Customer service is terrible i won 100000 thousand of Leo jackpot spent 7 playing Olympus gates logged out of the game and my 930000 has disappeared this happend on Monday and nobody in customer service seems bothered about no was of contacting a manger or someone above them they tell me they have no boss so tried an email directly to Leo vegas on Tuesday and still no reply i and my game history for that period has disappeared also we’re do u go from here any advise would be great iv screenshots of the game with my name and the money beside it also screen shots of a customer care agent telling me I spent 7000 play them well it’s obvious it came out of the hundred thousand I won because I only deposited 550

The 'bonus' offered by this site is pure garbage. The requirements are insane and even before I was even 10% into clearing it my account was limited. I reached out to CS and they said there was no limit on my account but it was clearly limited as I could barely bet anything. They lure you in with the bonus but don't even let you complete it. This site is trash!

Withdrawal approved via ewallet but its been 2 days and no money on my PayPal account. Normally, as soon as they approve your withdrawal, your money is in your account instantly. Also, their website states that ewallet withdrawals are instant, but after contacting customer service, I been told it'll take 5 days. Which is which then?.

This is my first ever online gambling experience and I have to say that Leo vagas is the only company out of 77 that I read up on that I trusted.It's brilliant as it continues to remind you to be safe and asks you to set limits on what you can afford and what you can't, and true to its word, once you have reached the limit it stops you.There is a limit to how much you want to deposit, another to how long you've been playing and another one that once you reach a certain loss thdy stop you using the app until next day... All in all a company that puts its user first, not their own bank balance. So 5 stars!!

Without doubt the worst online betting firm licenced in the UK. Have a read up about LV. They have had more fines for dodgy practices than any other. Abysmal customer service. They owe me £161 but never paid me. Another online robbery.If your withdrawal stays pending for more than a day then kiss goodbye to your money. Although whilst they look into finding a reason not to pay you they will still allow deposits. All day long.Best advice is to ignore the fake reviews of 5 stars and stay well clear. Avoid.

The mobile site is easily the best, every process is fast and smooth. Everything you need is easily located in the side menu with every option you should ever need. There is a lot of providers and new game releases almost daily. When I uploaded documents for verification I asked chat if they could fast-track the processing of my documents and withdrawal. They checked my documents and processed my withdrawal while I was in chat. So there was no waiting for verification or withdrawal processing. The only problem I have with the casino is the bonuses, the way they work and the reward given is nowhere near the amount given by other casinos. This is made very apparent by my deposits against the bonus received. The casino's unwillingness to award bonuses when competitors are happy too, is why I will be having a break from Leovegas for a while. Allways had fun on leo Vegas but most of all had some good wins yes couple of days to see my winnings but I'm fine with my set up you can get withdrawals straight away if you set up but I'm happy the way it is and support team have allways been very helpful sometimes I've had under a £5 in account and still ended up withdrawing a few quid would recommend if you fancy a little flutter and don't want to have to put hundreds in by all means carry on but love a bit of leovagas

Unethical and deliberately prevented looking in to a fraudulent attempt at opening an account in my name. I noticed a credit check performed by this company on me, despite not being a gambler. The company were deliberately obstructive in giving me information on this. The live chat staff were immensely rude and untrained for such scenarios, or have a cunning and deliberate way to send you in circles which involves 'passing your complaint on', after which you will get an email asking you to log in to your account to continue the complaint (the account that somebody had attempted to set up fraudulently in my name).After days of immense stress and going round in circles with incompetent and/or unscrupulous customer service agents of this company, I decided to report to Action Fraud and the Gambling Commission. Amazingly, several previously 'non existent' departments appeared and customer service agent staff obstructive and rude behaviour died down once I quoted an Action Fraud case number. Reading the other reviews regarding questionable verification processes to get winnings, just know that any integrity this company pretend to have in this department is a facade in order to delay or retain customer winnings. I find it hilarious that the replies from LV to others suggest some rigid and professional verification process, requiring pictures of people's previous bank cards etc, however they managed to perform a credit check on me and refuse to assist me with my investigation in to it. I can't imagine gambling is an area full of well meaning people and ethical practice, however these lot are truly horrific. Staggering that such a joke of a company can hold a license.

