BEWARE of LEO VEGAS.com. This online casino totally stole the winnings I should've recieved, the money I put into my online account from my bank account and leo Vegas also stole money after they kept just dipping into my bank account under different names. my bank was helpful In getting some of it back. but I lost alot more. they're lying scumbag thieves they will rip you off then lock you out of your account. basically could only do endless emails probably programmed because I never got honest answers or any that could make sense. I hope everyone stays away from the low life douche bags. I seen most of the reviews are bad and wish I would've checked it out first. the only one or two reviews that were ok was because they either work for leo Vegas are get payed to do them

Worst casino ever in a matter of whithdraw!!!! Play to any another and you will have your money next day .. on this one they will find all kind of motives to keep your money in hold . Even If I had whithdraws before now they ask again card and bank statement , they will stay till 24 hours passing and ask for , after they will keep you 48 hours to verify papers and after they will tell you is 3 days bank transfer when everyone is making in 10 minutes to maximum 24 hours . You been warned , stay away from them and let them go bust !!!

Leovegas was a great site when I first started using it 2 years back!! I've deposited and withdrawn no problem. then I didnt use the site for a few months. came back to the site deposited a handful of times then withdrew my winnings. now they refuse to give me my winnings until I verify my account. yet no ID I send is good enough. I sent driving license, I've sent letters, screen shots of paypal. they just keep saying it's not good enough. I've sent again some more ID today so let's see it this works, I will be avoiding this site in future.

yes its true based on your vip level….

They also manipulate the payout % of slots.
on sports they avoid many high scoring games,also when a game is turning ^hot^

it’s a complete scam, I don’t recommend this casino to anyone. i used to make a deposit for a long time and everything was fine. now they have locked my account and are asking for any proof that I used my card. i send them various proofs all week and nothing suits them, i can't withdraw my winnings. it is a complete waste of time and nerve damage. I do not recommend!

Honestly the best looking website out there but the biggest scam on earth, lost tons of money with them which is not a problem at all, after that i won some money and they closed my account for security reasons with money still in it. They wont answer my e-mails or calls i hope they caught by the gambling commission this is one of the biggest scams that happened to me ever, dont even consider signing up if you read this your money will be stolen without a doubt.

In regard to all the negative reviews for Leo Vegas… Think, before you take these at face value like a moron.
It seems that almost every negative comment is due to misunderstandings and confusion, then jumping to a conclusion in the heat of the moment before the issue is resolved, which I am 100% certain eventually it will have been.
I have been playing at Leo Vegas for a while now and personally, I cannot fault them.
Their customer service team is the best I've come across, always friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Whenever I have had a minor issue, I've contacted live chat & every single time the problem has been resolved.
I have never encountered anything even slightly shady or dishonest in my dealings with them. I have deposit tens of thousands of dollars with them over my time with them and withdrawn even more and have never had the slightest problem with any of my transactions. They process my withdrawals faster than any of the other casinos I've tried.
They have very generous bonuses and loyalty rewards, again incomparable to any other casino.
I cannot fault them in any way & rate them 10/10.
In my opinion, they honestly don't deserve the negative feedback people give them.
Remember, people generally only bother to review something if they have a gripe about it. If everyone who has had a positive experience left a review for Leo Vegas, I'm quite sure that the positives would outweigh the negatives 10-1.

I'm writing this on my brothers behalf.
My brother opened up Leovegas account at Christmas time and made a deposit via my paypal account.
Realising this was not allowed he stopped using the PayPal and only used his bank card.
All the account was verified and ok.
This week was asked for verifaction again which he provided and there was 200 in his account.
They closed his account and will no resolve anything …
An honest mistake was made by using 3rf party paypal but this was back in january when he realised he shouldn't use paypal he stopped.
Since then all deposits and withdraws were made via debit card.
The account is now closed and they said he breached the terms and conditions of using 3rf party paypal.
He has not used this method for 6 months!!!!!
Please be aware that the casino are not fair and can switch u off at any time.
If anyone has any advise on taking this further please get in touch

This site really uses the RTP scam to its utmost with lots of half stake returns.I wont call them wins because if you only get half your stake back? Then you have LOST half your stake. If any casino uses an RTP that counts half stake (or less) returns. Then it is scamming its customers!

