Won £100 with Ladbrokes but they will not pay out. They tell me my bank has declined to receive the transaction. Though when I called my bank, they were adamant nothing had been declined ay their end. Is Zero stars available? Opened account just over a week ago. Made first deposit this morning. Went to play a game but kept saying game unavailable. Breaking THEIR OWN Rules!
Refused to honour a bet.
I placed a bet on a match which had already started. I was not aware of this and their system showed that match as not having started.
They subsequently voided the bet.
At the time the bet was placed there was already a score but the number of (OVER) goals I had gone for had still not come in. In fact. I needed 3 more goals.
Got the 3 more goals and then they inform me that the bet has been voided. When I bring their attention to their own rules state that a bet must be settled at the general market price at the time the bet was placed they refused this and stated that the bet had been placed late because of THEIR own "machine error" and was voided not even offering to give me the "general market price" as stated in their own rules (see below) – Absolutely disgraceful. Definitely one for the gambling commission and social media

This is the worst betting company I have come across. They are so quick to take your deposit money off you then when you win something they hold onto your money and ask for all the proof in the world before they even consider handing it over. I won a tiny £205 around 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. This company is a shambles so please do not deal with them. Skybet is much better and will have your winnings into your account within a few hours.

Just been to Ladbrokes Daventry had a terrible time with one of their staff , she tells me her name is Helen , put my 49rs on as usual went over to my wife to say that's it lets go , then this voice shouted have you signed the tracking book yet , I said we are just leaving and I thought you had to be in for more than fifteen minutes before signing the book as is the rule across the road at backhouse bookies , my rules are different here she said , I said ok I will start using backhouse bookies , do you think that I am bothered she said , so after a little bit of shouting we left , I am disabled and touching 70 we went for a walk up the town and this Helen followed us to a seating area , she came over and said that she was a bit harsh with us in the shop and should have dealt with it better , I said that I was still putting in a complaint to Ladbrokes she said you would because your Scottish , she also said that you won't get an answer when you phone , she was right I can't contact them I have tried to email them also , can't , the email was sent to a Jim mullen ( head office ,) email was sent back to me , this Helen has some bad attitude , I will take her advice and not put my £20 into Ladbrokes , James Stewart X soldier UK

London has to be the worst ever shop..you cant put a football coupon on because the poxy machines behind the counter can rarely take them so you go on the machines to do it which dont have the coupon you want because the internet connection is pony, absolute disgrace of a shop!! Also dont get me on standing at the counter trying to get a bet on whilst the staff behind the counter are either staring/talking on their phone or got earphones on!! Stopped using the hole now, worth walking a few minutes down the road to William Hills on Kilburn Lane, at least their bloody staff are friendly and their machines/computers are capable of taking football bets!!!

Odds are terrible on football accumulators. I checked their odds for a 5 fold accumulator and another site was offering nearly double the odds, That is a HUGE difference. They seems to be reliable paying out but you really want 10%-20%-30% + less when you win? Always check the odds with other bookies.

Why are they keeping your money longer and longer when you withdraw used to be 2 hours for approval then went to 5 hours now once a day at 10.30pm. Money used to come in next day then went to 3.35 in the afternoon now not even that so god only knows when they release funds

Entered 1-2 football competition where you predict the scores of 3 football matches. Prizes £100 all 3 correct,£5 free bet 2 correct and £1 free bet 1 correct.
Entered on August 29th and got 2 out 3 correct and awaited my £5 free bet. No free bet so contacted customer service which is rubbish. Following 5 e mails they eventually said supply them a screenshot of my entry? Who keeps a screenshot for every competition they enter? This competition is a scam and so do not waste anytime entering as you will never win. Not depositing again…..
Finally after a lot of aggro they honoured there competition rules and paid the £5 free bet.
Hats off for sorting out eventually but what took so long?

Ladbrokes are offering ‘enhanced’ odds on some races. They give an extra place but then reduce the odds given to each way customers to a 1/5th rather than a 1/4 which they state in the rules. Well done ladsy! Enhanced indeed.

I am among one of thoses user who is very dissappointed using Ladbrokes services.
Personally i don't reccoment this playing platform .Customer service don't have manners on how to talk or chat with clients.

What's the use of giving free instant spin bonuses when we can't even play our winning spin

I don't know who controls their shop screens but so many times a race is almost ready to go off and no screen with the prices/odds, then you notice that most of the vacant screens are just being used for irrelevant information or "cartoon" racing.

All in all I have found ladbrokes quite good .I suppose they could settle bets a little faster and get withdrawals to you account a bit quicker as well,
they quite often give free bets, (not as much as paddy power money wise )
P.S. I wonder if any person has ever won the £100 on the free spins game

I have won large amounts several times on ladbrokes, always paid me out within 2-5 days, only issue was being able to cancel a withdrawal but that has been stopped now so all in all a decent site to use. There's a lot of folk moaning on here about having to show id etc, its standard practice afraid, ive always been relatively happy playing the slots on here and haven't personally found the bonuses to come any less than other sites.