I have had no contact and bad luck I also am trying to change the name on my account and have now locked me out of my account in my emails to support I have stated that I have all documentation for this to happen and nothing seems to work as well as all proper documentation for verifying my account which is also a big issue! I stated playing with this company a few days ago. The sign up process was easy and claiming my sign up reward was also easy. After playing for awhile i won just over £340 and i decided to withdraw it. Unfortunately this is were my good experience ended. After waiting a few days for the withdrawal every time i checked their website it just said withdrawal pending. I became concerned that i wasnt going to get it at all so i decided to message them. I was then told i was supposed to submit a picture of the card i used to deposit and a statement from my bank i used to bank transfer. I had already checked the verification section when i first started and it clearly stated i was verified. They had added this just because i wanted to withdraw. Im still currently waiting on my money and i have never had a problem like this before. I would recommend sticking with the well know companies.

I have playing with Leovegas for at least 7 years. I have always accepted that they are legitimate but finally I must admit that they are cheats. I like to play Roulette and I am aware that you always start with a deficite with this game. I also am aware that for a "legitimate" spin in Roulette that it needs to spin around the table for at least 4 times - to make sure the spin is valid. I have played some systems that make win not much, but as worked out keep me winning some money. Then it suddenly changes when the "spins" become very short and barely spins around the table once -, let alone 4 times as is accepted as a legitimate spin. Thus, it leaves the question whether there is some cheating going on. I have no other conclusion as to say it is - yes. I have prove of thousands of spins where this is happening. I have taken video footage of spins suddenly barely goes round once if it all - and then i always lose. Make you think yes? My only conclusion is that this is another "cheating" online-casino and I can't for my life recommend anybody to even try and play in this on-line casino. They are cheats, and I can prove it. I won £2000 they cancelled the withdrawal and send me £305. Saying because I used my partners card when they accepted all documents etc but send the £305 to the same card just any excuse not to pay out, I’ve never had a problem using my partners card before send proof of everything and a letter giving me proof all way accepted. Very very bad Casino. Played for only one day, deposited about 80€ and played with 0.20€ bets. I played on only two slots, spent around 40€ on each. In total i would say i did around 600 spins. Whatever you do, don't deal with these people, I think they're all demon-possessed or just very mentally ill. There’s so many things they did wrong, but what blew my mind was that I sent them 5 perfectly good photos of my ID and they just wouldn't accept any of them. I think it would have taken a miracle. I tried everything, taking the photo with it over a white surface and under lighting, but nope it just wasn't good enough. They are all likely legally blind, actually. I was taking the pictures with an iPhone 13 pro max for heaven's sake. I almost puked out of disgust from their customer service, too. Not only that, every time I tried to log onto their site; it would get me in there, but then it would kick me out right away. I know there was something else ridiculous, but it has slipped my mind. In any case, don't gamble here if you don't want to get cancer or have a heart attack.

I deposited £100 back on December 19th and without warning these guys locked my account saying they needed verification so I sent all requested documents off only to be told my account was still locked and they couldn't tell me why, I messaged their customer support live chat every day for a week to see why my account had been locked only to be told to stop contacting them as there is nothing they can do and some one will contact me shortly, 3 weeks later after numerous emails sent to them I got a reply saying they wanted 3 months bank statements and 3 months wage slips to reinstate my account, by this time I had totally lost confidence with them so just close my account and refund anything in my account back to my bank,they emailed back saying they have closed account but still not returned back to my bank, I have played online for 15 years and never come across a firm like this, make your own mind up guys looks like not the only one that has had these issues
