Played all day spent hundreds of pounds and when the bonus finely came in I got a massive 67 pounds…its a joke…seriously don’t waste your time or money and this was on alot of the slot games played…beware

I only bet small – had two £1.00 wins on 7th Feb. Barrier Peaks at M Rasen, 5/2 win and Holetown Hero at Taunto won 11/8. The returns should have been 5.88 at SP price but they paid 5.20. A rip off of 68 pence. The customer services checked it and said unless i had a grid card they pay you at early prices????

Ladbrokes “let” you have a little win a couple of times a year. That’s it. If you win anything over £20, I have noticed a pattern that if you play again, it takes another couple of months before you walk away with any sort of a decent win. Dont get me started on the free bets.Every time i try to access the game for the free spins, it never works. Funny that! Other games that I have won a few quid on in the past, when i try to play them again, they dont open oddly enough. Always says there is a problem and to reload, Impossible to get a full list of all the games offered as it takes forever for them to load so you are limited to the first four rows of games when you click on all. If you win about £5 or £6 on a couple of spins, you are best cashing out as from then on, you get nothing. Tonight, over 70 spins and not one decent win. 3p, 5p, 10p. Honestly believe Ladbrokes have gone downhill. Dont know if they have been taken over, but the fact I can see a pattern, they are definitley scammers. Dont waste your money on them.

This is how it goes…bet a small amount (mostly lose) but one or two occasions a year you may be granted access on their database to get a small win. When you do get up to 200 or 300 pounds on slots you will then naturally contiune to play …but as you change bets or increase or decrease the bet you’ll find nothing you do will change the outcome. You will just go down until you reach 0.00. I just had 300.00 and played £2.00 bet…nothing happened in 150 spins…not one bonus came! …its not random it’s them deciding what amount u will be granted and to take it all back if u contiune to play. This has happened 1000s times over the years so the pattern is established….it never changes…you’ll also find if u keep a win in your account and go back in to try and play a bit more another time, that held money will be lost…regardless of time, date, month or year nor what game you choose..you will lose it all..nothing will generate….period. its fixed and Ladbrokes getting caught is the only hope

I enjoy the Ladbrokes site-unlike most punters I steer clear of the electronic slots. How punters expect to win against algorithms set against them is beyond me but that is for another day-I only play sports where I have a choice. I have a very small self imposed limit which I use for fun-I wanted to increase this after a long time to enjoy the Cheltenham Festival. The withdraw system using Grid card, is awful. If you managed to somehow win over 1000£ you can not windrow it straight away, apparently there is a “limit” that no one said anything about. Spent one hour in the shop just to tell me that they can not give me money as there is a limit. I had to go online to customer service, and that was no help as the guys from the shop still refused to do what the customer service advised. managed to get with Grid on the phone and after 1 hour wait i spoke with someone to raise that limit that I was not aware. By the time they raised the limit I lost all that money. Thanks’ a lot Ladbrokes for making withdraw so hard… for people actually to keep the money there for longer and to gamble again… Will never use your service… thanks for nothing, hope in one day you’ll collapse

I’m having endless amounts of bad beats playing poker, never seem to get this much during live games.One example:I had a tight image on a tourney BH £5.50. Been folding relentlessly and it was early in the game. I was UTG and dealt ATs. I raised 5x big blind, (way over normal to demonstrate strength).Donk calls in late position KJo everyone else folds. Flop comes: T, T, 8I overbet the flop 2x pot. Donk for some reason reraises me x2. I call.Turn comes a J. I go all in. Donk calls and then makes another Jack on the river wins the pot.Now fair enough these things happen but it doesn’t make sense, I’m finding I’m always getting in situations like this where I’m the clear favourite to win but still just not me up losing, I have a whole notepad full of bad beat situations and never seem to get paid off for playing better.Does anyone else have the same experience ? I played a free instant spin as part of a promotion. It’s a daily spin promotion. When I played on this occasion it landed on 100. I took a screenshot, which is date and time stamped. The arrow landed right in the middle of the 100 section so there can’t be any doubt. Anyway I contacted ladbrokes and included the screenshot. They said I won 3 free spins. I feel cheated. I won fair and square, and the screen shot shows where the arrow landed. Ladbrokes should pay out the prizes they offer. I am a loyal customer, and they should do the right thing and pay what I won.

