Guys don't ever play on leovegas.com They are bunch of crooks who are there to suck up our hard earned money. Today only I registered as mentioned on the website that new logon will get a bonus point. But I didn't get any. I deposited 1000 INR. it was mentioned that I will get 500 Rs. as a logon bonus. But nothing! I even had live chat with helpline. But in vain. I asked them how to play the game but they didn't help me. I tried myself. I tried sloth machine game. And within 2 to 5 clicks, within seconds my 1000 rupees is gone! LEOVEGAS.COM SHOULD BE BANNED! THEY ARE BUNCH OF CROOKS AND THIEVES WHO ARE THERE TO LITERALLY SUCK OUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I never had a this kind of bad customer service and unusual procedures with any betting companies!!! They have variety of slots and games even returns are not bad as well when we compare with other companies!!! But the company rules , making hardship to withdrawal money specially after winning it’s totally different from other companies !!! I never had a problem to withdraw the money after winning with others ! this is the only betting agencies collect my all documents including my salary slips after winning the money to withdraw even less than two thousand pounds ! They never asked anything Untill I keep on losing big amounts they never asked any questions last two years ! Finally after I won £1600 they blocked my account And stop my withdrawal! I asked what is the reason to stopping my withdrawal they said they need proof of income detail ! First they asked my card detail the money I deposit I sent it straight away it’s a simple thing because I am using that account last to years this account and card only for my entertainment pourers and shopping! After that they asked my bank statements for last 3 months I sent it as well ! Again they asked my 3 moths my salary slips I sent it as well Again they asked the bank account where my salary comes I have that as well they said they need that bank accounts 3 months statements as well ! No decisions or call back services I asked them why you are asking these all my personal details because my salary and my main bank account details I used for only specific things like mortgage and salaries like that they said Untill they check my income they cannot release my money ! After I written an email I asked them “every time you are asking one by one new different things and why don’t you call me and ask all details once? “ But they never called at least once every time when I called the automated call system saying to use live chat when I use chat service they are saying they can’t do anything it’s related with documentation and liaison team I have to communicate through emails ! But when I send emails and asking to call back ! No call back yet anyone they said by email I need to prove my income . I sent all my salary sheets ( from two companies) and my bank accounts! ( three bank accounts) The biggest joke is when I lose money they never ask my income or never stop to lose money only when I try to withdraw a small amount of money they are asking all my sensitive information! Anyway after I send my main bank detail they had a look it and said they’re was another company paying a salary to you can we have that pay slips it is too much ... I said to them it’s my part time job they said Untill I provide they don’t release my money and verify my documents after that I send that company 3 month pay slips ...., So far almost one month no reply or decision about my case they are holding my money and block my account the only reason they said they want to check my income ? After winning my money not when I lose In my experience This is the very first time I heard from the betting companies asking proof of income like a mortgage company when I trying to withdraw money !!! *One month no decision *No telephone call same time we can’t call them directly *Chat service ignore to get a reply from other Departments * through chat service you can’t get a updates about the service * only email service but no reply * only they asked proof of income when you try to withdraw * if they can’t reply or contact they will block your account * so far no apologies for delay or inconvenience I am trying to take legal action through my solicitor I hope LeoVegas customers may learn some thing from this review what’s going on ... so after watching many streamers and youtubers playing leovegas and constantly winning big pretty much every time i thought id give it a go, over 600 quid on and matched the same bets as these streamers out of interest to see what the reality is. well get exactly same bonus's they got and you guessed it not even 10% of the reward as the streamers, this was tried over a few games... some thing differently not right with leovegas. all the streamers openly promote this site when i got back around 550 hours and hours of playing put into withdraw yet hours later still allows to cancel the withdraw .... a dirty trick used by casinos as many will cancel the withdraw and they know it. site needs to be investigated as some thing is really wrong.

