I play the mustang game a few times and on one of my 8 free spain I won nearly two grand after playing the free Spain it says congratulations and it show the amount I should of won ??? it also show on my credit the amount I should of won . I when to bank it to see it show a total different amount which was extremely when I say extremely low . I could not do nothing at the time cause I did not screenshot it at that time .
I when back to play the game a week or two later . Same thing I won £935 I made sure I screenshot it just in case it did the same when I when to back it . Well , well you bet it show me a different amount, I did screenshot this one made a complaint to be told the decimal point was not their . When it show £935 and it showed this at the bottom of my credit. I definitely will not be using my services or my money bloody CROOKS .

SLINGO GAMES ARE A JOKE – Get your act together Gaming Realms plc.
Whenever I play slingo on any sites, there is always a horrible lag so it MUST relate to something at their end. All other games I play are fine and everyone that I have spoken to that plays slingo has the same problem, especially during the evening UK time.. This has been going on for months. It would be nice if Gaming Realms plc got their act together and sorted out their servers, or made sure that whoever is running their games sorted out this very obvious bug which they must be well aware of. As a result I am no longer going to play their game and I know of others that feel the same way. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

I recently won £2,675 on the slots in Ladbrokes, I took my money out but left £500 in my account so I could still use to gamble later. When I went back on their was only £4 left, I complained that somebody had stole my £500,. They told me to check my betting history which I did and somebody had 10 £50 bets at some game I’d never heard of, I would even bet £50, I only go tops £5. I explained but they said it wasn’t them and suspended me from the site unless I admit it was me. I don’t know what to do so I am not admitting to anything so yeah they have my £4 as well as my £500. Will never use them again and will tell my friends too. Unbelievable

Currently in a long email battle with Ladbrokes. I opened an account to bet on the Grand National this year and have been unable to close it. I have emailed several times and tried to close the account myself, but I've only managed to self-exclude.

Customer Services have now (finally) permanently closed my account, but they've also registered me with Gamstop, which they say will stop me from ever opening an account with anyone else!! I am challenging this and will take it further.

I put one sum of money in and withdrew one sum of winnings then asked them to close my account, apparently that makes me an addict?!!!

How can it be so difficult to close the account? The advisor said they've registered me with Gamstop on account of the "comments" I made in my emails. I suspect these are the comments about them being unethical as anyone who happened to have a gambling problem would find it very difficult to leave them. They've labelled me a gambling addict and I'm now banned, where's the common sense?!

My friends find this hilarious as I'm risk-averse and wasn't even keen on the Grand National bet, but it really isn't funny when you think about it.

I intend to take this further now. I'd avoid these at all costs!

I helped an old lady set up an online Ladbrokes account to bet on the Grand National.
We followed the procedure to withdraw money after winning but she was then emailed to say she needed to send them a copy of her driving licence and both sides of her bank card (with some details blanked). She has no idea how to do this and I will have to help her.
I see there are several similar reviews here. They take her money but then make it unexpectedly difficult towithdraw it (all for the princely sum of £18).
She definitely will be unlikely to use Ladbrokes in future.

I've recently used Ladbrokes online for the grand national.
I paid into my account and won a little bit. I've tried to withdraw the money. A few days later found the money hadn't gone into my account. Tried to look on my account and it's blocked and they want Id proof and bank card proof. They were happy to take my money without Id proof but not happy to give me any back. Surely there should ask before you bet to stop the fraud in the first place.
I won't be using Ladbrokes again

I would give them zero if it was available. They took my one and only bet on the Grand National of £20 but they are refusing to pay me my ‘winnings’ of £20.20 without proof of card, ie photo front and back! Are they a genuine company? I certainly will go elsewhere next year. Steer clear of them. The hassle is not worth the bother.

After placing a bet for Minella Times to win the Grand National, Ladbrokes claim I bet for my horse to finish 4th – an option which wasn’t even available to me when I placed a “quick bet”. I am shocked and feel robbed. Be very careful with this company. I’ve deleted my account.

Bonus zero. Fun zero. Customer service zero. Change to win? No way. After a long time betting, and play on Ladbroke, I got same thief sistem, with like 95% lost money from all deposit. They blame that sistem with random numbers. But that sistem is set by them.

