This hotel was like Fawlty Towers on steroids. We were charged $500 for facilities and room deposit as soon as we checked in. We were not told there were no facilities. The pool was a building site, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The room. We had very hot water coming out of both taps. The couldn’t fix this. The safe needed a new door to make it work. The soap dispenser was broken. The sink had a massive crack in it. They said they would replace it AFTER WE LEFT ! ! Reception always had massive queues not enough staff. Do not come here, Disgraceful ! This hotel and it’s management are not fit for purpose ! !

Just signed up this evening. Had a a fairly decent experience and withdrew some money. I’ve given 4 stars just now and will upgrade to 5 for prompt withdrawal like it states its got speedy withdrawal times. However upon reading reviews I’m a tad concerned. So … I’ll be back with a recent update soon UPDATE: winnings were paid within an hour. So I’m pleased with that. Let’s hope it stays nice n easy but I will keep updating here.

OK I’ve seen all the bad reviews. So I would like to give my view on this site..Every week I kept getting 10 free spins offered, without deposit. And also 50 or so more if I deposited. Aslong as you use the bonus code given in the email when depositing the free spins work..Had my 1st cash out of £400, and from the email confirmation that it was being dealt with, to the 2nd email of approval, it was 37 minutes on a weekend aswell.. funds were in account straight after that aswell.. Started playing on this site, after loosing and winning, decided too withdraw. As it was my first time on this site I decided too check some reviews out, and saw alot of negative ones which I then started too think it’s a scam and I won’t get my money back. I frantically decided to email customer services along with another email I found on this site, and within 2 hours customer services sent a long email and put my mind at rest, then within a few more hours a member of a higher team also replied. I would say the hold up with withdrawals is due to the initial checks, I uploaded what they required straight away and they have excepted the withdrawal and I can see it pending to go in my account. Don’t always believe negative reviews, alot of it are sore loosers or not following what they class as there tc&Cs, on this occasion I was reassured instantly and funds are pending alot quicker then I anticipated, thank you for all your help with my panic emails

I was asked to upload a copy of my phone bill to verify my contact number. I downloaded the pdf version of my phone bill and uploaded it on the website. I did this 3 times and they kept declining the document when it was literally a pdf invoice from my mobile carrier showing my name and the contact number. I am waiting on a withdrawal I have no other documentation to prove any further that the number belongs to me and the document I have submitted is literally exactly what they ask for but somehow they won’t accept it as an official document. Now either I am considerably stupid or someone does not know how to do their job because I thought an official electronic document pdf showing an itemised bill with my name, address, logo of the mobile carrier and the number in question is an official document. Sort it out!

Fraud, I got an email to say if I deposit I will get 30 spins and 100% match. Tried to withdraw my money on Saturday. Said it was paid but still haven’t got it after 3 days. I have just fallen foul of a law that tells me that im taking advantage of a Live Roullete game. They have withheld £1200 saying that im taking advantage and that i cannot bet over 24 of 37 numbers, how can i take advantage of a live roulette table, the odds are with the house, what is the point in playing roulette if i dont have some king of strategy to win, if i dont do that, i would be as well as flushing the money away, i will be complaining about this to the gambling commission, its a complete scam to keep my winnings, i have never heard of this from any other casino, they should not get away with this and im determined to make sure they dont. Absolute scam. No casinos restrict the amount of numbers you can choose. I repeat no casinos restrict the numbers that you are allowed to choose. Only those that are associated with Las Vegas Casinos and fall under their Umbrella. You can not gain an advantage on a game which is totally automatic, anyone who has played this game will tell you that. By choosing more numbers, you are staking more and will have a higher chance of losing and not gaining an advantage, so their assertion is pathetic to say the least. Furthermore, if they state that you are not allowed to choose more that 24+ numbers then I would like to ask why does the game allow the player to choose more than 24+ numbers when they know fully well that they won’t pay out. This is where the con and fraud kicks in. A customer should not be allowed to choose more than 24+ numbers and the game should restrict this. Do they do that, no they don’t. Hence a con, hence a scam, hence a fraud. The average customer knows that this rule is not standard practice hence the numerous complaints. They fail to accept that and continue to allow customers to choose as much numbers they want, knowing they won’t pay them out. Totally an illegal practice. I feel numb reading previous reviews. I’ve just had my account closed and my winnings of £3600 confiscated for the exact reasons listed here on previous reviews: “covered more than 24 numbers of the possible 37 when playing roulette”. This is insane. How are they getting away with this? Anytime someone wins on roulette they claim we cheat by creating an unfair advantage? Avoid!!! I’m actually starting to think this is a scam to steal identities as well as money! I have submitted a ludicrous amount of ID that they keep rejecting and asking for more!? They’ve had my passport, driving licence, credit card, current account, PayPal screenshot and 2 utility bills!! I have deposited a lot of money and cannot withdraw what I’ve won.