I have been trying to withdraw money from my LeoVegas account now since March 22, 2020 and it is March 27, 2020. I have had nothing but a whole lot of super friendly, patient and indeed kind Customer Service Agents trying to help me with resolving the issues I have been experiencing but they have not been able to do anything other than tell me that 'someone' from this team or that team will have to get back to me 'as soon as possible' to assist me withdrawing the funds. It's funny though because I was able to use my online banking to deposit money to the acct with them but they have so far been unsuccessful in assisting me to have the money withdrawn and put back onto the same bank account?!? I have provided them with all of the verifying information they have requested of me and in the meantime I have also spent over 15 hours with various agents on live chats trying to resolve this unsuccessfully. I have been told that someone in the payment team would need to get back to me, someone from the Tech Team, and then again someone from the payment team, yet nobody has gotten back to me. I have been told that its because I need to clear the cache and the cookies, when I had already done that and the list really goes on and on and on. At the end of the day, I have been kind, have been patient and have been understanding but there is NO WAY that it should take this long. I was even told by an agent today that it would be much faster if they could just send me a 'wire transfer' and then told me that i would need to get a form from my bank that would allow that to happen ASAP. the funny thing is that when I went to the bank they literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD at me and told me that they believe it is a scam and that in sending the information that I had already sent them initially to 'verify my account details'.. I had provided them with enough information to cause an incredible nightmare for myself and my personal credit rating... If anyone has any sort of suggestions on how i can resolve this matter as soon as possible it would be great to learn more about that. Thank you kindly,

I recently reopened my account with Leo Vegas as I couldn't remember why I closed it in the first place. However, after using it again for slots, the reason became very apparent very quickly. Returns on slots are incredibly poor. You can easily play 50 spins with no win. I absolutely understand it's down to luck but to lose on EVERY spin? Mmmm, looks like it's getting closed down again!

My husband played and won €127 000 euro on Friday. He was told that his money would be transfered on saturday. He sent all documentation he was asked and then they did not do anything. Same on Sunday they went through all details and again nothing happened. Today, Monday he recieved an email around 10am and the person he talked with cobfirmed that all checks were done and asked for his account number. He gave it up and was told that his winning will be transfered today!!! He waited until 2pm and asked how long he should be waiting to be contacted again. So he was told that he wont be contacted anymore today and he should try to get in touch with LeoVegas another day this week as they cant do the transaction and will check more things. Three days and just promisses and then full stop. No answer from livechat, no answer from the person who sent the emails noanswer from the support line. Obviously their telefon is «currently unavailable» for the whole day and live chat is unavailable now too. Is it really happening? What is this???

I did a review on this LeoVegas before about the bonus. They replied with ....... With regards to our bonus program, we have a promotions team who regularly send out offers to our customers, free spins and bonuses via sms and email. We also have the Promotions page of the website too which is open for all customers to use. We are always updating this so please take a look when you have a moment. This is not true. They do not send anything apart from the same one that they have every week which is offered to everyone. my partners has a account and his vip is very low and receive the same one. I am always on the site and don’t receive anything. I check everyday. I only get a Bonus when I go online to live support and ask them for one. Also I sometime just test to see if they would give something if if I don’t put anything but never receive anything and only when I put money in and ask for a bonus I would receive one. I told live support about it and they told me that’s not true. then how come I never get anything unless I put money in? My account was locked out and they said they were concerned because I said I wasted lots of money leveling my vip level. If they read properly they would of seen that I said that I should be taking my money leveling at another casino where they actually give free bonus and not waste my money leveling with the LeoVegas loyalty programme when they said to me at level 43 I would not receive anything. Why would I want to keep spending my money at your casino when there are way better loyalty programmes offered at other casinos. But in previous message they also said you will get higher bonus from the loyalty department, the higher level I am. I go on a lot and ask for free bonus and one of the support went on to say can you not Afford to lose because you alway asking for bonuses. I ask for bonus because you never send any and I am on there a lot nearly every day, still not receiving any unless go and ask them For it. Who doesn’t like to spend free money or spins before using their own money? I have proof of what they said in chat transcripts. I am not making this up, I can screenshot the chat transcript. Don’t sign up with LeoVegas, they give you nothing in the loyalty programme. They lock your account for with no evidence to back up their claims and not tell you the reason till they have already done it. Log you out in middle of conversations or end chat on you cause they don’t want to deal with you anymore. Forgot to mention i was waiting for one of my chat transcript because I couldn’t get it cause they logged me out. Speaking to one of the support i was told “I’m surely to get it today” but did not receive it. I went to live support and was told it could take 30 days to receive it. So one persons tells me I would get it that day and then another tells me 30, really poor customer support people and they can’t help and tell they you to email the department instead, they waste your time and cant solve any problems.

