I am seeing this with. I play the slots and I’ve noticed that if I play £1 I get a good game, win or lose, takes a while and enjoy the experience. If however I up it to £2 or more, I get less features, less wins, money goes really quickly??? Surely in a higher stake, win or lose, the chances of features and wins should be higher??? It doesn’t make sense that if you pay £100 on £1 a go it lasts so much longer than £200 on £2 a go but that seems to be the case every time

I put a £500 loss limit on my account per month to restrict it, went onto payment history and in the last 30 days I’m £791 down?! Never won a big amount on here either, got £100 once on lock of the Irish but other than that was a waste of time and they’ve gone over the loss limit, it’s ridiculous!

I won money on their site, and as soon as I attempt to withdraw it they emailed me saying that the withdrawal failed due to an issue with my bank. I contacted my bank and confirmed there are no issues. I then tried to log back into my account to attempt another withdrawal and can see that it has been suspended. I was told to call the “reactivation line” to deactivate my account. They told me that the account would be reactivated within 24 hours, but that was 4 days ago. Every time I call I am just told “there is a high volume so the process is taking a long time”. They have over £300 of my winnings and will not even update me on what the problem is. This company are nothing but thieves.

Be careful if you make a deposit and for some reason it gets declined even if the funds are in your bank. I had a transaction declined and when I checked my bank account it had been taken out and not appeared in my gaming account. Now I am unable to get my deposit back from Ladbrokes as they keep telling me it was a successful transaction. Be very very careful!