I completed my self exclusion period and asked if I can reactivate my Ladbrokes account. I was asked questions over the phone then asked to put what I had said in an email.
I done this just to receive a reply saying no you can't play here anymore at all.
I thought wow thanks for nothing!
I then went to play on Foxy as I had been playing on there for the past few years (during my self exclusion period)
Only to find they have also excluded me.
I was gutted.
Only then was I advised they are part of the Ladbrokes Entain (GVC holdings)
I can't seem to play any eyecon games anymore with any reputable company in the UK.
It's almost as if Ladbrokes have blacklisted me.
I served my self exclusion period, but refused to be able to play anywhere.

SE is meant to be a tool for the individual who has an issue at that moment in time.
Mine was due to late husband problems.
I don't have a gambling problem.

At the time I used gambling as a safe quiet space so I could shut out what was happening.
Since ENTAIN have taken over pretty much all of the online UK sites, nothing much anyone can do.

I feel people should make this company pay and not play on any entain sites.

Hopefully they'll go bust.
Would be nice to finally see karma done.

This is the most misleading advertisement I have ever seen!!
You are told that if you deposit a certain amount you qualify for a certain amount of free bets. This isn’t true!!
There are “hidden” clauses that mean you won’t qualify!
DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand!!!!!

I placed a £4 on Put The Kettle On last year for the race at Cheltenham yesterday…it won but Ladbrokes didn’t pay out because now there is no proof that I ever placed the bet as my betting history has been erased

ladbrokes have stole thousands of pounds of me after having a fake game on esports on. Had lies after lies after all document show that the bet was never settled. all bets besides the last bet are shown as settled. furthermore when asking for transaction id they gave bet settlement id the same as the bet placed. They on purpose targeted my account and are absolute frauds. please people stay away from them.

Deposit £10 get free bets. I was sent a email invite, satisfied all the T & C's. Guess what , Ladbrokes refuse to give me the 3 x £2 bets. This has happened twice now, 1st time i put it down to my fault, but not twice. They are saying i didnt opt in, of course i opt in it was direct from the email.
I have withdrawn all my money and closed the account.

I’ve got thousands of shares in Entain, and until recently, played with Ladbrokes on all my gaming.
Not anymore, no wonder MGM have pulled out of their offer!
This global company won’t even take a £100 each way bet without confirming with traders…( maybe trembly knee syndrome!!!) PATHETIC!!
I did finally get a bet on this horse, it came last, beaten more than 100 lengths!!
It’s now a Wednesday evening, less than 65 hours before the Clarence House Chase, and they still haven’t got a book on the race ( everyone else has!!)
I want to place 2k bet on the race….. but having said that, if I could, I would imagine this feeble gaming company may even need to insert TENA discreet pads to consider this wager!!!
Just avoid Ladbrokes, sell your Entain shares ( if you have them) and punt elsewhere.

I have bet with ladbrokes for years. I enjoy doing forecast doubles. Yet Ladbrokes won't let you do them online. Despite their terms and conditions and list of bets accepted, saying they do. They don't even have forecast double slips in shops anymore. Come on Ladbrokes, sort this out. With the popularity of RPGTV which you sponsor, surely it would be to your benefeit.

So I received an invitation via email for casino bet £10 and get £10 free with X1 Wagering. I deposited and surprise surprise didn't get the bonus, went to live chat where was told this need to be further investigated. I've sent email after emai with the attachment of the email….. Ladbrokes you should be ashamed of your self your so quick to take money and not pay the bonus due and always come up with some as to why this isn't to be paid. Your staff are rude and have limited customer service knowledge and always tell you there is no supervisors available.

I placed a reverse forecast bet online which won but they claimed it had lost. Queried it but they stated that as far as they were concerned the bet was settled properly. Closed my account there and then, beware if you are betting online with this crowd dont touch them with a bargepole.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews, I have never had a problem with Ladbrokes. They and Coral are among the best casinos in my experience, I get regular wins, which prolongs my gaming experience or gives me the option to bank and recently a fantastic £1000 win on Ladbrokes. They have some unique slot/scratchcard games which I love playing. Withdrawals are always in my account within a few hours. No this isn't a fake review, I am a genuine customer and especially after my big win I wanted to shout up for them.

