I like LeoVegas. There is not much issues and if there is sonething they solve it via their powerful customer service. Casino looks also unique and have a lot of different games of different providers to enjoy.

I have loved playing Leovegas since I signed up which was a few years ago. They have the latest games and some good old ones too, the graphics and the promo bonuses are great too. Quick and fast withdrawal to credit card, max to wait is 2 working days and the li e chat team are always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to all.

I got scammed by leovegas! I had a deposit bonus 50% if i remember corectly and Wagering was 8 or 10 times. Anyhow i wagered yesterday over 5000€ and the bonus was there on green but i could not TaKe it for done reason. And that was Around 1:00-2:00 Finland time. In the morning i go to live chat and they tell me that 5 hours ago so in Finnish time 5:00-6:00 i have my self token the bonus off….. why would i TaKe myself off free 50€??? And if this happens at leovegas when IM level 50 and VIP. And nobody helps me. VIP does not even answer.. dont give me that 50€ back or would be nice to get done extra after this type of situation.. I am not going to play not even euro anymore on leovegas untill i you treat me like a good customer.

I like the games but I never get any big wins and when I do higher value bets I just have no luck and I have had only 1 good win over the last 3 years which was $2000 and I have probably put in 10x that

I'd highly recommend staying away from this site, put in only 40 dollars over the course of 2 days, won 80 bucks played it down to 50 then went to cash that out. I had to upload my drivers license, utility bill, a picture of my card that has my name on it. Now they want me to go to my bank and get a signed document that it's my card... To cash out $50... I'll just take my loss and never use this site again. Try wildz casino or any of their partners, never had any issues with them.

I have played this site and never had a problem until last week. I withdrew 1800.00 Canadian from them and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted them and they want documents and I sent them in and they were approved. Then that said wait two business days and I’ll get it. So I waited and still nothing. I contacted them again today and they want documents again. The same ones I just got approved 2 days ago. Now they aren’t good enough. How is it possible they were good enough two days ago and not today? To be honest this site has turned in to a joke. The last two weeks has been a run around. Not sure what’s going on with this site but I will not be playing this site again

Joined LeoVegas after a bad experience at skycity online casino. It was the best thing I could've done only thing I regret is I didn't do it sooner. Great selection of games, always multiple must be won jackpots and great offers. Most importantly, to me, LeoVegas treats your withdrawal request just as seriously and promptly as when you deposit. Highly recommend

Tried to withdraw for over a few weeks. They keep making excuses to ensure the money stays in the LeoVegas account. Uploaded all of the required documents. They approve them. When another withdrawal request is made after having those required documents uploaded, they ask for the same documents again. If it’s a small amount for withdrawal, you’ll be fine. But if you win a bigger amount, they’ll use the loopholes of their policies to ensure your money does not leave. I have filed a case with IGAMING ONTARIO to start a full investigation. Hopefully, they will be banned here. You’re welcome to all Ontarions if it happens!

They make you jump through hoops to try to withdrawal your winnings. I’ve been trying for a week to withdrawal and they always want more documents. If I ever get my withdrawal I won’t be playing on here again. So disappointed

I used to really enjoy playing on this site. I would play regularly. I would play slots and bet on sports. But one thing that annoyed me was that the very first time I had a big win on casino game. They decided that I was no longer eligible for any promotions whatsoever. So on leo Vegas, slotboss, betuk, pink casino. And also 21....all of the Leo Vegas sites suddenly I wasn't a valued customer any longer. Classic scum bookies. Take your money whilst you lose. I must have closed my account a few yrs ago nothing to do with the responsible gaming I just wasn't playing on this site much. I tried to reopen my account In early September and I have been waiting on a call from the responsible gaming team since then Any time I contact them they say they have a backlog and I'm in a queue waiting to be called. NEARLY 4 MONTHS which is a bit concerning imagine if you did have gaming concerns and wanted to discuss your account your looking at a minimum 16 week wait to speak to leos Safer gambling team. I will update when and if they finally contact me to let u no how long it took.

Was going fairly well until the app kicked me out during playWhen i logged straight back in it had played my bet without me viewing and funnily enough the bet had lost. Instead of an instant cancellation of the bet it plqyed in my absence. This is unacceptable and players should be protected by void bets if the app fails. This is unfair Betting. The host ignored my plea until i asked how to complain. He then stopped talking about star wars to direct me. In the live chat I was told high volumes mean , contact bookmakers........ I tried another chat after emailing them and was ignored and chat closed. Elly and sophie both failed to talk to me . Im assuming they work from home and had toast on. I would expect an email of apology and a good will gesture refund if the app cant effectively manage customer traffic. I wonder how many thousands of pounds disappear in , invisible bets for the same reason

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to withdraw over £100 of winnings. Firstly I tried to register a new bank card. I emailed to get details but got no reply. Finally I managed to contact the chat line who told me what to do. This involved putting more money into the account. I then tried to withdraw the money only to be told I had to verify the account. Trying many times I could not successfully photograph my card to upload it to the account. I have tried the chat line again - little help and emailed, no response. I don't believe Leo Vegas want people to win!! A truly appalling service. From the reviews I can see other people haven't been happy!