Ladbrokes took my money as i had no photo id. Ok so because of medical conditions i can not drive or fly so i have no photo id . Ladbrokes allowed me to deposit then play for 5 min before placing a hold on my account . I received a email saying they needed photo id , hence the fact they allow me to deposit first why not ask me for id then , ok so i was in a live chat today with a prat called jonnel who sounds not english at all . He was very rude when i asked for the transcript ti be sent to my email address. He then just cut me of . So lets get this right Ladbrokes takes I'll peoples Money then cuts them of a chat when they are polite as ever could be . They give you no chance of putting the funds you have deposited from your bank back into it . This is classed as internet fraud. Entrapment. What is against the law. I Placed a bet with Ladbrokes which got accepted and thought nothing of it, money left my account as normal it wasn’t until the bet had won I noticed that it had been cancelled a minute after being placed? They first said it was my responsibility to make sure bets are placed and now saying there traders rejected my bet then I didn’t accept. Hi I've been using Ladbrokes for the past week or took a good bit of money from them. But as often happens I put it back in. So I stopped checked my bank account and made sure I'd not went over my limit. Which I hadn't only to find out Ladbrokes had kindly ran up a dept for me. Id been checking PayPal and my bank account. All seemed well until a few days later when I'm told they hadn't been taking all the money from my bank account so my balance never went down. Which shows up as a pending transaction letting me keep track. Instead they'd set up a direct debit account to bill me later. Which you don't see as pending. And kindly billed me for £9000. I queried this and was told that they basically front you the money. But only sometimes and your not made aware of it. So long story short I'm £40000 down and now have dept. Thanks Ladbrokes. PayPal is a waste of space too. Couldn't see a rat if ran out in front of them. I'm not even sure if what they're done is legal.

What an absolute joke, done an each way bet with Ladbrokes on the 5:45 and leopardstown.. the race card said they would be paying out Up to 5 places! My horse Came in 4th and they paid out.. I go back on to the app 20 mins later and they have changed the result to a loss and taken the money out! How is this even legal? If they made a mistake Surely they should have to absorb the loss!! And if not, I should be getting my stake back at the very least! They took the bet under false pretences! Scumbags

Very bad experience on the Ladbrokes app and I believe there app is not clear and could be improved.

I had won over £1300 on slots during the day playing different games, which I had processed to withdraw as it was a nice amount.

I continued to play other games after I had withdrawal my balance, when still continue to play with the little change left over I had clicked on quick deposit to add fund to my game. which I would have thought the funds would of been taking off my card however it had taken it from money I had have previously processed to withdraw.

I later check my emails to see that my withdrawals had been canceled, when I spoke to somebody from Ladbrokes on the live chat. I was told nothing could be funded back to my account or card.

I had no clue at the time this had happen, if so I wouldn’t have gone ahead with it. I have now emailed them to try get a response to this.

I've spent over 4Hrs on their live chat trying to get a $20 poker ticket I won. Not that I'm desperate for $20 but it's the principle. How many chats have closed when they can't address the question or you ask how to raise an official complaint. Try asking who they are regulated by? Then you will sit for 20 minutes with no response.
This was once a trusted brand name, it's now not much more than an online scam.

I have an account with Ladbrokes for a long time. I have not played in there for awhile because we were moving, and life just had other priorities, you know? So, the other day I decided to take Ladbrokes up on their free instant wheel and I won over £100 on God of Storms game. Now, I went to cash some of my winnings out and it will not let me! It comes up with a box that says because I haven't played in there for awhile now I have to make a deposit. Fair enough. So I went to my Paypal and sent £10 through…but it just sat there pending…and I've tried it several times now…still pending!. Paypal says that Ladbrokes has not even attempted to take my £10. Ladbrokes says it's Paypal that is pending!!! Has anyone else had this problem? So where I'm at now is I CAN play games in there, but I can not withdraw any of my winnings and I can not deposit either!!! Talk about MADDENING!!! And most of the customer service people at Ladbrokes have an attitude which is very annoying. Making me feel like it's my fault or something!!! App is now terrible after recent updates. Presumably designed by the P G Tips monkeys or that would be an insult to them. Takes five minutes to login and then very slow to work if at all. Quicker to walk down to the betting office. I have since uninstalled it.

I wouldn't advise anyone to bet with Ladbrokes. It took them two months to pay out a winning bet from the Cheltenham Festival. Apart from one switched-on individual in customer service, the level of help I received in trying to get my money paid was poor. Worst of all, I have been a Ladbrokes account holder for 25 years and yet they were repeatedly unable to find my personal account details. How tiresome to listen to the chirruping PR person, Nicola McGeady, selling the company's betting services on RUK. Compared to bet365 and William Hill, Ladbrokes are a pound shop outfit these days.

The new updated site is BAD! They've changed it to take back winnings and with gamblers wanting more, this stops them from leaving when skink and have to wait for money to exchanged. Worst idea ever.