I have been a member for years and lost thousands.

I self excluded myself from casino/slots betting a couple of months ago to stop wasting all my money.

I received an email today with a free £5 bet for slots/casino. The only way to spend it was to reactivate my account.

I got in touch with live chat help to ask for it to be changed to sports betting. They offered to reopen my casino betting so I could use it, this was after I explained the self exclusion due to a lack of control.

I told them I won’t rejoin, but I still want it as a sports bet or I walk for good.

They didn’t budge an inch.

I closed my account completely and they won’t have another penny off me.

LADBROOKS, BRADLEY STOKE, BRISTOL, RIP OFF MERCHANTS !!!! I Played machine, and then when I was down £35, although being sat in this shop for at least 30 minutes, staff said I had one minute to leave as only allowed to be here for 15 minutes. But come back in 1 hour for another 15 minutes, as if I would IDIOT !!.
Not at any time did anyone say to me about the 15 minute rule until I was losing, and I was the only customer there, I do not go around reading the hundreds of signs in your shop, if I did my 15 minutes would be up before I started.
STAFF HAD NO FACE COVERING WHILE SERVING ME, AND WHILE WALKING ABOUT THE SHOP, DISGRACE,!!!!!!! Save your money, or give it to your family, more satisfaction.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling

I was betting inside ladbrokes on Hurst street in Birmingham (B5 postcode).

I was told i will only be allowed to gamble for 15 minutes and will be notified when its time for me to leave.

I put in £20.00, I was gambling and winning between £70.00 and £80.00 for quite a long period of time.

It was only when i got down to £5.00 the cashier came out and said its time to leave.

I asked her "how long have i been in here for ?" she replied "ten minutes longer than you should have been".

I could see my name on the register and the time i came in, what alarmed me was according to the register i had already left so i asked "why does it say i have left half an hour ago ? "

The cashier then said to me "i dont know what he has done i have just took over from my manager". However, I observed that she was working the whole time. I asked her "why was i not notified to leave after 15 minutes", to which she replied "we can not keep an eye on everyone" .

there was only one other person in the shop as this happened during pandemic.

I was told i couldnt gamble for the rest of the day due to the pandemic customers are only allowed to visit the shop twice a day for 15 mins at a time and that was my second time visiting for the day.

You can have a look at the cctv!!! they forged my time in and out and waited until i lost my winnings before they told me to leave.

It occurred on: 6/12/2020

This meant that I felt robbed and violated, I felt stressed, and I felt humiliated

I would just like them to have a look at the cctv and link it with my time on the machine and pay me whatever my balance was at the end of the 15 minutes threshold.

Just be fair. Thats all i ask.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case,

Technical issues with withdrawals but no warning to customers about this 7 different advisors giving different information so may take a week who knows in this age of technology with faster payouts from most sites apart from Ladbrokes it's not surprising the average review is 1 star

Like many other reviewers on here, I too found out the hard way that Ladbrokes DON’T PAY YOU OUT. After requesting to be paid out through PayPal, was told “usually immediately, otherwise between 2-6 hours. It is now FOUR DAYS later, and I still haven’t received it. I have spoken to their customer service dept five times – this idiot supervisor called Kevin, complete moron – just quoted small print and ts and cs at me saying basically when you do business with them, they are basically covered to do “indefinite security checks for an undisclosed period of time (basically they can hold their money first as long as they want, simply saying, we’re doing security checks), without telling you what the so called security checks were. They just say “it’s because of security checks but I’m not obliged to give any more details “. It wasn’t even a huge amount of money, £40 so it’s not money laundering! lol so that is b* llo cos, it was just because I cleaned the account out and they were just tactically and deliberately trying to hang on to the money as long as possible knowing they weren’t going to keep it. They don’t give a sh *t about you. I will NEVER spend another penny dealing with these crooks ever again and I am lodging an official complaint with the betting regulator, which hopefully costs them £450. I despise this company and STRONGLY URGE YOU NEVER TO SPEND A SINGLE PENNY WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are a disgrace and do not care about their customers one single bit.