Horrible casino, I was told at level 43 you don’t get any bonus. They don’t send bonus unless you beg them for it. They locked me out of my account without telling me. I was in chat talking to them and was logged out twice and when I came back, I was locked out by them. They didn’t tell me they are going to do so. When I contacted them again, they said they emailed me straight away saying I was locked out which is a lie and I have time stamp when I received email and when chat ended. I asked for all my chat transcripts from that day which they said they will send me. Still did not receive anything. When I went back to try get the transcript again , the support were not helpful even went on to say that I was locked out because Apparently I claimed I lost so much which was not true, they made up stories. I have the actual screenshots on my phone of the conversation and I never once stated I was losing to much money. I even asked them to show me where I stated I lost so much and she just said unfortunately she can’t help and need to go talk to another Department. Also they can’t even spell my name right and kept calling me sir when I’m a woman. Guess they don’t know how to read or spell.

Social Responsibility with regards to depositing funds They have this system were you don't have to put your cvv number in to deposit funds. On every game you load, a tab follows and persistently suggests 3 separate amounts to deposit and all you do is click on the amount. No deposit card cvv number is required. This is a gateway to gambling harm because if the site is left open when you leave the room, anybody, especially the very young can deposit funds by simply clicking on one of the suggested amounts and start playing. This has happened to me with my Grandson who kept clicking on the suggested amounts and then started continually playing on these slots, depositing these 3 figure amounts suggested by Leovegas 14 times not realising that this was real money he was playing with. Surely there should have been some sort of intervention by Leovegas at that point, what with these multiple deposits being made in such a short period time. I have contacted Nicola in complaints but all I got was a cut and paste out of their terms and conditions referring to the fact that I am responsible for my account. This could never have happened if like other sites, you need to put your cvv number in every time you deposit. After over nearly two weeks I am still awaiting for some sort of resolution to my problem and have just been on to their customer chat right now and find that I am 34th in the queue this is why I am writing this review, as nobody at Leovegas wants to know. When I complained about this very harmful and dangerous depositing system they have, they went and locked my account. I don't know how many stars to give them as they don't seem to want to know, so I cannot judge their response, But with regards to their persistently harassing depositing system, only one star I'm afraid.

