Update , I previously wrote a good review, they were excellent for a couple of weeks , no problems, win some lose some , thats the nature of slots however I can categorically confirm they have now completely taken the fun out of playing by FIXING ALL their slots , its obvious because the screen jerks when playing, what was a good experience that was fun & fair has gone down hill , I closed my account, much better online sites out there that give you a longer gaming experience with bonus features rather than 100 % fix the slots

After playing for years on LeoVegas I would not personally recommend this playing platform for anyone else. After winning big 100k pounds I tried to make a cash out and the money was shown as pending for days. I had a fully verified account and had made more than 1 cash out in the past . So I end it up loosing all and they called me asking how I'm feeling . After months I received another call from the relevant department and I told the story about my huge win and how LeoVegas was on purpose taking their time (no calls, no emails, nothing) so what happened next they put limit on my account 20£ a day and I was not able to change it. There is no place for winning players only for loosers.

This casino was a bit better back in the days but nowadays they are nothing more but thieves.

A few months ago the system kept logging me out after had won big. Now today they are asking to see a picture of the customers bank card and they want to see the name, and the card number (first 6, and last 4 digits). Unfortunately my bank doesn't provide bank cards with names on it so I went onto my online banking and I was able to obtain a document that clearly shows my name, address, phone number, accounts numbers that the card is linked to, the bank card number, bank logo, bank address, representative name and email address, etc. The document even has a my signature but the bank representatives is e-signed but the PDF has all these built in safety/security certificates to prove that the document is legit.

Well, when I tried uploading the document LeoVegas online uploading kept saying "Connection Issues", so I decided to email the document to customer service. Again, customer service admitted that my card was already verified and they wanted a picture of my bank card and they wanted to see me name. I had already explained that in the first email that my bank doesn't provide that and I had also attached the bank card document in the first email. Customer service just kept acting dumb.

IF YOU ARE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUE PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MALTA GAMING AUTHORITY!!!!!

Also, if you decide to close your account and select the reason "Unhappy at having to provide identification documents", what the happens then is that LeoVegas site will pop a screen saying something that the player is being "Irresponsible". SHAME ON YOU LEOVEGAS! SHAME ON YOU FOR EVEN TAKING FUNDS OUT OF A "NON-VERIFIED" CARD!

What LeoVegas also does if you win is that they'll log you out when you try playing.

On 19/09 I made a withdrawal of 1500 euros via paypal that never arrived, leovegas asked me for proof of the paypal account statement I provided (proof sent directly from paypal) I sent these documents, but they refused to give me proof that they had made the transaction, after days and days they provided me with a transaction id, for days I sent messages to Paypal, until an operator from Dublin called me and told me that the transaction id is absolutely impossible to be that one as the paypal transaction ids are alphanumeric and nothing resulted. I contact the leovegas service which tells me that the documents have been uploaded correctly and that they are waiting for a response from the financial department, after two days I contact again and they tell me that everything is fine and I will receive an email when the withdrawal is sent. Last night I received an email asking me to upload the paypal documents in my personal area, I contact customer service and a certain Dorotea tells me that I have not uploaded the documents (after 3 operators had told me that everything was fine) I explained to her what happened but she continued to reiterate that the documents had not been uploaded, rented the new paypal report (bank statement) and proof of legibility on the account and now I wait again. I am definitely disgusted by the modus operandi of this casino, I will wait and then give the evidence to the lawyer, since I have all the screens. Versusly absurd. The italian leovegas assistance is very bad!!!!!!!!

This site is horrible, the amount of money I deposited and literally no return. If you want fair honest and somewhat fun with rewards I wouldn't play here. So I've played Leo Vegas for over a year. Lost here and there. Not sure exact amount, but won very little. No restrictions or Loss Limits set per Leo Vegas Team..

I continued to play and won $240,000.00 playing Blackjack. Yes, they paid me out. But they also put a $1000.00 wager loss limit per month on account. Up until this point I truly enjoyed the casino. But now with the restrictions set in place, I give Leo Vegas a negative review. Yes, they will pay you out if you've won.. But just know you'll be done after getting paid out. They like losers, not winners. If I kept losing, no wager loss limit would have been set by them. They would have just continued to watch me lose and laugh.

I am writing this because I am 61 years of age and LeoVegas had locked my account because it was a "worry" I asked if the withdrawal limit can be increased on a one time basis. I was on this website for less than 8 days and won over $8k from $300. They refuse to give me my money and tell me to wait on "The Responsible Gaming" departments response.

Do not deposit money on this site if you do not intend to gamble it all away. It is impossible to withdraw funds! Every time I submit the required documents to withdraw funds they are rejected for various different reasons. I have had to verify my identity on a number of different sites in the past, and while it can be a somewhat lengthy process, I have never had too much trouble until LeoVegas. I, like most people, have now accepted that I will not be getting my money back. As far as I can gather LeoVegas must count on this.

One of my deposits went missing. While they initially acknowledged THEIR mistake. They have made me spend weeks going back and forth with support. Still after following their every direction I am yet to see my money returned or available for use on their website. I believe they are incompetent or intentionally wasting my time.

Beyond this terrible customer service I found their website buggy and have had a better experience with many other providers.

There's lots of other reputable sites out there. Use them. Stay away from this one. It's like everyone has said, withdrawals are meant to be difficult so you just give up. To be fair all casino have some sort of hoop, like a 24 hour waiting period, but LeoVegas takes that to 10 other levels.

They claim is has to to with government regulations, and that is partly true… except they will make you jump hoop after hoop to satisfy their "verification process". One other casino asked me for verification on my first withdrawal… a picture of my drivers driver's license and screenshot of bank account was sufficient. Not for Old Leo… they'll keep asking for more proof till your 7 days runs out and your withdrawal is canceled.

Also, this is entirely anecdotal, but it seems their RTP % is bullsh*t. I play the exact same games on other casinos, and seem to win significantly more often at the other places. I've played Money Train on here, at 60 cent to $1 spins, and drained away hundreds of dollars without anything more than a minor win. Ive spun the Money Train slot approximately 2000 times, with zero bonus rounds and exactly 7 payoffs that were over 2X my bet. That is the tightest slot I've ever seen in almost 15 years of online gambling.

I’ve only had a good experience with Leo Vegas. Mainly use it for sports betting but have had a couple of wins on slots. No issues at all with deposits for me (used PayPal) and when I made a withdrawal it was in my PayPal account within 2 hours. I’ve never experienced such a fast payout with other providers. The site is simple to use, lots of choice on slots games and it’s really easy to switch over to the sports betting. So far I can’t fault LeoVegas!

For starters th he last two deposits I've made have taken a long time to reach my account. Customer support at Leo Vegas say its Gigadat, now I'm not so sure. The reason being that while we're waiting for our deposits, someone i know who also plays on the site has been waiting for 48 hours now and I'm sitting at 23, our bonus offers disappear. They are timed by a wagering percentage and when you get to 100% that's the only time you get your bonus money. I was at 87% when I made my deposit. The money I deposited would have gotten me the bonus money in the time frame allotted.

When I made my deposit i had six hours to fulfill the wagering requirements. Lol seriously, 23 hours later and I'm still waiting for my deposit. Customer service offers no explanations or conciliatory gestures such as free money to play with, customers are left holding the bag while Gigadat collects interest on our deposits and Leo Vegas writes off thouands of dollars in our bonus cash!!

Please don't play on this sites. Take the reviews seriously. As soon as I get my deposit back, I'm withdrawing it and when's its nestled safely back in my bank I'm closing my account permanently!