One of the few transparent Casino companies when it comes to bonus advertising and lingo in my opinion. I never felt like they were hiding wagering requirements on bonuses etc. it was all very clear. Fairly fast to pay out when you win, too.Excellent selection of slots from different providers also. Can't recommend enough.

Been using leovegas since 2019/20 Sports is good here 5/5 no problem with withdrawals or deposit. Really solid 5/5. Stay away from unibet it’s really trash compared to leovegas. Not much of a casino player so can’t give ya any reviews on that.

I have made several deposits and have nothing to show for it. My balance was over $100 once and they sucked it all back in rapid fashion. Their games have the worst RTP I have ever seen. I have never seen money go this fast on any other gaming site. I would recommend steering clear of this site. They also have the worst bonus offers which is why I always decline them. This site deserves a zero but I cant rate them that low.

As far as online casinos go LeoVegas takes your money only as fast as your able to give it. It's a great way to pass time and play games which have large jackpots. My account is fully verified i've been trying to make a withdrawel for a week. Its taken half a dozen live chats and a couple of emails for them to tell me there is a known banking issue and I will be wired my withdrawel in 15 days, so 3 weeks in total from my initial request. Those who use it will notice the message about there being a known issue with some banks has been there for 3 months. I'm guessing it takes longer than that to fix known issues. Unbelievably poor service and i will be leaving once I eventually receive the withdrawel I've already requested a dozen times

Where do I begin. Leovegas use to be my go too, to have a little flutter but it’s left a sour taste in my mouth over the last few days. They want proof of my previous expired bank card, which I haven’t got and cancelled on their site. I’ve sent numerous bank letters on headed bank paper, had it signed and stamped but no, that’s not enough.. I’ve spoken to 6 people on live Chat which haven’t been helpful, 3 emails sent and it’s the same written down crap they spout and after reading reviews on TRUSTPILOT, I know I’m not the First.. Great app but you have to know how to control your money and trying different games may help. Also, I have a mentor who has some experience with this app. I won 200$ by only investing 65$. I can pay some of my bills lol. The customer support team was there at all times. No issues there. Warning:You have to know when to stop and use your logical judgement. Working on it.

I was an active customer of Leovegas for nearly 3 years. They request documents several times a year. But this year they request 6 different old statements of an another account that I didn't deposit with and locked my account. As those statements are from last year, my bank has deleted them which it's a Maltese bank that Leovegas knows better than me. I provide Leovegas the screenshots of my conversation with the bank but they still insisted on this deleted and non-related statements with my account then didn't give me a choice to close my account. I was happy with using Leovegas but do not recommend them if you can't access every personal or bank documents even they are not related with your Leovegas account. I think the only answer they will give for this complaint is "this is the rule and we can't do anything feel free to contact again" like usual auto message which does not care the customer.

wish i would have looked at reviews here first. bad reviews for a reason and they are all correct. worse site by a country mile. rigged, bonus rounds never come up, dead spin after dead spin, no game play for your money whatsoever! lasted 2 days only. you dont mind loosing a bit if you get game play but here i swallows money like no tomorrow. absolutely shocking. thats another customer lost through pure greed!

I deposited today into my LeoVegas account because I saw a leaderboard promotion for sportsbetting. I placed many bets just to find out at the end of the day that I did not receive any points because I should have selected "yes" to receive promotional communications. This is a setting that I selected years ago when I created my account and I did not even know it existed. In no site this would affect your chance to participate in a promotion open to everybody.This was written in small and at the end of the page. I contacted support and I was sure they would have had a bit of common sense and give me those points but they said the will not do it. It is just the start of the leaderboard and I will not win any prize by getting those points but when you contact the support you just receive templates back. Really no common sense.

This is by far one of the best, if not the best casino out there. I've been playing for more than a year, and I can tell you that the RTP is real, it's just up to the players to know when to stop.Super fast withdrawal, literally less than 10 min if you are using a Visa.Beside that, there are vip levels. Most of the casinos have that, but with Leo you actually get something. For example, 2 weeks ago I've received a phone call and been offered a VIP Experience to the Manchester City match at home.Everything was covered by LeoVegas, and not only that. In 2022 best casinos have literally instant withdraws. From you it took days to get money out. And this was after my account was verified so it was only the approval process that took all the time.
