Really not happy with my recent play at LeoVegas , was playing on a game monopoly live and everything going ok and when placed at bet the site randomly logs me out of the game and removedMy bet (this was also on a bonus round ) only time it happened funny enough when I was going to win something customer service at evolution said they found irregularities and forward a case to Leo Vegas customer service ,but they not much help just said they rejected the bet seems unfair to me ,this also isn’t the first time.

Used to be good and reliable customer service and good bonuses. Now these features have been removed.. when making withdrawal they ask several documents including old credit cards. Of course purpose of this is keep gambler on table. They use to have instant transactions both ways. Vip services wrecked and customer service gives vague bs answers off point, propably AI all the way. Also Leo exclusive games are hard to win.. propably greed destroyed this casino.

4-5 levels of verification, which was annoying but fine. Provided. No problem. Payouts limit was higher, now they are down to 4K in single withdrawal. Fine. But all of a sudden they decided to review my account. No deposits allowed. I am like, OK. Review whatever but may I ask why and what are you reviewing? The customer service rep says that I will be contacted. Then a few days later, nonresponse from the related department, I contacted them again, same story. You know the answer. The review is still ongoing and the related department will contact me once their review is over. In my opinion, this was because I played high bets on a few slots which is available to all customers and I took and bet. Sometimes I won, sometimes I lost like every player. If you are not happy with players taking larger bets,then do not offer them in the first place.simple. if you offer it, then honor it and don’t give your valued customers hard time by denying service. Well Leo was one of my favourite sites I have been enjoying playing here for over 2 years never had an issue up untill now and my god they have created issues for no reasonThey asked for documents fine not an issue standard procedure . happily sent my current card details that i have been using on this site for over a year this was accepted but some reason they have still limited my account. Spoke to a member called Christina who said we need to see the other card I explained that the other card is my old one that expired back in july 2023 and i no longer have it ,and the one i currenlty use is the replacement from the same bank account .This wasn’t good enough and said we still need proof of that card . I told them that is impossible and i feel this is totally unreasonable to ask for a card that is obsolete just to play on this site. Why are they now asking when I have been playing on the site with the new card for over a year with no issue.They are saying they will not approve my documents unless I can provide the card I had from 2023. I’m not against given documents but to go back to 2023 with a cut up expired card is a big ask don’t you think ? This seems to defy any reason, logic or common sense I have raised a complaint due to how this has been dealt with and have been told that i have to wait for an email going forward.

Honestly used to love this site, but i withdrew 2 amounts on friday, got email for one, it showed as approved and also was in my account straight away like it ALWAYS does. Went into chat as my games was not loading, was told needed verify my documents again i said close my account(they did), no security was asked but oh send me a link in chat so could upload my documents and i could use this link see my name etc in any browser/android/ios, so this is a DPA breach. customer support is so bad, asked few times in chat raise complaint and ignored, saying someone be in touch tomorow. i wouldnt recomend this site anyone, stick to the bigger companies. someone did get back me and sent me an email with address for complaints team, they can take complaints in chat states this in there site. Chat time are so bad a nour wait 🙁
