Account Number 2199695 I have been with Ladbrokes years, everyone knows the in shop experience is far better than the online.
I love the card aspect you can use in the shop. Look at the reviews online and everything is absolutely true. The system is weak for such a large company, in real time football…SKY has already changed the bets, cash out and status as the ball hits the back of the net. Ladbrokes I literally wait for the change in odds, cash out is a joke I have noticed that.The customer service Live chat at midnight please see enclosed how poor ladbrokes are. I won on games and withdrew money. Checked my account after 5 days nothing in my bank from them. I get in touch online raise a complaint. They say contact my bank as it left their account. I ask bank they said it was not us you should be contacting as there hasn't been any transacti ons. This is 2 weeks now and they tell me I need a bank statement to show nothing went into my bank. I'm finding it hard to get into a bank and it won't let me copy statement or screenshot from my phone. Now I have to get bank to give me printed out statement and get back to ladbrokes. Anton else had this problem not getting paid.

bet on a football game yesterday in the balarus amateur league and my team won 3-0 yet for some reason ladjokes decided to void my bet when clearly my team won 3-0 and i only found out today they had won 3-0 so on i go to live chat to be told there is nothing they can do now the bet had been voided so why was it void in the first place? you basically stole my wininngs and refunded me my stake so yes your are cheats and thiefs theres the result there you can clearly see the away team i bet won 3-0 and the match is finished so why did you void it?

In the spirit of honesty, the main reason Ladbrokes only gets 1 star, is due to a little known industry-wide practice of discrimination against customers that actually dare to win. However, in my experience, Ladbrokes are the worst in the industry for this practice. Read on if you want to know more.

After only a few relatively small wins, my account was restricted to the point I was only able to place around £20 on a Premier League match. They are too savvy to actually ban winning customers – that would look bad. But they routinely restrict the accounts of winning customers to the point that they might as well have banned them.

How can it be fair that I am only permitted to stake £20 on a Premier League match when the next customer (one that has a history of losing money) is allowed to stake up to £10,000? The bookies want to ‘have their cake and eat it’ – happy to take as much money as possible off most customers (including sometimes vulnerable ones) whilst refusing to lose relatively small amounts to other customers who have had the temerity to win. This industry-wide practice is a deep social injustice.

Having been restricted online by all the high street bookmakers, I can honestly say that Ladbrokes are probably the worst for this practice which is why I have given them 1 star. Their website is OK – reasonably navigable with a decent number of markets covered. Payouts appear after a few days after some mucking about with ID etc, but again, all the bookies do this. But I have to single Ladbrokes out as they restrict accounts the quickest of all the big name bookmakers.

You should avoid using Ladbrokes as they are not a fair play operator. No bookmakers are, but especially not Ladbrokes.

Ladbrokes rejected my quidco cashback stating I didn't spent 10 pounds when gambling.

I anticipated this and took screenshots of my betting history and made sure everything was valid and correct.

I contacted the manager about this (09133217) and they said "you will need to contact Quidco with regard to this offer, as there is nothing further to be advised. "

I told them again and again that Quidco rejected this because YOU (Ladbrokes) claimed I didnt do this.

They never miss a trick to pull some totally transparent scam. All bets on cancelled matches "Suspended" as opposed to being declared void so they can keep hold of your funds. Every other company seems to have reimbursed money back to one's account immediately. I was told they "need time to settle the bets", yet the change of status was done instantly. The irony is most people will not be withdrawing this but punting with it anyway.
Alongside the appalling website and insistence you provide documentation after making deposits, this company shows it is only interested in the morons who would be attracted by its moronic advertising.

Set up a Ladbrokes account and they took £35 from my bank and then immediately froze the account saying they want copies of passport and bank statements, surely if there is an issue with identity they should obtain these documents before stealing money from you, avoid this company like the plague.