Just horrific….won £3,201 with them and logged on to withdraw my cash only to have my account locked (this is after I have already verified by ID and made 4 withdrawals for amounts around £500 which have hit my bank).

They asked for 3 months bank statements to assess my source of income, I had to pay for these out of my own pocket but did so and submitted these to them, was told 1 working day to review them maximum 5 if they are busy. 2 weeks later and 10 visits to live chat and I'm still nowhere nearer. Just keep getting fobbed off by live chat saying there's no update but i'll be emailed when there is. Total lies and the biggest scam going, I won't be leaving this alone. Once I have my money i'll really make this company pay I don't care how much it costs me in legal fees.

I was using Leovegas until today. Found out that they were using my debit card to make purchases to other companies that were linked to LeoVegas since April 2020. They have scammed my account out of $800 and I want my money back. As soon as I made a deposit to Leovegas via the card, another purchase was made immediately to the card from a linked company. They are a fraud and I will be taking the necessary legal action to make sure that others are not treated like this. I was customer for 4 years until today.

I genuinely thought LeoVegas.com was a reputable site until i tried to withdraw winnings. I played about £600 and won £1100 so click withdraw funds to same payment method. The funds did not transfer and they have blocked my account. They say the funds are in ny Leovegas.com account, but wont let me access them now and have blocked me from their website. It's been 5 days and I've repeatedly emailed them and chatted via live chat many times, but they won't let me access my account.
It's so stressful and frustrating dealing with them. You can deposit money instantly to leovegas.com, but you may never be able to withdraw. You have been warned!

This casino is a poor joke. They never give out bonuses back to customers. After my 1st few deposits I got a 10$ credit (ok that's decent). Since that bonus I must have made over 50 deposits over the course of a few months and each time I would ask for a bonus I would get the same garbage answer, sorry we don't have we can give to you, the bonus department doesn't have anything at this time. Over and over again no matter how loyal and how often you spend or play at this site you will never get anything back. Besides the never getting a freebie there are also never any good match bonuses for your deposits, never any bonuses for the casino part of the site, always just sports bets you'll get bonus notifications for. When i say this is something which i cannot share. Then they said to upload passport also. Then they said Scanned copy won’t work, send us physical photographs. I have screenshots also. Lucky to get one star, no problems for a while, had some good wins but mainly losses for a year or so (no complaints) verified my account once or twice but otherwise fine, 5 weeks ago I made I withdrawal £2441 and they locked my account asking for proof of funding? Again not a problem, sent documents as requested same day, 5 weeks later and god knows how many chats and emails and they say there is no timeframe on when this 2 min check will be done, chats have promised replies and nothing!!! Also promised it will be done in a day lol 😂 disgusting treatment, blaming Covid-19 bust that doesn’t wash with me I’m afraid, don’t ask for the documents and hold peoples money if you cannot or don’t have the resources to do the admin.

Similar experience with other people. I made few deposits ,I lost .Once I made a win 4000 GBP .When I tried to withdraw hell gates opened .Account was blocked,more documents were asked (did not get anything while I was losing) .I sent all but after 30 or so emails and 14 chats with customer service I gave up …Of course it is blamed on COVID and other nonsense.Not true .I sent the case to IBAS,City of Westminster Trading (actually surprisingly good) and to some lawyers .Not a question of money but this will perpetuate and a lot of other people will suffer I am sure .Let's see how it goes ,but if you think to join and play do not do it !

I have had a great experience with Leo Casino. They strive for the mobile format and yet have a fast and easy platform in both formats, mobile and desktop. Lots of choice and option and loads and page searches are fast, efficient and simple to use.

I am however waiting for verifying to complete, I was disappointed that the first customer support person i spoke to their live chat did not mention I had to complete the verification process and that could of saved a lot of time. Im hoping the rest of the process and my withdrawal wont be much longer.

A great range of options, but do lack in engaging promotions and don't offer comp points but deposits are super quick and easy.
