Diabolical site. Staff are pig ignorant! Cocky and rude and answer question with the same response word for word. Like your talking to a computer. Take £630 in deposits then not willing to pay out the £500 winnings. Asking for proof of everything. Cards from previous years. Please no one reply to this saying we following the highest levels of security, it’s nonsense. The only card you should need to see is the card which was recently used for deposits. Your scam artists and ignorant ones at that!

Still waiting for my own deposit money that I deposited communication is very bad I have been waiting over a week still no communication avoid this company it really isn’t worth the stress! They had my other review remove so I had to do it again they have time to do that but not deal with customers. Avoid.

As with most of the reviews had difficulty withdrawing my winnings but did eventually get them, by emailing and asking exactly how they wanted my card details as kept declining all the images I had sent, I have now deleted account will never use again.

This site is a 100% scam site! played 15 of there slots and won at most 50.00. Do not play on this scam site! I have contacted FBI in regards to this fraudulent, scam of a site. They will probably follow up with a comment in regards that there site goes rigorous testing and more testing. All the same responses but yet they dont realize that we notice the scams.

I have started paying on Wednesday. I have lost 150 pounds and I have withdrawn 50 pounds. I have used to deposit my partner bank card. On that evening I was requested to send bank statement to be verified. I have sent her bank statement, second morning document got approved. Today, Friday, I have gambled another 300 pounds and I made a withdrawal of 250 pounds so in total I deposited 450 and I have pending withdrawals of 300 pounds. They asked me today to verify my identity which I did. After they requested third party document which I have sent. They approved this document as well and after they locked my account. I contacted customer service and they said that my account has been locked by Safer gambling and I will receive an email sometime in the future with next steps. I have asked ok if this is a breach...I can understand...but why haven't you blocked my account since 2 days ago when I sent the bank statement and you approved it and you have let me gamble today another 300 pounds from the same account. Deposit after deposit, would be nice to have some fun, but nah, this site is Cancer, you can't get any bonus unless you buy it. :) Bonus buys on 100, 200€ i get 5, 10€.. 50 on lucky days ?? so i will park this s*it, hope y'all have fun with them. But remember the word. CANCER. The support is s*it, slow, and none help to get. They took 100€ from my bank account and the money was send back for 3 months ago, never got'em back.

I deposited £50 using husbands card as mine wouldn’t work. I won £900 and went to withdraw it but they blocked my account despite me being told by support that it wasnt a problem. They even sent me an email asking for “third party identification” every time I contact support they say “you’re not welcome”

Let me deposit through Apple Pay but then told me wasn’t able to use same method to withdraw. Held on messenger for long periods then chat dropped and had to wait again. Verification of account wanted an online statement and rejected as full name wasn’t on the statement. Currently still unable to withdraw funds.

Most awful gambling site I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. They will take a deposit from your debit card and 4 days later refuse a withdrawal to the same card unless I send a photo showing all digits AND CVV number!! Also require a letter from the bank to acknowledge that I am the account holder! This should ve investigated by the ombudsman very poor practices deliberately set up to stop customers withdrawing funds they have won. AVOID AT ALL COSTS plenty of other sites to join

Happy to take your money, want to delay withdrawals for as long as possible. Asking for proof of old deposit methods which haven't been used for months and are in no way relevant to anything at this time. I have been playing Leovegas for some months now on Ontario site. Things were going well and I have actually won some money. Recently my winning and/or the way I play have triggered an Audit. It is described as an audit to deter money laundering from what I understand. I understand this but my issue now comes that they are not communicating with me. I have 18K on the account to withdraw or use and the ONLINE people don't give me any real answer. I ask if there is another department and they do not help me. I just want to know the length of time this is going to take and if an Audit affects my credit rating or what?

I've just closed my account today. Played this site for approx 18 months without any luck or success. I play on quite a few sites and play the same "go to" slots on them. I've found that even though the RTP is the same across all platforms the return seems extremely low when it comes to playing on this site, either that or it's just pure "bad luck". Either way it's Leovegas I've lost the most on over the 18 months by a considerable margin! I'll no longer be playing on your site.

They make it absolutely impossible for you to withdraw your money, despite depositing with my new card with no problems at all they are not allowing me to withdraw on this card stating I need 2 verify my old card which I no longer have hence using the new card.. I imagine with the cost of living crisis they are holding onto everyone’s funds in any means they can. I have never had this problem with any other sites & I have used a lot of them. Not a great slots site compared to others. Win percentage is much lower, no bonuses atall. At least with the Sky, Bet 365 the bonuses roll in now and again even if you don't win much it keeps the game more fun. Not a great experience, boring

Do not use this site, I must of used about 10 different cards on this site what are old and new so recently they what me to take a picture of all 10 cards to prove that the cards are mine. There is always issues with my withdrawls. Ive sent my documents numerous times and they always manage to decline it which makes no sense. I spend thousands and they do this on purpose so you lose your money in the meantime and thats why keep doing that. I want my money but they create issues and that is not RIGHT. Awful live chat staff , requesting a bank statement for verification in a specific format that NatWest themselves do not provide ! effectively withholding funds and offering no way to resolve this despite proving ID, proof of address and a picture of my card twice !Do not waste your money with these frauds, currently going via IBAS.They also break UKGC rules.

Then I went on live chat and I was asked questions about my account and was told they couldn't find my account and just cut me off. I sent an email after and they never got back to me. I've played on many different sites and I'm almost certain that LeoVegas is scamming customers. Losing ridiculous blackjack hands over and over that you shouldn't be losing, dealer getting 4 blackjacks in a row, constant 21's when dealer has 16/15/14 when upping bet sizing. I am reporting them to the gambling commission and requesting they investigate this site. I completly understand that long term you will lose playing casino games but the level of wins is terrible. They will allow you to win in the begignning when you first start playing and as soon as you start playing higher stakes they will rigg the cards. If you are considering gambling online please go with another site. Hopefully I can save at least one person from this disgraceful company.
