I have been a loyal customer to Ladbroke for years I always but 20 pounds on once a month just to see if I'm lucky, few weeks ago I was very lucky and came out with 650£ which I was over the moon about. Withdrew the money nd it was in my bank 2 hours later which is fab. But tried to go back on and now my accounts been suspended I've been on this site 3 years and never had a win like this then as soon as you get a win they suspend the account how does that work? Clearly don't like you winning not happy at all.

Zero stars! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! they promise 1st past post but dont! I got paid for a win. Then some time after they took the money off me. Horse was disqaulified some time AFTER the full results! Online chat was digusting to get help, they say i will be emailed with further info on the matter, not good enough! Then Hours and hours of back and fourth emailing of which then they admitted it was there mistake but then used the "we serve the right" bullcrap! Use other firms! These are fraudsters!

Promotional deals that ask you to play games that don't exist so that you can't possibly qualify for the deal & Customer Service Assistants that are useless and ask or access to private Accounts with other services because they don't have a clue what other sites they have offers on with.
Please save your money – I also played one game with a fiver and it lasted about a minute and I lost the fiver, it wasn't one bit of fun and I wish I'd bought a McDonalds instead!

I went to 2 ladbrokes near me with my 6 month old son and told me no kids are allowed on the premises amd they wanted me to leave him outside in the rain as my fiancee was at work and wanted me to get him a new card and to take the money out but they wont let me due to having my son with me what a disgrace i wont be going there again i am furiated.

The funniest thing, I saw today was in ladbrokes Bletchley.
I wished I recorded it on my mobile..
The rain outside was hard..
but the flat (flooded)above shop , where the water was coming through the tiles between 1-3 pm
You couldn’t make this up..
The tiles were missing the staff head by inches.
The amounts of buckets of thrown down the sink..
Go to Bletchley ladbrokes tomorrow am if you fancy a swim..
The wireing on show on water landing on it..
It was a danger hazard..
Both staff did there best.. blocking areas off(wet slippery floor)

These thieves decided to suspend my account suddenly without cause, and without ever informing me it had been suspended. Having tried recently to reactivate it was told that they have permanently suspended accounts which weren't able to log in a while ago after a certain date. I never recieved ANY communications of any kind telling me this or warning my account would be suspended permanently. I am certain I had about £50 in my account and the customer service rep (who was able to view my "permanently suspended" account with all details but apparently "can't reactivate it") claims I had zero balance. Utter thieving s****.

I warned people here against Ladbrokes 4 months ago, they will scam you just like they scammed me. Since I left Ladbrokes, I have been earning in a legit UK registered COMPANY that deals with DRONE TECHNOLOGIES and innovations (LUCHT.CO)! You can't lose your money here because they are insured with Aviva against loss..

Shop manager in my town didn’t like the bets I put on and ridiculed me in front of customers which was embarrassing.He said take bets elsewhere would make his and staff jobs easier.
I have emailed the CEO of ladbrokes over a week ago to complain but no reply.
No idea what the customer service email is hard to find.

Signed up to ladbrokes last Sunday had a email passed electronic verfacation next day account locked 24 hours further checks came back fine so Monday makes 10 deposit looses makes another 10 wins 1885 witdrawl led the 1885 to PayPal surprise surprise reversed withdrawal rejects it ,for days they claimed under tcs 5 claiming to be false person we have the right to conficstate and take those winnings back I asked them can yous wait for my passport be deliverd in couple days they refused ,now police were sent out twice 999 emergency police check on my welfare cos ammount pressure they put me under ,they have now agreed to pay out but still are messing me around saying gonna pay out with in 24 hours owe me 1845 now as I supplied passport and got fully verified now what there saying is I have to wait for relevant team as the pay out is under investigation

Thursday for it not to show on my balance. Been fobbed off since then and no one has tried to help me. I’ve had chat ended on me as I wanted answers for them stealing my money and no one offered me any kind of resolution. I play the mustang game a few times and on one of my 8 free spain I won nearly two grand after playing the free Spain it says congratulations and it show the amount I should of won ??? it also show on my credit the amount I should of won . I when to bank it to see it show a total different amount which was extremely when I say extremely low . I could not do nothing at the time cause I did not screenshot it at that time .
I when back to play the game a week or two later . Same thing I won £935 I made sure I screenshot it just in case it did the same when I when to back it . Well , well you bet it show me a different amount, I did screenshot this one made a complaint to be told the decimal point was not their . When it show £935 and it showed this at the bottom of my credit. I definitely will not be using my services or my money bloody CROOKS .

