Went onto sister site Slot boss! Was allowed to deposit and I won. Requested withdrawal, they asked for id which I sent and was verified in 20 mins. While waiting for the withdrawal to be processed I was locked out if my account. Contacted live chat who said that there was a review process , I explained my documents had been verified oh no there’s more reviews that have to be done. Woke up this morning to a email to say apparently I’ve acted fraudulenty by opening a account as apparently I am self excluded!! Which I wasn’t under the impression. 😡So deposits and winnings are forfeited!! Find this very unfair! I’ve asked for proof still waiting! AVOID!!

0 stars. Rude customer service and thieves of a site. Don’t understand how it’s got 4 stars when this is such a bad site. They closed my account after spending all day making multiple deposits and as I wagered loads to finally get into a high bonus round they closed my account during it for verification documents. Now they are refusing my money back and what’s left in the account. If they needed verification they should have done immediately after first or before first deposit not after making multiple and deciding to close account after taking in over £500. The worst casino I’ve ever been to. I had a pending withdrawal and had to close the account. I have sent all documentation many times to verify the account. They never accepted proof from the bank. Everything was there from my name to the account number and the Bank’s logo. Finally, they wanted a complete copy of my bank statements! I refused to send! My bank transactions are private, I don’t have to show them to anyone! To deposit we don’t need to prove anything but to raise it we have to show our whole life and they are never satisfied

Never won anything until last week, got up to a £100 so I thought you know what never win on here so I’m withdrawing 👍🏼 waited 5 days nothing so I thought I’ll log in and see if it’s still pending, ACCOUNT LOCKED!!! I thought fair enough so sent documents required, waited checked documents verified 👍🏼 I thought great I’ll log in and check SELF EXCLUSION IN PLACE. live chat passed on to department they’ll contact you when it’s sorted out nothing live chat again you can’t log in as you’re self excluded!!! I didn’t do this what the hell is this company??? After winning £750 fairly on blackjack they ‘randomly’ decided to investigate my account, although they didn’t do any checks when depositing large amounts over the course of the year and losing. After over a month, my account is still locked and pending review. I’ve emailed them several times and get the same templated response, it’s like they’re waiting for me to forget about it. Safe and Sensible. Leovegas has always been reliable and easy to use. They are user friendly and you need to verify in order to play for real money. The deposit incentives are low compared to the others, however most wagers are 10 or under and in real money. 24 hrs WD to bank. I dont like or trust the crypto sites – way too many dodgy incidents, not getting paid etc – Leovegas is not a crypto site which is great for legit games. Descent amount of providers and new games, sports betting, Live tables etc. I would recommend to anyone who is weary of the bright lights and unbelievable bonus deposits etc that everywhere. Leo is one of the more established platforms and definitely the safest.

Well also I’m very supprised over the bad rewievs here!! I came here to read if someone shares my latest experience. I play at 3 different casinos, but mostly on LV because I think Leo Vegas has been the best, until some months back when I noticed that the withdrawals started to take very long and I got no answer why that was. Also the offers for VIP members weren’t as good as before. So I starded to play on other sites that are faster in banking ect. However, I finally got an answer, that there has been some changes going on at Leo vegas Vip program and also with the withdrawals. They said that the withdrawals should soon be faster again. So I hope theese changes were worth the wait 😊

Good selection of games, but you Bonuses are extremely poor. They are not set out like most gaming sites. If I was to use a match deposit offer I would have wager my own money first for example 35x times no access to the bonuses until you have done that, not even when I have lost all the money I have deposited.On nearly all other site they would let you use you match deposit bonus as soon as you lose all your deposit. Leo Vegas does not let you do that so the bonuses are useless.

I covered FIVE numbers on the roulette wheel, red numbers. This makes my odds around 15/1 so on average I’d hit a win once every 15 spins. I spun approx 150 times and it never once landed on any of the FIVE numbers I had a bet on. It also produced a black number 78 times in a row because it was red numbers I had bets on. They are really scummy, I can see their argument on safe betting, but going so far to withholding and refusing to payout what I had left, which was 720 dkk out of 1000 dkk. I will admit that the bonus on 1000dkk which was a welcome gift, so technically I came out with a positive even if I lost 280 DKK over 10 games(Yes safe betting). I would never reccomend or have any1 betting here, since their terms of policies is very shady at best

They state they have issues with withdrawals to Natwest & Royal Bank Of Scotland. But they are still happy to take the money you deposit from these Banks. However its a pain to withdraw. Deposited my hardworking money (approx £1500), won £1476 in total as multiple withdrawal requests to only receive £38 to date. Account locked for verification and provided all documents requested to be told they’ll refund me £200 as a gesture but due to a breach in terms I have forfeited all my winnings. Absolutely ridiculous. I would NOT recommend this company and the gambling commissioner will be notified of such experience. Leo Vegas refused to pay me my winnings and refused to refund my deposits. I have no problem with withdrawing money how ever I realised it is impossible to recive a good win my net is over £3000 and not one good hit and I play regular and is hard to get a bonuse before you get a bonus it will probably take hundreds of pounds on other website it seems to give bonuses gambling is gambling but I must have very bad luck if every game I play doesn’t seem to give a bonus and when I did recive a bonus locked me out I went back in and no bonus yet it took my money I was spinning on I have been playing for a long time and I have not won a decent hit I am not saying to give bonuses out on regular bases however it would be nice to get money worth and see at least one bonus I play evening morning or whenever I feel like it but it never seems to give a tease on bonus although you play for an hour or so

Won’t let me withdraw. Constantly adding on new levels of verification needed and refusing withdrawals. Now they keep saying my proof of credit card ownership is the wrong document but won’t tell me what’s wrong with it. The document has all the details they asked for. I joined tonight and a welcome bonus was offered plus 100 free spins on Bigbass splash. I pressed claim and it directed me to my bank app log in page asking me to login in which I didn’t of course. I pressed back button which took me to Normal looking deposit page so I deposited £10 I didn’t receive the welcome bonus of 100% of my £10 deposit or the spins so I spent the £10 on big bass slash and didn’t get any chance of scatters at the end I still didn’t get my welcome bonus.