I will never place with these guys EVER again!!
Firstly, I contacted to ask if there was a maximum bet limit on a market because I know sometimes this is the case. I spoke to 4 agents via LIVE chat who told me I could place any amount, despite me constantly asking them to check with the traders & make sure.

Long story short, eventually (even though unsure) I deposited £3K and tried to place. BUT OF COURSE I exceeded the max bet allowance. I then chat to them on Live chat & try to get them to help but instead my chat's are continuously closed or not answered BY THEM!! I even had to speak to them without logging in, just to get a response.

Finally i get through to someone who apologises for the wrong information and tells me to withdraw. Now this is where it gets laughable…. After trying to withdraw, they reverse my transaction 3 times stating due to fraud I need to place first. I then send an email, which is responded to by Operations, who state a note has been placed on my account (to allow my withdrawal) because I deposited due to wrong information.

Finally after 4 days my funds are released & REST ASSURED I'LL NEVER PUT A FIVERR IN THESE GUYS HANDS AGAIN.

Ps. I didn't mention, in this whole process my account was also restricted from placing sports bets for NO REASON!! Apart from winning !!

Really bad online betting company. Took less than 5 seconds to deposit my funds but 3 days later, I've still not got my withdrawal which was significantly more than the deposit funnily enough.

Spoke to one person on the online chat and they stated withdrawals for bank transfers took up to 24 hours. Low and behold, 30 hours later the withdrawal still said verification pending.

Went to online chat again and someone called Mark was extremely rude and said it is not 24 hours, it is 48 if the payments department could be bothered.

At 50 hours, it was still verification pending and via the online chat I was just given a link to the withdrawal process.

Disgusting treatment and disgusting that they are withholding money that is MINE!!

There will be some lame reply to this review as per usual but my advice is use William Hill, Gala, Foxy over these jokers.

I deposited money and won, when I came to withdraw I was told my card wasn't 3d secure, I called the bank twice and spoke to many people at the bank who assured me they don't do 3d secure and it's not needed to process a withdrawal.
Ladbrokes weren't having any of this though, they won't pay my 87 quid to me and insist they never will until I get 3d secure, they then lied to me and said if I deposited 5 more pounds they could process my withdrawal but when I did this they again refused to do so.
I spoke to 3 agents who were rude, could barely speak English and just couldn't wait to get off the chat.

If you have a mastercard do not use ladbrokes or just don't use them full stop.

have evidence to back I have been scammed and would like a full refund. As previously stated to ladbrokes I put 10 grand on Portugal when they were 2-0 up 8 min football at 2:45. Now somehow theyve changed the game and the team to a game that was played half hour before I even deposited money which is not allowed anyways proven through online banking. Having checked online scores for clarification I see that I had indeed won my bet as it finished 3-0 but have somehow changed my bet to a different team Brazil and stole 10 grand off me. All times prove I have been absolutely ripped off and when asking for the bet ID they have given me a fake bet id constantly which has 16 numbers and is obviously fake. When asking about bet details they also are lying about this as the times they say the bet are placed are clearly not when I had placed my bet. Live chats also show they are lying and are trying to steal my 10 grand by closing my account on lies just to try and cover up the con they tried to pull. Ladbrokes has committed fraud to a level of pure greed and disgust.

Fortunately I do not have a gambling problem and I only ever place a weekly football 'acca'. However, since using the ladbrokes app I have also received free offers and free bets from ladbrokes for other products which I have no interest in and have never previously used. Presumably this is to try and increase my spending and entice my interest which surely contradicts responsible gambling…?

But this is not my issue. When I do win whilst playing their free offers or free bets, i always experience an error message, never receive my winnings and never receive a reply when I contact ladbrokes customer services.

Beware…they really are corrupt and liars!!!!

Worst of the worst, a lot of Ladbrokes practises are illegal. Cash out is joke and is only offered when it's all in their favour, anyone reading this please cancel your Ladbrokes account and use a more reputable company, they are bigger scammers than African witchdoctors.