SLINGO GAMES ARE A JOKE – Get your act together Gaming Realms plc.
Whenever I play slingo on any sites, there is always a horrible lag so it MUST relate to something at their end. All other games I play are fine and everyone that I have spoken to that plays slingo has the same problem, especially during the evening UK time.. This has been going on for months. It would be nice if Gaming Realms plc got their act together and sorted out their servers, or made sure that whoever is running their games sorted out this very obvious bug which they must be well aware of. As a result I am no longer going to play their game and I know of others that feel the same way. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

I recently won £2,675 on the slots in Ladbrokes, I took my money out but left £500 in my account so I could still use to gamble later. When I went back on their was only £4 left, I complained that somebody had stole my £500,. They told me to check my betting history which I did and somebody had 10 £50 bets at some game I’d never heard of, I would even bet £50, I only go tops £5. I explained but they said it wasn’t them and suspended me from the site unless I admit it was me. I don’t know what to do so I am not admitting to anything so yeah they have my £4 as well as my £500. Will never use them again and will tell my friends too. Unbelievable

Currently in a long email battle with Ladbrokes. I opened an account to bet on the Grand National this year and have been unable to close it. I have emailed several times and tried to close the account myself, but I've only managed to self-exclude.

Customer Services have now (finally) permanently closed my account, but they've also registered me with Gamstop, which they say will stop me from ever opening an account with anyone else!! I am challenging this and will take it further.

I put one sum of money in and withdrew one sum of winnings then asked them to close my account, apparently that makes me an addict?!!!

How can it be so difficult to close the account? The advisor said they've registered me with Gamstop on account of the "comments" I made in my emails. I suspect these are the comments about them being unethical as anyone who happened to have a gambling problem would find it very difficult to leave them. They've labelled me a gambling addict and I'm now banned, where's the common sense?!

My friends find this hilarious as I'm risk-averse and wasn't even keen on the Grand National bet, but it really isn't funny when you think about it.

I intend to take this further now. I'd avoid these at all costs!

I helped an old lady set up an online Ladbrokes account to bet on the Grand National.
We followed the procedure to withdraw money after winning but she was then emailed to say she needed to send them a copy of her driving licence and both sides of her bank card (with some details blanked). She has no idea how to do this and I will have to help her.
I see there are several similar reviews here. They take her money but then make it unexpectedly difficult towithdraw it (all for the princely sum of £18).
She definitely will be unlikely to use Ladbrokes in future.

I've recently used Ladbrokes online for the grand national.
I paid into my account and won a little bit. I've tried to withdraw the money. A few days later found the money hadn't gone into my account. Tried to look on my account and it's blocked and they want Id proof and bank card proof. They were happy to take my money without Id proof but not happy to give me any back. Surely there should ask before you bet to stop the fraud in the first place.
I won't be using Ladbrokes again

I would give them zero if it was available. They took my one and only bet on the Grand National of £20 but they are refusing to pay me my ‘winnings’ of £20.20 without proof of card, ie photo front and back! Are they a genuine company? I certainly will go elsewhere next year. Steer clear of them. The hassle is not worth the bother.

After placing a bet for Minella Times to win the Grand National, Ladbrokes claim I bet for my horse to finish 4th – an option which wasn’t even available to me when I placed a “quick bet”. I am shocked and feel robbed. Be very careful with this company. I’ve deleted my account.

I completed my self exclusion period and asked if I can reactivate my Ladbrokes account. I was asked questions over the phone then asked to put what I had said in an email.
I done this just to receive a reply saying no you can't play here anymore at all.
I thought wow thanks for nothing!
I then went to play on Foxy as I had been playing on there for the past few years (during my self exclusion period)
Only to find they have also excluded me.
I was gutted.
Only then was I advised they are part of the Ladbrokes Entain (GVC holdings)
I can't seem to play any eyecon games anymore with any reputable company in the UK.
It's almost as if Ladbrokes have blacklisted me.
I served my self exclusion period, but refused to be able to play anywhere.

Since ENTAIN have taken over pretty much all of the online UK sites, nothing much anyone can do.

This is the most misleading advertisement I have ever seen!!
You are told that if you deposit a certain amount you qualify for a certain amount of free bets. This isn’t true!!
There are “hidden” clauses that mean you won’t qualify!
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!