I used to bet in their local shop every now and then but never win nothing just dead spins! Plus the lady in the store was rude as she had "paid a lot out that day on horses" E-mailed head office etc. Had an e-mail back saying they would look into it but never did. won on tengo bingo had 5 numbers anywhere when they scanned barcode said i had not won, explained i had won they checked then said i had won, and must not have been checked properly by other staff. no i don't think so it is scanned into a machine when bet is placed and scanned on barcode when you have a winner so why would it need to be checked manually, this has happened several times that i won on higher payouts, think they have a policy to avoid paying out

Had ago on the Irish lottery, placed in the shop on the Saturday paid by debit card, money came straight out of account, numbers came up won 6k went to collect winnings from the shop on the Sunday winnings to go straight into my account via my debit card as they didn’t have enough cash, now Tuesday still not got my winnings called Ladbrokes apparently can take anything between 3-5 days to appear. My initial withdrawal experience with Ladbrokes earlier in the week was great. Withdrew 24th, cleared funds 26th. Can live with that. That same night 26th, withdrew a much larger amount. It sat pending from evening of 26th, until yesterday 29th at 4pm. Funds have still not cleared but assume it will this afternoon. Not impressed. Their website terms state 6-24 hours. Their customer service say, no withdrawals on the weekends. But the 26th was Thursday. If they processes it within their stipulated 6-24 hours, I should have easily had funds to bet on the weekend. EPIC FAIL. Not only don't they realise that faster payouts mean happy customers, but no where do they state their weekend terms (that I have found) so they seem to have made it up suddenly. I will therefore never be back. AGAIN, no excuse for poor payouts times in this day and age. And on that subject. Why exactly do funds need to be approved? If they show up in my withdrawal balance it should be instant. Absolute nightmare. Dropped a star for the amount of days it took to process and clear. Sadly there is no zero!

Apologies to everyone who like me was stupid enough to play slots with Ladbrokes. I cannot believe how rigged the returns are and I have asked them why they don't bother to respond to all the complaints. Basically it's because they don't give a s**t and treat the player as a no brain mug with the usual speech on fair gaming. Save your money and play the lottery, you've a better chance of winning.
Ladbrokes slots are a massive scam. They all play the same way, i.e big wins never fall in you have to either try to gamble, which is rigged to lose 99% of time or wait for the magic 'feature' to drop, then you've got a tiny chance of a decent win.
This is all from my experience of losing big time.
Played 'big banker' on 50p play. £300 later i had one, yes only one shot at 3 bankers and won, wait for it….. £10!!!!

Ladbrokers give its users good offers, their website is easy to navigate through and their customer service is just awesome (very user friendly). Although I must admit that sometimes there are some issues with the website but it’s not like it happens all the time. They also need to improve a little more on the odds as well as the in-play betting front.

Using their website feels like you've gone back in time, it's the slowest/laggiest thing in the world. So many pop-ups that you can't even disable because they're actually necessary for the functions of the site. Please hire some web developers with all the money you're clearly robbing people of (read the other reviews – eek!).

Also, I had £20 free bets to use, which I was placing all on the same bet. I selected 'reuse selections' after I had completed the first slip and realised that even though I reused the selection, the site defaulted to me using my own payment for the subsequent bets. How cheeky. Will avoid using this site like the plague from now on.

Ladbrokes dont get a star they are total butt holes. The Bookmakers that work for them blocked me from fixed odds betting in 1 night. ( NEDS is ladbrokes and so is bookmaker! )
I signed up to neds and placed and each way bet and they changed my selection for the place to another number. When you select each way its on the same horse! I explained this to them but it was them that done it.. The only good think about them was they give the 1st deposit matches even though its illegal in NSW karma should get them they are crooks working for crooks. Whatever you do dont sign up to them or any of their other sites. And another tip ! Take snap shots or pics every time you place a bet. Photograph the bet and your balance in 1 pic if you can because ive had issues with multis not even turning up in my betslip but confirmed the bet and watched the stake vanish from my balance as well. A bit of evidence for when they try to rip you off. Theyve got petty thieves working for them these sites! Im going back to the TAB never had an issue with them.

I placed a bet with Ladbrokes on 14 February on a 6/1 2 mile hurdle race. Owing to the delay and very slow transaction by the cashier they refused to pay when my horse won! They said I was 15 seconds late but this is a lie. The cashier was too busy chatting to his mate behind the counter, only one till was open at the time!

To add insult to injury, Ladbrokes refuse to refund my stake money (despite the fact I still have my betting slip in my possession) it appears that one of the Ladbrokes staff decided to cash in my bet!

This is the worst company for customer relations, I am getting nowhere with them and they will not even reply to my emails! Why can customers not take this up with their CEO, it is impossible to contact anyone with authority within this organisation. They are happy to fleece the public!