On Telegraph UK Casino offers, they advertise 100 free spins valued at 10p with no wagering requirements and the £50 welcome offer on top. However, when I clicked, it didn’t activate. What I saw was the general £50 welcome offer with wagering rules. I have now been banned by the feelings police because I joked that I was losing so much money on Roulette that I would have to sell the wife. I withdraw r transaction equaking just under 70 pound 4 days later they still aint paid. Ive rang then ive emailed which they didnt reply to on rwo occassions and they said it had been processed. It hasnt been processed as not in my bank. I rang the bank up and the faukt is not on there part. I have the id numbers and the bank statments and everytime call them to sort it out they fob me off. I want to make a formal conplaint and get my money but i can only get in touch wuth advisors noone else

I used a free £1 bet and won 90p taking my balance to £4.90. Ladbrokes blocked my account and harassed me with emails and calls to discuss ‘responsible gambling’ and do a ‘wellness check’ to see if I can ‘afford my level of betting’ (never more than £1 each way, once every few months). They refused to discuss this via live chat so I have to wait for a call tomorrow for them to decide if I can have my £4.90 back. I am in no doubt that my lack of spending is the issue, and suspect this is a sales call as putting the phone down without leaving a message is not suitable behaviour for a ‘welfare check’. This feels like a scam call. Betting companies such as Ladbrokes only really want gambling addicts as customers, so I will close my account if I am allowed, with or without my £4.90!

Outright lied lifetime banned with ladbrokes stating due to their safer gambling policy!! This was after I complained about them restricting my account to 100 pound a month. As they had no basis I had ladbrokes for years some months i don’t use oher I do but very lightly this month was an exception and the reason being this my stating cost was normal nothing special and certainly not to high at all overall I was up around 3.5k I used those winning on and off to enjoy bets and activities I was using the money I won to continue playing and win this was then when ladbrokes decides to twist it to safer gambling suggesting I have a gambling prob which they clarify is lie by giving me a life time ban. It is outrageous they accused me of having gambling problems and using these lies with out any evidence apart from me winning and taking over 7.5 k of them within the month its shameful how they act and how they lie they could have been upfront and been honest that due to me winning large amounts they are banning me from using their service. Genuinely wish I had checked their reviews here before becoming a customer. They sent me a sign up bonus offer that they not only failed to deliver on, but then basically called me a liar by saying they had no record of sending me any such offer. Ladbrokes has really gone down. It was a favourite for me at one time and used to get some decent wins but it’s hard to even get a bonus hit on a slot now. Yesterday put on £50 on a slot. Not one free spin bonus came in so my gameplay was not fun at all. I might as well have just handed my money to them. The same game I played on another site and put the same money on £50 and had 6 free spin bonuses and won and withdrew in total £415 so made profit of £365. That’s the difference. I would stay clear of this site as your money just goes down the drain and you get nothing out of it. It was good at one time. If you do ever get to withdraw they are quick. Same day no problems.

I had my account closed after 5 years as they said I had multiple accounts , it turns out the other account was opened 20 years ago which I thought had been closed. I had money in the account which they did not want to give back . After just reading the review below mine on the blackjack I’m so angry as its so true. This is the most rigged game I’ve ever played. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!!!!!!!! I was actually guessing what cards the “AI” had and I was right 90% of the time, this is logically improbable. I played around 40 hands and the computer won around 35 games…. I’ve been playing my whole life, the cards being dealt aren’t statistically likely whatsoever!