Hey guys..recently i found out about leovegas and like everybody i was hesitant whether it’s a real deal or not so to check out I deposited 1000 rs. but did not gambled. I got cold feet and tried to withdraw without playing. I didn’t understood why the money kept coming back to my leovegas account but then i found out i was withdrawing via Astro card method & the money went to my astro wallet (you need to create astro account if you withdraw through Astro method) & from there i could transfer back to my account with 3% transaction fee which is not a big deal. But before you withdraw any amount that you have won or your own deposited money you have to verify your account & identity. The name on the bank account & leovegas has to be same. I shared my passport, a utility bill & bank statement and i was good to go. If u need any help at any point just use live chat feature it’s amazing i have to say. They are so polite, friendly & give you the best instructions possible. So i deposited money again played for a while & won a little money & i withdrew again without any problems. I promise you the site is legit. It’s my own experience. From seeing reviews here i can see people are not happy but I don’t know why. No one likes loosing their money but it happens sometimes. Here is an email I sent to them tonight. I will update everyone on their response tomorrow if they get back to me. That being said I'm pretty sure its part of their business plan to defraud customers. I have spoken to some others from casinomeister who have had their funds stolen by this company and discussing a possible class action lawsuit. This may sound crazy but my friend and I have set up an appointment with a friend of ours who is a lawyer on Monday next week and he deals with this type of fraud all the time. We need to put a stop to these fraudulent online casinos. These guys are thieves and who knows, maybe we can shut them down so others don't have to deal with what we have. I usually play elsewhere but figured I'd try this site. Huge mistake! Anyways here is what I sent them "You guys have stolen my money. Fed me false information which I have a full records of. Told me Sunday, Monday, Tuesday that I would have the wire transfer completed the following day. You took deposits from my bank only to tell me after when making a withdrawal that my bank doesn't accept funds from your company. I have contacted this email address many times never getting a straight answer, 24 hour support who have no authority to do anything, asked to speak with a manager that was declined. You have wasted at least 20-25 hours of my time and it is effecting my work and have lost significant accounts due to your negligence. I am posting a reply below from trustpilot where almost every review of your site is you defrauding customers. As well I have put a comment below from your rep who responds to these reviews where he responds to a complaint and says withdrawals are reviewed within a few hours. Tried depositing a little amount of money. I deposited 2000INR this morning, then i received fifteen messages from my bank that 30k INR has been debited from my account and is left with 2785 INR. It's 9th of February. Early in the month. How am i supposed to spend the rest of my month with that little amount? My month is ruined. I have a family to feed. It left me with tears. I read news about this casino and though it might be worth giving a try. And what happened was unexpected. Idk how good/bad is this casino, but luck doesn't seems like smiled on me. There must've been a bug or issue that caused fourteen extra transactions. If possible, please try to refund the rest 14 x 2k INR. I have to spend the rest of this month. I joined LeoVegas a few weeks ago and can honestly say I have experienced zero problems. I can’t believe how many issues others have had. I’m in the UK and since joining I’m actually significantly up overall on what I have deposited and really enjoy playing. The withdrawal process is so fast sometimes with large withdrawals being in my account the following day which I’ve never had with other sites. I felt the need to share this after reading all the negative reviews as it doesn’t happen to everyone and I’m really enjoying the site. Sorry to hear others are experiencing so many issues.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would've. I like the actual site BUT - I've changed up my bank account since i deposited my money, I've tried explaining to them 5 times but they didn't understand until i called them and explained after 3 weeks. I've send screenshots and more evidence that the old paying card was indeed mine, but still haven't been able to withdraw my money. Now they advise me to deposit more money so that the paying card changes to my new one, and then wait for that card to be verified - which apparently can take several weeks!?! IT CANNOT BE TRUE THAT IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY I HAVE TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY!?!?!?! I contacted them because an account was created by my girlfriends UNDERAGE little brother using my info and money and once I found out I immediately informed them and asked to report it and block the account. What do they do? Literally made it so the account was not only still opened, BUT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS NO LONGER NEEDED SO THE LITTLE Shh STILL HAD ACCESS. I thought the account was closed until 3 days later ANOTHER 40 GOD DAMN DOLLARS SHOWED UP DEBITED ON MY EWALLET STATEMENT FROM THE ACCOUNT (and deposit method) I HAD JUST TOLD THEM WERE FRAUD AND STEALING FROM ME. what's their response now? To have me verify a god damn account I didn't create, to send deposit documents that weren't even the ones being stolen from me, no response besides "this account has been blocked due to security reasons, please submit the deposit method verification in order to verify the account" how do I report this to there licencers and Ombudsman. I have screen shots, chat transcripts and financial statements (including me reporting this to my financial institution) along with proof of their complete and utter lack of customer service and disgusting (seemingly purposeful) ignorance to the situation. STAAAAAYYY AWAAAYYY

I have allmost always been happy with LeoVegas. Has been playing sport for like 2 years here. Allways been happy as withdrawals are Quick here never had a problem with that. Even tho their market is limited and cashout Option is very limited i have been Allright with that. But now they have removed every single form for bonus or offers for me. No more offers under “my offers” no more “my bonuses”. I cant even place bets to earn freebets anymore. Livechat is gone terrible. Very limited. Cant contact at all on livechat. They are not even available every Day and you really dont know when they are available. E-mail is horrible. Takes days to get an answer. They removed their phone number So i cant even Call Them anymore. This site has pretty mich turned from good to s*it. So im defineatly finding another bookie.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Absolute fraudsters, offer bonuses but then don’t deliver. Please PLEASE avoid at all costs and use a reputable casino. Waited 45 minutes for the online chat to be met with the most unhelpful and clueless advisor ever. Really can’t warn anyone enough to stay away!

Hi Guys please dont play with it Leovegas will never transfer that amount in your account so better go through any other website .. They all a cheater every time they will request u to upload the same documents and after that u will not get any single penny... Even nobody will revert u on ur mail All given positive reviews are fake so pllz dont play ....
