I withdraw r transaction equaking just under 70 pound 4 days later they still aint paid. Ive rang then ive emailed which they didnt reply to on rwo occassions and they said it had been processed. It hasnt been processed as not in my bank. I rang the bank up and the faukt is not on there part. I have the id numbers and the bank statments and everytime call them to sort it out they fob me off. I want to make a formal conplaint and get my money but i can only get in touch wuth advisors noone else

I used a free £1 bet and won 90p taking my balance to £4.90. Ladbrokes blocked my account and harassed me with emails and calls to discuss ‘responsible gambling’ and do a ‘wellness check’ to see if I can ‘afford my level of betting’ (never more than £1 each way, once every few months). They refused to discuss this via live chat so I have to wait for a call tomorrow for them to decide if I can have my £4.90 back. I am in no doubt that my lack of spending is the issue, and suspect this is a sales call as putting the phone down without leaving a message is not suitable behaviour for a ‘welfare check’. This feels like a scam call. Betting companies such as Ladbrokes only really want gambling addicts as customers, so I will close my account if I am allowed, with or without my £4.90!

I gamble responsibly. Very occasionally put on a bit of money here and there. Sometimes strike lucky and win in the 10s.Ladbrokes decided to block access to my account and refuse a withdrawal request of £90, because obviously I’m a threat to their profits with such huge winnings!

Outright lied lifetime banned with ladbrokes stating due to their safer gambling policy!! This was after I complained about them restricting my account to 100 pound a month. As they had no basis I had ladbrokes for years some months i don’t use oher I do but very lightly this month was an exception and the reason being this my stating cost was normal nothing special and certainly not to high at all overall I was up around 3.5k I used those winning on and off to enjoy bets and activities I was using the money I won to continue playing and win this was then when ladbrokes decides to twist it to safer gambling suggesting I have a gambling prob which they clarify is lie by giving me a life time ban. It is outrageous they accused me of having gambling problems and using these lies with out any evidence apart from me winning and taking over 7.5 k of them within the month its shameful how they act and how they lie they could have been upfront and been honest that due to me winning large amounts they are banning me from using their service. They won’t do this though as who would want to use ladbrokes knowing you can only use there platform to loose as if u win u get a lifetime ban…… Well good job I managed to screenshot my history all my deposits and also this month with my winnings and share it in as many places possible as no company even ladbrokes have no rights to say I have an addiction without clear and supporting facts or evidence all while on short my messages will be clear use ladbrokes to loose once u win u will enjoy your life time ban and being accused without basis or facts pure shameful and disrespect to customers .

Genuinely wish I had checked their reviews here before becoming a customer. They sent me a sign up bonus offer that they not only failed to deliver on, but then basically called me a liar by saying they had no record of sending me any such offer. Despite the message being sent to my account mailbox o n THEIR server… now other than telling me someone will get back to me within 24 hours for the last 10 day, there has been 0 updates. Ladbrokes has really gone down. It was a favourite for me at one time and used to get some decent wins but it’s hard to even get a bonus hit on a slot now. Yesterday put on £50 on a slot. Not one free spin bonus came in so my gameplay was not fun at all. I might as well have just handed my money to them. The same game I played on another site and put the same money on £50 and had 6 free spin bonuses and won and withdrew in total £415 so made profit of £365. That’s the difference. I would stay clear of this site as your money just goes down the drain and you get nothing out of it. It was good at one time. If you do ever get to withdraw they are quick. Same day no problems.

I had my account closed after 5 years as they said I had multiple accounts , it turns out the other account was opened 20 years ago which I thought had been closed. I had money in the account which they did not want to give back . After just reading the review below mine on the blackjack I’m so angry as its so true. This is the most rigged game I’ve ever played. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!!!!!!!! Very sleaked operators. Call centres based in India, it would appear that they deliberately select people with poor English so complaints are an absolute nightmare, it just wears you down. Having dealt with the complaints procedure over many months and got nowhere I suspect this is not an accident, but design. I believe all the reports from customers claiming their games are rigged, there random number generator seems to favour them. Particularly in terms of the free prizes wheel the statistical likeliness of hitting no win every day for 10 days in a row appears high. Perhaps they need to be more honest on the likelihood of it landing on one option or another. There are also serious issues with some of the online slots that they blame upon their operators and take no responsibility for.

If i could give it no stars i would, theres so much wrong with this place, between the unhealthy work environment which includes rats in the ceiling and leaks everywhere to customers verbally and physically abusing staff while the managers do nothing about it, staff safety is at the very bottom as priority for this company it actually just does not exist, theres absolutely 0 incentives whatsoever for customer service managers while the line managers and above all have bonuses. Theres 0 work-life balance, even when you try to come up with certain changes that would improve that they just feed you made up rules they made up, but when it suits them as a company they dont hesitate to smash those same rules to a million pieces. I wish i had the money to sue them but it just shows that no matter what moneys gets you everything even modern day slavery! Never get close to this place if you value your soul even a little!

Hi after all the negative comments on here I would just like to say that I have just been into a store on Belmont Road bolton and was served by an amazing young man named John. Have never been in a betting shop on my whole life but my husband just had an operation and asked me to pop in for his weekly bets as this is not somthing I wanted to do I was really nervous. Ladbrokes have just taken £900 from my account leaving me severely overdrawn. Apparently I made the deposit over 3 weeks ago but it’s only just leaving my bank now. No pending transactions, no issues before and just randomly deduct me £900. Customer service were useless on chat, Saying there is an issue with lots customers affected. Lack of empathy and basically told to wait for an email when they resolve this issue. It doesn’t help me get my £900 back and they couldn’t wait to get off the chat. The poker site customer service is like some mindfuk where you ask a question or report and issue backed up with screenshots and evidence, yet their reply has no relevence to what you asked, it’s as if it’s done either by a poor AI system, operators who do not understand english, are just plain stupid, told to deny & dodge anything difficult, or a combination of all of these. when you reply again asking that your question be answered, you just get more of the same, sprinkled with insincere standard BS like ‘sorry for your experience’, ‘hope you are doing great’, ‘have a great day’ etc. the top and bottom of it is i wouldnt bother with them, the site is just a skin of party poker anyway.
